The Beauty of English Agriculture: the Journey of Eight Generations Begins With a Step (A Review)
England is as old as Methuselah. Historians can tell better. Nevertheless, agricultural historians can bear me witness that English agriculture has come of age. Under conventional conditions a generation is equivalent to one century. Therefore, eight generations require eight centuries. The question is what has made an island country conspicuous in the agricultural map of the world. Let us take a look .

Terminological Analysis and Characteristic of Terminology Standardization
The purpose of this study was to identify concepts of terminology in science and technology field especially in renewable energy. There are almost no definitions of the term in Mongolian. According to data aggregated by the International Panel on Climate Change, life-cycle global warming emissions associated with renewable energy including manufacturing, installation, operation and maintenance, and dismantling and decommissioning are minimal. (IPCC, 2011, pp. 1075). Therefore, it is essential to develop renewable terminology to analyze its modern aspects. We need terminology standardization to express individual terms in single definitions and understandings of concepts throughout the world. But in most of our professional fields, there is no standard of term translated and interpreted. It is really important to have standards of education terms and determine the definitions in Mongolia. Formulating model of terminology standardization is the framework for this study. English data were collected from Canadian glossary of terminology and Mongolian data were collected from dictionaries. As for Mongolian terminology, almost 89% of 1300 were without any definition of concept and 99% were not standardized

Teacher's feedback in Task- Based Language Teaching Classes among Intermediate Iranian EFL Students vs Non Task- Based Classes
The primary concern of this study was whether there is a relationship among teachers' feedback and type of class (task-based or traditional) ,feedback in education has got various types and fields ,but tutor's feedback to students errors was the researcher's concern. How the tutor corrected the learners in these two kinds of classes can show the researchrers and tutors the effects of feedbacks on learning and teaching and also communicating. To aim this,The researcher examined the students in two groups and examining the teachers' feedback to defining four types of learners errors (M orphosyntax , Semantic, Phonological, Lexical ).Task which was taught in TB class was ordering and matching . Using various sorts of tasks in order to improve students performance in real world (Skehan 1996a).The method which used to analysis data was be Chi-square.The results of the present study revealed that there was no significant relationship between type of class and tutor's feedback .

Synthesis, Characterization and Antimicrobial Activity of Some Novel Veratric Derivatives
Novel bioactive molecules are designed by using molecular hybridization techniques which is based on the recognition of pharmacophoric sub-unities in the molecular structure of two or more known bioactive derivatives. Adequate fusion of these sub-unities, lead to the design of new hybrid architectures that maintain pre-selected characteristics of the original templates. All the designed molecules were than synthesized and evaluated for their antimicrobial activity.

Studying the influence of intellectual capital on gaining competitive strength
The purpose of writing the current paper is to survey the effect of intellectual capital on competitive advantage in Abyek cement Company. Two separated questionnaires about intellectual capital (contains human, organizational and relational capitals) were designed and after proving their validity and reliability distributed among 277 employees in Abyek Company. The results of applying Pearson and Regression test explained that intellectual capital and its indices have positive and meaningful influence on competitive advantage in which the effect of human and relational capital was more than organizational capital. The result of applying Entropy technique proved the mentioned results. Finally it was found that all variables apart from human capital were placed in high levels.

Studying Copper Electropolishing Inhibition in Presence of Some Organic Alcohols
Electro polishing is defined as anodic corrosion. The issue of the effects of corrosion on structural integrity of metal surfaces has been a question of concern for some time. The uses of chemical corrosion inhibitors are common in production and processing operations. Nevertheless, the challenge is to develop a new class of corrosion inhibitors to protect the materials, due to the economic importance of copper there are several researches deals with acceleration and inhibition of this process. In this paper the electropolishing process inhibited with different ratio by the addition of some organic alcohols (methanol, ethanol, propanol, and isopropanol) by addition with concentration (2, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 %) .The results reveal that these organic alcohols have a strongest inhibitive effect ranging from8. 7 – 53.8 % and the thermodynamic parameters were present.

Study the Effect of Illumination on (J-V) Characteristics of Hetero-junction Devices Ray Irradiated by Gamma
In this work we have demonstrated an experimental study and theoretical analysis of the effect of power intensity of illumination on the SnO2/n-Si Hetero-junction devices that irradiated with 150 min. (Cs 137) Gamma ray. The (J-V) characteristic was plotted as function of power intensity of illumination (1.95, 2.88, 3.78, 5.9, and 9.5) mw/cm2. This was shown increase in efficiency of this device until reach maximum efficiency at 9.5 mw/cm2 which represent optimal case. Theoretical analysis of this processes achieve by using “Table Curve 2D version 5.01” program leading to estimate theoretical modeling equation Y= a + b x +c ex We calculate these parameters (a, b, and c) as function of power intensity and testing the equation for power intensity (4 and 8 mw/cm2). Theoretical (J- V) curves are plotted with experimental data, there is a good agreement between them and the behavior of these two curves contain linear term and exponential term.

Study on genetic variation and selection against tolerance to terminal drought stress in bread wheat genotypes using stress susceptibility and tolerance indices aimed at improving grain yield
One of the most important wheat breeding strategies under Mediterranean climate is to achieve genotypes that are potentially capable of producing desirable yield while encountering water limitation during their flowering stage. With the aim to investigate such an important issue, we planted 12 bread wheat genotypes in research farm of Islamic Azad University, Ardabil Branch, as randomized complete blocks design (RCBD), during 2008-09 cropping year. This section of the study addresses traits such as plant height, day’s number to heading, days number to anthesis, fertile tiller number, spike length, spike weight, grain number per spike, grain weight per spike, 1000 grain weight and grain yield. Estimating the phenotypic and genotypic coefficient for various traits revealed that the studied genotypes were genetically more variable in terms of traits such as plant height, spike length, grain number per spike and grain weight per spike, 1000 grain weight and days to heading than in terms of other traits. Cluster analysis divided the studied genotypes into two categories. Mean of square between the categories was significant for all traits except for grain yield, spike length and date of heading. The inheritability of yield components was higher than that of grain yield.
