Production, manufacturing system Operations, and logistics modeling the metrics of lean, agile, and leagility: an AHP-based approach
The aim of this study was to develop methodology for estimating whether existing system can perform as lean, agile, or leagile manufacturing system. We compared and identified the supply between leanness and agility, before developing leagility, by identifying the manufacturing features particularly affected by interdependent variables by preparing based on the conditions that improved solutions to manufacturing practical operations in three case studies. This study measured the available factors to build a model based on AHP, sent factories to acquire the responses. Acquiring precise results may require more tests in more highly developed conditions in improved systems with certain locations.

Development of adsorbent from fly ash and study their behaviour with K2Cr2O7 and methyl red solution
The present environmental concerns over fly ash disposal have sparked interest in its conversion to value added product such as adsorbent. Fly ash derived from coal residues has a potential for conversion to adsorbent. Still more remarkable is the subsequent utilization of theses adsorbent synthesized from fly ash as adsorbent for removal of dye and heavy metals in the industry. In the present study the coal based fly ash was used to synthesis adsorbent by alkali fusion, followed by hydrothermal treatment. The synthesis is carried out by thermal method with a temperature of 5500C. Based on adsorption batch studies it can be concluded that the adsorbent developed in the present study is fairly effectieve in the removal of Methyl Red and K2Cr2O7 solution.

Optimization of microwave-assisted extraction of carbohydrates from corn Pericarp
Microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) was employed for production of carbohydrates from corn pericarp which is a waste of corn starch production by using hot compressed water as a solvent. Carbohydrates consist of glucose, xylose, arabinose and hemicellulose, while residues were composed of cellulose. By increasing the heating temperature, the solubilization rate increases and reached the value of 75.2% at 220 °C. In order to increase the carbohydrate yield the four independent variables such as heating temperature, come-up time, heating time and solid to liquid ratio were optimized by using the response surface methodology techniques. It includes fractional factorial design, the path of steepest ascent and central composite design. Subsequently, we have applied 2-step of experimental design including fractional factorial design and central composite design for accurate prediction of the optimum condition of MAE of carbohydrates from corn pericarp. In this paper, the total recycle of the corn pericarp have been done by investigating the detailed effects of microwave irradiation on chemical components in corn pericarp. The maximum yield of carbohydrates is about 70.8 % with predominant production of xylo-oligosaccharides.

Fighting against blackhole attack using anomaly detection via SVM in Manet
Security is the primary concern in any system especially in case of communication where everything is relies on cooperation among other. In this article we analyze the impact of the most dangerous attacks of wireless mess network called blackhole attack that can totally disrupt the network. Behavioral anomaly detection using SVM (SUPPORTED VECTOR MACHINE) is an attractive choice to monitor the suspicious activity like black hole. For the detection of balckhole attack we will uses the behavior parameters of node (relaying node) (PDR (PACKET DELIVERY RATIO), throughput), by analyzing the node behavior the malicious activity of the node can deprive the traffic from the source node.In order to prevent this kind of attack, it is crucial to detect the abnormality occurs during the attack. In conventional schemes, anomaly detection is achieved by defining the normal state from static training data. However, in mobile ad hoc networks where the network topology dynamically changes, such static training method could not be used efficiently.

Efficacy of leaf extract of aegle marmelos on the biochemical changes on orse gram macrotyloma uniflorum infected by root-knot nematode melodogyne incognita
Root-knot nematodes modify plants root tissue and decrease plant growth and ultimately the crop yield the severity of crops loss resulting from root-knot nematode attack in the field is influenced by many biological and physiological factors. Though most of the researchers have investigated that leaves, roots are valuable constituents of the plants for nematicidal activities. Hence, the present study the biochemical characteristics like phenol, nitrate reductase activity and total chlorophyll content of horse gram, Macrotyloma uniflorum on infected with Meloidogyne incognita treated with leaf extract of Aegle marmelos. The biochemical constituents like nitrate reductase activity and chlorophyll content were increased by increasing concentration of leaf extract treated plants and it is decreased by increasing level of egg masses (5, 10 and 15) inoculated control than non- inoculated control except phenol.

The role of employee training and development on employee performance in commercial banks in Kisumu town, Kenya
The purpose of this study was to find out the role that employee training and development plays on employee performance in commercial banks in Kisumu town. The research was carried out using the descriptive survey design. The population of the study were both the management and other members of staff of the 22 banks in Kisumu City who were 400 from which a sample size of 200 respondents was selected. Data was collected using questionnaires and structured interviews. The study data that was analyzed quantitatively using the SPSS Package. The presentation of data was done using tables and charts. The study established that training and development leads to the increased performance by the employee. The study findings revealed that it makes an employee more efficient in performing tasks/duties. It leads to increased task performance speed and it increases employee proficiency in handling and solving issues. It increases the capacity of an employee to offer better services reduces work related errors by employees, it enhances the employees’ willingness to help customers and provide prompt services and positive attitude while serving and performing tasks. The study therefore recommends that training and development be managed properly for it to yield better effect on employee productivity.

Modernize the logo of the brand loyalty of customers (Case study: Iran Khodro)
The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of the new logo of the brand loyalty of the customer (in the case of vehicles), respectively. Descriptive study - an analysis of the survey is. The study population consisted of all car owners who have bought a car from Iran Since the total population of over 100 thousand people are The 384 samples were selected according to Morgan. Since there is no standard questionnaire for this study Therefore, a number of questions from the Latin sources and questionnaires were developed with the guidance counselor. Then, using descriptive and inferential statistics and SPSS software to analyze the collected data. Analysis of the data shows That All research hypotheses are confirmed And Iran is the new logo of the car and there is a significant relationship between customer loyalty.

Feasibility application eBook (as supplemented or replaced), the educational system, secondary school, secondary school teachers from the Viewpoint of Kermanshah
The aim of the present study, the feasibility of application of e-books education in high schools, professionals and high school teachers, Kermanshah is. This study was descriptive survey population, the experts and teachers in secondary schools Kermanshah, comprise a total of 160 people, using simple random sampling, and refer to the Table of farmers and Morgan, were selected. Measuring instrument variables, a questionnaire of 20 questions is included. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics (t single sample, and absolute t ), using the software 20SPSS, was used. The findings indicate that, out of high school teachers Viewpoint, Kermanshah province, the deployment of e-books, as a supplement to existing textbooks, 4/24 percent, so the use of it, as an alternative to current books, ineffective, and the results showed that the experts and teachers in secondary schools, the main obstacles to the adoption of electronic books, technical and cultural infrastructures, and lack of preparation, students know.
