Now a day’s urban women are more conscious about beauty and beauty products. The present study was carried out to know the awareness and frequency of usage of hair care products by women in Hyderabad city through adopting ex post facto research design. By using simple random sampling technique 60 respondents belonged to the age group of 20-40 and another 60 belonged to the age group of 40-60 years who are using hair care products were selected, thus making a total of 120 respondents. Chi-square test was used to test the association between independent and dependent variables. Results revealed that most of the respondents used hair oil followed by shampoos and conditioners. The least used hair care products were hair spray and hair gel. Around ninety-seven per cent of respondents were aware about hair care products. Herbal hair care products were more preferred followed by Ayurvedic and chemical in case of hair care products. Most of the hair care product users got influenced with quality of the products, family members and quality followed by personal experience, Television advertisements, peer group and brand name.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the influence of PIF in relation to the types of plantain trees in Gbadolite in the Democratic Republic. The experimental set-up used was that of complete randomized blocks with 3 treatments (T1: French; T2: True Horn; T3: False Horn) and 3 replications. Weaned per cormus, 44 rejects; 32 rejects and 30 rejects respectively for the French, True Horn and False Horn types. The French type gave more weaned offspring than the true and false horn types under Gbadolite conditions. In short, the second hypothesis is confirmed. Therefore, the french type responds to this technique than the other types.

Spontaneous rupture of the tibialis anterior tendon is uncommon. This article presents a case report of an Atraumatic Tibialis Anterior Tendon. Rupture of the tibialis anterior tendon can be caused by open, closed, direct, or indirect trauma, or it can occur spontaneously. Closed rupture is uncommon. This study aimed to analyze and evaluate the students’ experiences in distance learning. The purpose of this study was to fully understand the students’ experiences in distance learning. The study was based on the data collected in April 2022 through an online survey questionnaire from 382 Bachelor in Technical-Vocational Teacher Education (BTVTE) college students in Universidad de Manila during the Academic Year, 2021-2022. The collected data were analyzed using different statistical treatments, to test and verify the hypotheses. The researcher determined the demographic profile of the respondents such as gender, age, year level and major. Aside from this, the researcher also analyzed the perceptions as well as the experiences, challenges, and recommendations of the participants in distance learning in terms of gadgets availability, connectivity, learning management system (LMS), computer literacy, and interaction. The research revealed that based on students’ experiences in distance learning, they strongly agreed in terms of gadgets availability and interaction. The researcher found out that there are significant differences on the students’ perceptions on distance learning, rejecting the null hypothesis. This study recommended that the teachers and parents must actively provide guidance and support to the students in the learning process so that students can complete their tasks and overcome the challenges that they are experiencing on distance learning.

An increasing number of physicians departing from the healthcare profession due to disengagement could cause a significant healthcare crisis. Middle and senior-level healthcare managers often lack physician engagement strategies to help avoid physician burnout. Grounded in the transformational leadership theory, the purpose of this qualitative single case study was to explore the engagement strategies healthcare middle and senior-level managers have used to help avoid physician burnout. Participants comprised seven middle and senior-level healthcare managers, with a minimum of five years of employee management experience who effectively used physician engagement strategies to help avoid physician burnout at a Central Pacific United States healthcare organization. Data were collected using semistructured interviews via telephone, reflective journal, and publicly available media and organizational documents. Thematic analysis was undertaken to analyze the data. The major emergent theme of the importance of developing meaningful relationships is discussed in this paper. A key recommendation for middle and senior-level healthcare managers is to display diligence and empathy to understand the goals of each physician. The research knowledge and findings may hold positive implications for positive social change as physicians play a crucial role in healthcare, and in contributing to addressing socioeconomic disparities for patients within the community, from their focus on treatment and on improving the health of patients.
