Hemangiopericytoma: A rare intracranial tumor mimicking a meningioma: Case report and review of the literature
Intracranial hemangiopericytoma is an extra axial tumor often mistaken for meningioma. Clinical symptoms are not specific. On the MRI they are iso-intense or hypo-intense on the T1-weighted sequences, hyperintense on T2 WS with early and intense heterogeneous enhancement. There is sometimes an extension of the contrast to adjacent meninges. The treatment is based on surgical excision and complementary radiotherapy. The evolution is marked by a high rate of recidivism and distant metastasis. We report the case of intracranial hemangiopericytoma in a 55 year old man.

Unusual localization of cavernous malformation associated with developmental venous anomaly: A case Report
Central nervous system cavernomas are usually supra tentorial. Cerebellar localization is rare. Imaging, especially MRI can detect these malformations and look for other associated vascular malformations. If cavernous angioma is associated with a developmental venous anomaly, the venous anomaly should be spared due to the considerable risk of venous infarction following the abolition of cerebral venous drainage. We report the case of a 39 year-old man presenting with chronic headaches indicating brain MRI which showed cerebellar cavernoma associated to developmental venous anomaly.

Comprehensive management of Pediatric mandibular fracture.
In the pediatric population, the incidence of maxillofacial trauma accounts for 1-15%, out of which mandibular fractures ranges from 5% to 50%. Mandibular fractures occur rarely in newborns and infants, as the ramus and condyle are rudimentary in form at this stage and temporomandibular joint is poorly developed. These fractures (ramus and condyle) are common in adults, but not in children, as in young age the space between the developing condyle and the glenoid fossa cushions a blow to the mandible. The leading causes of these fractures are fall from height (64%), motor vehicle collisions (22%), and sports-related injuries (9%). The examination of facial fractures in pediatric patients is challenging both clinically and radiographically, due to extensive soft tissue injury and developing dentition which obscure the fracture lines. In recent years, the use of CT imaging for radiographic examination of pediatric maxillofacial fractures has been quite helpful as it provides detailed assessment and identification of suspected injuries. The management of maxillofacial fractures in children present with unique challenges and complications such as ankylosis, growth restrictions and associated malocclusion may occur. So, a proper treatment algorithm need to be proposed, stratified by dentition stage in order to optimize outcomes for children.

Left Ventricular Aneurysm Associated To Double Ventricular Septal Defect In Acute Myocardial Infarction: A Serious And Fearsome Entity
Ventricular septal defects following myocardial infarction are a relatively infrequent complication occurring transmural myocardial infarction. The simultaneous presence of ventricular septal defects and left ventricular aneurysm in the same patient is extremely rare and usually occurs within the first week after myocardial infarction. Surgery remains the only viable treatment option. A 63-year-old man with multiple risk factors for coronary artery disease diagnosed with acute extensive anterior wall myocardial infarction, presented to our emergency room with heart failure symptoms, cardiac auscultation revealed a band-shaped systolic murmur in the left parasternal area, radiating to the whole precordium.Electrocardiography revealed sinus rhythm with persistent ST-segment elevation in leads V1–V4 with Q waves in the anterior precordial leads, and chest X-ray revealed bilateral pulmonary congestion. A Transthoracic 2D echocardiography was performed at our facility which demonstrated dilated left ventricle with severely reduced systolic function. Important regional wall motion abnormalities were present with an aneurysm of the medium and apical segments of anterior and septal wall complicated by two muscular ventricular septal defects. Colour Doppler revealed a shunt between the left and right ventricle through the aneurysmatic segment. Coronary angiogram showed a significant disease of the left anterior descending and right coronary artery. The patient underwent surgery for the simultaneous repair of the ventricular septal defect, apical aneurysm and a coronary artery bypass. Post-infarction left ventricular aneurysm associated with a double ventricular septal defect is a very unusual mechanic complication, especially five weeks after the inaugural episode with no evidence of recurrent heart attack. We present such a case that was successfully treated surgically. Rapid diagnosis and urgent surgical management significantly improves the patient's prognosis.

Hemangioma with littoral cell of the spleen:About a case
Splenic hemangioma is a benign vascular lesion of the spleen that develops at the expense of red pulp structures. It is most often discovered accidentally, radiologically. It often raises a differential diagnosis problem with splenic hamartoma or splenoma, which is defined as a nodular formation consisting of the same elements of normal splenic parenchyma but arranged in a haphazard way.We report the case of a 50-year-old woman hospitalized for pain of the left hypochondrium.

Effect of Latex Seed Dressing with Organic Amendments on the Management of Soil Nematodes
Seed dressing with latex of Calotropis procera with oil seed cakes of neem/margosa (Azadirachta indica), castor (Ricinum communis), mustard (Brassica compestris), rocket salad/duan (Eruca sativa) were found to be highly effective in reducing the multiplication of nematodes and eventually increased growth and bulk density of woody stem of pigeonpea. The multiplication rate of nematodes was less in presence latex seed dressing. Damage caused by the nematodes was further reduced when seed dressing was along with oil-cakes.
