Extra-curricular Activities Affect Students to develop Social Skills
This paper aims to examine how the extra-curricular activities affect the social skills of students. Social skills to be implemented here is communication skills and students; self-confidence. Student participation in co-curricular activities helps to promote students’ social skills in order to enter any field for the future prospect to produce skilled human capital in terms of academics and character. Mastering social skills is vital as it gives a good impact in generating positive relationships of a particular student. Active student participation in extra-curricular activities outside the classroom environment allows the students to interact with teachers and friends and to some extent act as a catalyst for social skills development of a student. In addition, through extra-curricular activities, the production of excellent human capital from the physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual aspect can be developed. Involvement in leisure activities also leads to the interaction of students with environment, social and learning inside or outside of the classroom in order to produce excellent human capital development. It will also encourage the development of talent, creativity and students potential to the maximum level. Therefore, the direction of this concept paper seeks to unravel the relationship between extra-curricular activities and their impact on social skills because it could act as a catalyst for the development of students social skills. Therefore, extra-curricular activities should be given the ‘right’ in Malaysia education system.

Implementation analysis of Cellular manufacturing system to improve cell performance
This present paper explores the way in which the cellular manufacturing can help a selected manufacturing company for a selected Machining Center, a highly flexible shop with many different customers choice and products, achieve improved performance and customer satisfaction. The environment in which the product of selected company operates today is very different from the one in which it has historically succeeded. The decline in heavy commercial vehicle spending has increased the importance of cost or affordability in a decision process which previously emphasized the incorporation of state-of-the-art technology into new products in the heavy auto industry. In addition, the heavy vehicle industry consolidation is producing fewer companies competing fiercely for a piece of a decreasing pie. Therefore, Product of demand from master companies’ success depends on its ability to exceed customers’ expectations through superior performance, by delivering high quality products in a timely manner, with shorter lead-times and lower costs.

Realism and Worries in Physics Bridging Programs in Kenyan Universities
Physics is commonly related to basis of science and technological development. Kenyan Fundamental Education Curriculum, identifies physics as a mandatory subject at forms one and two in secondary schools. It is also as a vital element for an entry to physics, engineering and technological related programs in the middle colleges and Higher Leaning Institutions. Scientist, technologists, and engineers are considered to be role models in their professions to the subsequent age band of scientists, therefore they are required to exhibit advanced ability in physics. Secondary schools’ graduates with C+ (plus) in physics at Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE), qualifies for university right entry into most science and technology associated programs. Such ceiling qualifications have blocked many of young Kenyans who are interested in such programs. The need for pre-university bridging in physics is high among the KCSE graduates who are willing to join physics related programs. These are openings which Kenyan universities are hunting for. Currently one of the main concerns to Kenyan Commission for University Education (CUE) is commercialization of university education which has been identified to be diluting higher education. Most universities insist in pre-university physics bridging programs for anyone who had attained grades below C+ in physics. Each and every university has its own entry requirement for pre-university physics bridging. Different universities are also at variance in content to be covered and learning durations. The secondary school physics content and that of pre-university bridging are not equivalent quantitatively. This paper describes on intellectual delivery of physics bridging programs in relation to entry prerequisite, content descriptions and period for the program completions among public universities. Eight (8) out of 22 public chattered universities were randomly sampled. Questionnaires, Interviews schedules and document analysis were used to collect data. Quantitative and qualitative approaches were taken on and results analysis done using content and narrative analysis. Results disclosed wide inconsistencies in the organization of university physics bridging programs ranging from entry requirements, program contents and duration.

Spectrum Sensing using Time-Frequency Analysis
To exploit limited spectrum efficiently CR technology allows unlicensed users to access licensed spectrum bands. Since licensed users have priorities to use the bands, the unlicensed users need to continuously monitor the licensed user’s activities to avoid interference and collisions. To obtain reliable results of the licensed user’s activities is the main task for spectrum sensing. Based on the sensing results the unlicensed users should adapt their transmit powers and access strategies to protect the licensed communications. This paper presents a new spectrum sensing method based on Time-Frequency Analysis. Several realistic signals are taken under different noisy conditions for analysis using Frequency Slice Wavelet Transform (FSWT) to verify its superiority in spectrum sensing.
