Leadership plays a crucial role in the management of international airlines' alliance ground staff operations environment. Leadership that is transformational and proactive can serve to optimize the talents of a diverse and inclusive workforce and have the potential to affect an organization positively. This qualitative study was reinforced with the lens of the transformational leadership theory, as the purpose of this single case study was to explore the role of leadership in a U.S.-based international airline alliance, and their approach to leading ground staff operations, successfully. Managing a diverse workforce is often a challenge, as the aim is to ensure desired and optimal organizational effectiveness and performance, on which organizational sustainability and profitability hinges. The study entailed the collection of data using semistructured interviews in computer-mediated conferencing format with five airline alliance leaders located in the state of Georgia, who held at least 2 years of successful experience in leading a diverse workforce. The analysis using a process of constant comparison and thematic analysis yielded the principal theme of the importance of the proactiveness of leadership, in leveraging a diverse workforce, under the aegis of strategic human resources management, and leadership. A key recommendation is for airline alliance leaders to display astute transformational skills and align diversity, equity, and inclusion policies as a critical corporate human resources strategy. Optimizing employee performance is vital in gaining a competitive advantage in a field where service quality is a key differentiating factor in being superior among equals.

To contribute to the resolution of the problem relating to the growth of plantain (Musa spp.), the growth parameter of plantain was evaluated under Kindu conditions using the Fertilizers (Control, Sawdust and rice husks) as substrate. The experiment was conducted in the experimental device installed in the concession of the University of Kindu, department of phytotechnics comprising 6 treatments, corresponding to ten repetitions for each treatment. The observations made during this investigation focused mainly on the diameter at the collar (cm), Height of the pseudostem (m) and the leaf area).The results obtained showed that:The height of the pseudostem, the diameter at the collar and the leaf area varied from one cultivar to another and according to the fertilizers used; - Sawdust was the best fertilizer, compared to rice husks and controls; - the Mbonjilo C4 cultivar is the tallest cultivar, from the point of view of the collar diameter it is the Mbudi 1 cultivar, on the other hand from the leaf area point of view it is the Mbonjilo cultivar which has the most open leaves.

Education is one of the strongest predictors of health. Early termination of education can negatively impact health, shorten life span, and increase stress on the healthcare system. Although improving overall high school graduation rates have been debated and discussed by the Toronto District School Board and the Ministry of Education, there is a paucity of research studies on increased graduation rates as they relate to public health in a Canadian context. The purpose of this phenomenological qualitative study was to explore the perceptions of liaison public health nurses, who worked directly with the Toronto District School Board, regarding influencing students in Toronto, Ontario to complete high school. Bronfenbrenner’s ecological model was the underlying conceptual framework for the study. Purposive sampling was used to select 10 public health nurses who were interviewed regarding their role and involvement in high schools. Data were subjected to triangulation and were analyzed to identify commonalities and trends and patterns. The findings from this study indicated that liaison public health nurses believe that high school dropout out is a public health issue and that collaboration between the Ministry of Education and Public Health is needed to address the issue. The emergent recommendations from the analysis of data indicate the potential for greater to explore the connection between health and school achievements and the expanded role of public health nurses in Canadian high schools. With increased research and resources, improving graduation rates students may be expected.

A well-functioning hospital information system must ensure the production, analysis, dissemination and use of reliable and timely information on health determinants, health system performance and health status. The aim of this study is to contribute to the improvement of information management and, by extension, to strengthen the overall performance of the Makélékélé Base Hospital. We conducted a descriptive cross-sectional study, at the Makélékélé Base Hospital in the first arrondissement of Brazzaville, the political capital of the Republic of Congo. The study took place during the period from 1 July 2020 to 8 February 2021. Authorisation to collect data for the study will be sought from the Hospital's General Management. In total, 55 questionnaires were completed by data management staff in the health information system field. More than 50% of the respondents answered that the same tools were used from year to year, site to site (58.18%) and that data collection was done according to the same methods from year to year, site to site (69.09%). Only 83.64% of the respondents answered that data from all reportable sites are included in the overall data, while 36.36% answered that there are measures in place to ensure data completeness. There were 69.09% of respondents confided the existence of the risk of the data being used for personal or political purposes. In our study, the analysis of the constraints of health information management was mainly related to data quality problems. The quality of health information is poor and does not allow the establishment of an efficient hospital system. The use of health information is insufficient to allow the implementation of an efficient hospital system. Our survey revealed a relatively positive patient satisfaction rate regarding the quality of care, the comfort and cleanliness of the room and the noise in the ward. The two investigations revealed that the "data quality" component had significant shortcomings that should be prioritised in the management of the Hospital Information System. Health information is essential for monitoring progress in improving and maintaining the health of populations and the functioning of the health system.

As a result, the importance of three-dimensional shape, Kinetic arts in general, as a source for enriching the construction of fashion designs in structural, functional, and decorative design on mannequin as a three-dimensional design and an ideal way to highlight the aesthetics to obtain innovative designs. The research aims to study Kinetic arts to employ their capabilities in activating the imagination and develop creativity as inspiring source for structural, functional, and decorative fashion design. The research reached to Kinetic art is a resource that adds creativity to design. And there are two types of kinetic art, and both add new dimensions to design in general, and to fashion design specially.

This article first examines the artistic aspects of Darius in the Bisotun relief. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the artistic aspects of Darius relief beyond the historical documentation to show the art that world is causing this important relief to the world. The method of this article is library documents, which means the necessary information is collected and then precisely will be analyzed. The result shows that the world's first read inscription, Bisotun inscription, is one of the world's most valuable inscriptions that can be seen in its straw Anobanini embossed effect which both of them have been affected by the Assyrian Naram Sin inscriptions. This inscription gives full information to the world, which makes it's worth a hundredfold.

The Pearson’s correlation coefficients on the relationship between the aggressive behavior, deprivation, well being and relationships between the Inmates of prisons and Waders. The results show that correlation coefficient (0.274**) between aggressive behavior and deprivation is positive and statistically significant at 1% level. This means that deprivation suffered by inmates is one of the key factors that give rise to their aggressive behavior. The results also show that correlation coefficient (-0.096*) between aggressive behavior and Inmates’ well being is negative and statistically significant at 5% level. This means that Inmates’ well being is one of the major factors that reduce to their aggressive behavior. The results also reveal that correlation coefficient (-0.113*) between aggressive behavior and relationships between the Inmates of prisons and Waders is negative and statistically significant at 5% level. This means that existence of cordial relationship between the Inmates and Waders helps significantly in reducing their aggressive behavior. The results show that correlation coefficient (0.584**) between deprivation and Inmates’ well being is positive and statistically significant at 1% level. This means that despite the adequate well fare enjoyed by the Inmates, they still feel demoralized of been deprive of certain rights which may include movement, access to phone, restriction in visitation of their family members etc. The result of correlation coefficient (0.174**) between deprivation and relationships between the Inmates of prisons and Waders is positive and statistically significant at 1% level. by the Inmates encourage cordial relationship between them and the waders. The descriptive statistics Aggressive Behavior, Deprivation, Prisoners Well Being and Relationship between the Inmates and Waders. Dividing respective means (76.4967, 41.7133, 39.89, and 8.16) The respective number of questions (29, 18, 20, and 4) under each variable from the questionnaire, we have approximate averages of responses of (3, 2, 2 and 2). This implies that the respondents (inmates) strongly agreed on average to be aggressive under circumstances on aggressive behavior features in the questionnaire. The results also show that the inmates disagreed on average of been deprived of their rights, their proper well fare and cordial relationship between them and waders. This means that inmates are given their rights but their welfare and interaction with waders are too poor..The results of normality test using Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk tests revealed that the results of the tests are statistically insignificant and implies that null hypothesis which states that observed values of the variables follow normal distribution cannot be rejected at 5% level. positive (97.9%) relationship between the study variables. Introduction, discussion of the findings, methodology, recommendation and conclusion were captured.

Objective: To understand the personal background factors of study subjects, their current status of family relationship and health promoting lifestyle. To explore the relationship of personal background factors, family relationship of study subjects with their health promoting lifestyle. Design: The population included 176 samples of the older people above 65 in Ren-Ai district, Keelung City, Taiwan. A self-designed structured questionnaire was used as our research tool. Our data were collected through both questionnaire and one-on-one interview, and then processed and analyzed by package software - IBM SPSS Statistics 23.0. Results: The personal background factors that influenced the seniors’ family relationship are age, gender, education degree, marriage, living status. The personal background factors that influenced the seniors’ health promoting lifestyle are gender, living status. Family relationship has a significantly positive correlation with health promoting lifestyle.. Conclusions: A health promoting lifestyle will help prevent diseases and promote health, and can improve the quality of life. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the relationship between the elderly and their families will affect the health promoting lifestyle. The older the elderly, the more they need to care about their family relationships. We need to pay more attention to the family relationships of illiterate elderly people, divorced or widowed elderly people and elderly people living alone. We need to encourage more male elderly people, elderly people living with spouse and elderly people living alone to implement health-promoting lifestyles.

A survey was conducted with students enrolled in the higher institutes and universities operating in the province of Tshuapa, in DRCongo, to collect their judgments and their expectations compared to the actors and practices around the elections of the governorsand vice-governors of provinces that were held from 2016 to 2019. In the same way, the respondents were questioned about the results and the electoral system in application for elections. Finally, the results of the investigation inform that these three elections were, mostly, inadequate with the expectations of the respondents. Indeed, the latter, in their majority, say they wanted to see other characters as governors and vice-governors that those who had won thanks to the voices of the provincial MPs (members of the provincial parliament). Similarly, investigations denounce and condemn several practices and behaviors found in these elections from actors acting both from the national level and those of the provincial one, while rejecting the large part of responsibilities on the provincial MPs who compose the electoral college of these ballots.

An increasing number of physicians departing from the healthcare profession due to disengagement could cause a significant healthcare crisis. Middle and senior-level healthcare managers often lack physician engagement strategies to help avoid physician burnout. Grounded in the transformational leadership theory, the purpose of this qualitative single case study was to explore the engagement strategies healthcare middle and senior-level managers have used to help avoid physician burnout. Participants comprised seven middle and senior-level healthcare managers, with a minimum of five years of employee management experience who effectively used physician engagement strategies to help avoid physician burnout at a Central Pacific United States healthcare organization. Data were collected using semistructured interviews via telephone, reflective journal, and publicly available media and organizational documents. Thematic analysis was undertaken to analyze the data. The major emergent theme of the importance of developing meaningful relationships is discussed in this paper. A key recommendation for middle and senior-level healthcare managers is to display diligence and empathy to understand the goals of each physician. The research knowledge and findings may hold positive implications for positive social change as physicians play a crucial role in healthcare, and in contributing to addressing socioeconomic disparities for patients within the community, from their focus on treatment and on improving the health of patients.
