Spirit transduction
Transduction the alight of God`s essence on special people, and people who believe in it are called hlulyeh or transductionalism. This belief is one of Alhaq significant principles that believe in God`s transduction into seven holy bodies. Transductionalism has been divided into different branches and the oldest person who dealt with spreading these thoughts was Abdullah son of Sbast who believed in Ali`s divinity. In Islamic insight all of viewpoints that to some extent perceive God as an transductioner into natural creatures or into some of people is completely inoperative and off cast and most of mystics and sufis consider it incorrect and in conflict with God`s existence unity, and believe that transduction and dichotomy are dissimilar with unity and this unhallowed belief is originated from Hindi and Zoroastrian religions that has come to verity ethic.

Stark effects on the nonlinear optical properties of exciton in a strained GaxIn1-xAs/GaAs quantum dot
Electric field induced heavy hole excitons in a strained GaxIn1-xAs/GaAs quantum dot are studied by considering geometrical confinement. The exciton binding energy and some nonlinear optical properties in the presence of electric field are discussed. Calculations include the anisotropy, non-parabolicity of the conduction band, strain effects and the spatial confinement. A cylindrical dot of GaxIn1-xAs surrounded by a GaAs barrier material with the constant Ga alloy content, x =0.2 is taken as the model. The exciton binding energy is found within the framework of the variational technique and the nonlinear optical properties are performed using matrix formulism. It is shown that the electronic and optical properties are strongly dependent on the application of electric field.

Studies on sex ratio of freshwater prawn Macrobrachium scabriculum (heller – 1862) from the river Cauvery, Thanjavur, Tamilnadu, India
The River Cauvery is one of the major perennial river in the peninsular India. Which originates from Coorg District, Karnataka and flows through Tamilnadu state and enters into Bay of Bengal. The firshery resources are high in the River Cauvery. In the present investigation the sex ratio of Macrobrachium scabriculum was estimated for the period of two years from July 2010 to June 2012. A total of 1474 prawns, the males were 729 and females were 745. The overall sex ratio of males and females were found to be 1:1 ratio. The chi-square (x2) test analysis indicated that the value slightly deviated from the expected 1:1 ratio in the two years. The females were predominant in several months of the study period. Level P confidence for whole year has no significant deviation from the expected 1:1 ratio. The pooled data for both the years conformed to the expected 1:1 ratio. Physico-chemical factors of the aquatic environment either directly or indirectly influence the sex ratio. The preponderance of female in all the months than males. The predominance of female may poachaps be due to the continuous breeding habits and possible migration of females towards the river.

Study relationship between usage marketing metrics from innovation view and achievement of objective for customer relationship management based on Gartner’s model
The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between marketing metrics from innovation view and achievement of objective for customer relationship management is based on Gartner's model in Isfahan’ city Sepah Bank. The theoretical framework was provided based on Gartner’s model In this study was surveyed by a questionnaire includes 61 item for samples of 160 managers and assistants in Sepah bank. The main idea of this paper is whether marketing metrics from innovation view and achievement of objective for customer relationship management are related? This study method is applied research from purpose view and descriptive survey method of field research. The model was tested by using LISREL and SPSS software. The results show a direct and positive relationship between marketing metrics from innovation view and achievement of objective for customer relationship management (two sides). According the research findings are related between components of metrics Innovation (New services, New services launches, Satisfaction from new services, Revenue of new services) and customer relationship management. However, There is no relationship between revenue of new services and customer relationship management. The value fitted indexes of the model (GFI=0.91 and AGFI=0.89) is Indicative the suitability of the model.

Studying the influence of information and communication technology on human resource productivity
The purpose of writing the current paper is to survey the influence of information and communication technology (ICT) on human resource productivity (HRP). First of all, by applying Chi-square test, the relationship between ICT with human HRP and its indices was proved. After that by applying Average test, the variables levels were calculated in which all of them except “creativity and innovation” were placed in favorable places. Finally by utilizing one of new MCDM techniques (fuzzy TOPSIS) the indices were prioritized in which “human resource management, planning and improvement”, “cooperating in supply chain to create added value for customers” and “evaluating some methods for risks accountability” were selected as the top ones.

Synthesis, Characterisation, DNA-Binding Studies and antimicrobial activity of Copper (II) Complex with 1,10 Phenanthroline, L-Tyrosine and Thiosemicarbazide as Ligands
A copper complex of the type [Cu(Phen)(L-Tyr)(TSC)](ClO4), where Phen = 1,10 Phenanthroline, Tyr = Tyrosine and TSC = Thiosemicarbazide, was synthesised and characterised by elemental analysis, IR, conductivity measurement and EPR studies. DNA-binding properties have been studied by electronic absorption, emission, viscosity and cyclic voltametric methods. The results suggest that the copper(II) complex bind to DNA via different modes. Gel electrophoresis study reveals the fact that the copper complex cleaves super coiled pBR 322 DNA to nicked and linear forms in the presence and absence of ascorbic acid. The in vitro antimicrobial study indicates that the complex has good activity against gram positive, gram negative bacteria and fungus.

Texting: Tampering with the Writing Style of Iranian
Text messaging or texting is the process of sending short messages usually 160 characters from a mobile phone. The first text message was sent during 1989 but the arrival of the text message in the public domain was in 1992. This technology has brought a new style of writing called text messaging -or txtng- which is generally defined as shortening of the words. Not only all languages with Roman alphabet (like English) can use txtng, but also non-Roman-alphabetic languages like Persian have some form of texting language. For English, the general rule of texting is omitting the vowels but since Persian does not follow this rule, the process is rather different. The texting style in Persian is more like misspelling of words. Although texting in English is treated as misspelling as well, according to recent studies by researchers at Coventry University and the University of Toronto, English texting improves literacy. This paper aims to find the effects of texting on writing and literacy of Iranian. To this end, 60 Persian speakers -adults and teenagers- were asked to participate. After the analysis of their writings, we found that text messaging has a direct negative impact on the writing dictation and style of the writer.

The effects of stress ratio on the fatigue crack propagation of the 6061 T6 alloy aluminium of 0.1: Ds=80 MPa
The effects of stress ratio on the fatigue crack propagation of the 6061 T6 alloy aluminum with a thickness of 5 mm were investigated at room temperature. The fatigue crack growth rates were studied at stress ratios of 0.1with stress range, Ds=80 MPa using centre cracked-tension specimen M (T). The results are expressed in term of crack tip stress intensity factor range that was derived from linear elastic theory. From the collected data, the fatigue crack growth versus stress intensity factor range was plotted. It was obtained that the overall stress intensity factor range is within 6 to 19.5 MPaÖ m, and the value of fatigue crack growth rate is within 10-7 to 10-3 mm/cycle. For R=0.1 the stress intensity factor range is within 8 to 19.5 MPaÖ m, and the value of fatigue crack growth rate is within 10-6 to 10-4 mm/cycle. Finally, the value of (m) and (C) were determined from the graph using the Paris Law equation. The results showed that the increase in continuous crack length and load cycle will result to the acceleration of fatigue crack growth. Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) was used to check the microscopic of fractured surface. From the fractography analysis, the material fails in ductile fracture. Hopefully this collection data’s will used as reference to the next researcher.

The relationship between big five personality with work motivation, competitiveness and job satisfaction
In spite of its popularity, the Big Five Personality has been criticized for being too descriptive to provide a theoretical model of personality. The current study aims to investigate the extent to which personality and demographic variables contribute to motivation, competitiveness and job satisfaction as defined by measuring their personality, work motivation and satisfaction. This paper shows that conscientiousness and job status were both significant predictors of job satisfaction. All acknowledgement that individual differences can affect the success of an intervention, may contribute to the design of effective work reorganisation schemes that are better suited to the employees they seek to benefit. Originality. The value of this paper was that it looked at how personality and demographic factors may influence work motivation, level of competitiveness and work satisfaction.

The Riemann zeta function and its extension into continuous optimization equation
In this paper, the Riemann Zeta function is presented as a function with real and imaginary parts. Thus we are able to evaluate By writing as a bilinear function, and through the use of Sobolev space theorem, an optimization problem with a variable coefficient is derived. Some methods of solution are presented.
