The effect of instruction on the pragmatic use of Iranian learners on the speech act of request
The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of instruction on the pragmatic use of Iranian learners on the speech act of request. The benefits of instruction on learners’ production and awareness of speech acts is well documented ( Alcón and Martínez-Flor, 2008). The subjects of this study were 40 upper- intermediate students at Arian Language Institute in Gorgan, Iran. They were learning English in an EFL context. The data were collected using discourse completion task (DCT) tests following Kasper and Dahl (1991: 9) formats. The data, then were rated using two native speakers. Hudson et al.’s (1995) rating scale was used to train the raters. In order to analyze the data t test was performed with mean level of students’ scores as dependent variable and instruction as a grouping variable. The findings revealed that Iranian learners performed significantly better in experimental group for speech act of request.

The Effect of Temperature on the Fatigue Endurance Limit of 5052 & 2024 Al. alloys "Experimental Study"
In this work , an experimental study to obtain the fatigue endurance limit for two aluminum alloy , 2024 and 5052 , were carried out at stress ratio R=-1 and rotary bending tests . The fatigue tests were performed at RT, 100 °C, 200 °C and 300 °C in order to establish the S–N curve equations. The fatigue endurance limits for both alloys at different temperature conditions were calculated at 107 cycles from the empirical S-N curve equations. It was found that the fatigue endurance limit decrease with increasing the temperature. Also the reduction percentage in fatigue endurance limit for 5052 Al. alloy was higher than that of 2024 Al. alloy.

The Effects of Architectural Anatomy on Improving the Quality of Place identity(Case Study: Shiraz Opera Hall)
This study has examined the effects of architectural anatomy of opera hall on improving the quality of place identity. By measuring the effects of place identity on the inner aspects of human which are influenced by the physical and social environments it has investigated the results of a balance between internal and external environment. To assess the anatomical effects of urban landscape, two components of subjective landscape including perception and diversity and the component of objective landscape including form and order have been measured. The current survey is descriptive and the statistical population has been Shiraz which is a city in Iran. To analyze the data the SPSS software has been used. The results have been investigated in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. In the inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient has been used to evaluate the research hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that between the dimensions of landscape, the component of subjective landscape has the highest empact on the place identity and in the second place, objective landscape has the empact on the place identity. Anatomical effects have an important role on improving the quality of place identity of Shiraz citizens and in order to enhance the place identity in the urban landscape it is also required that they will be inspired and operated.

The impact of transparency of financial information on the Value relevance of earnings in determining the company's market value (in accepted companies in Tehran Stock Exchange)
This study examines the impact of transparency of financial information on the value relevance of earnings in determining the company's market value. Sampling was undertaken and finally, during the period 2006 to 2013, 117 companies were selected. Then, the sample firms have been separated into two groups: firms with low transparency of financial information and firms with high transparency of financial information. Corporate separation criterion based on the transparency of financial information. was Points for the ranking system and information disclosure quality in Tehran Stock Exchange .The methodology of research is descriptive according to the type of data, a correlation analysis (spierman coefficient) and Multiple regression was used To test the hypothesis .Also we uses a number of control variables. These variables consist of Size, CF, E, and BV. based on the results of the test hypothesis, Using a modified Olson discretionary For calculated relevance of earnings it was found; Transparency of financial information is effective on the value relevance of earnings in determining the company's market value.

The influence of teacher-related factors on job satisfaction among primary school teachers in Kenya
Teaching profession has been hit by a wave of a high teacher turnover resulting in shortage of teachers and high workload due to high pupil enrolment as a result to the introduction of Free Primary Education in Kenya. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of teacher-related factors on job satisfaction among primary school teachers in Nandi County, Kenya. The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of teacher-related factors on job satisfaction among primary school teachers in Kenya. This study adopted an explanatory survey design based on the qualitative method. The study targeted all primary school teachers in Nandi North Sub-County, Nandi County, Kenya. The researcher used stratified and simple random sampling to select respondents (n = 321). The main data collection instrument was the focus group discussion for the teachers. Qualitative data was analyzed thematically and reported in narrations and quotations. Most of the respondents in the discussion group said that they enjoyed teaching as a profession because they felt good when they model young children. The teachers attributed low job satisfaction to lack of career growth. It was noted that teachers stagnated in one job group for longer than anticipated. The reduction of failures in plastic product by the use of “FMEA”
In this current time of globalization and privatization, manufacturing firms are greatly relying upon the concept of failure mode effective analysis to fight with challenges of current market trends. This paper help to perceive and overcome the irregularities in plastic product by apply application of “FMEA”. It is focused on preventing problems, enhancing safety, and rising customer satisfaction. Due to implementation of FMEA can get larger benefits, such as improving product quality, reliability, and security, enhancing company's image and competitiveness, satisfying customer requirements, etc.

The Role of Transit Oriented Development in the Urban Area Development wth Railway-Based Transportation
The aim of this study is to optimize or exploit the use of land in around the city of Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area with eight principles of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) namely walkable, cycle, connect, transit or public transport, shift & transit, mixed use development, and compact. This research is a literature study with more in-depth interviews, and a triangulation process. In-depth interviews are carried out with some resource persons from the transportation regulator. The result shows the very high need for TOD area around the new and existing transit stations which are served by a regular and efficient transit system.

Total Dominating Color Transversal number of Some familiar Graphs
A Total Dominating Color Transversal Set of a Graph G is a Total Dominating Set which is also Transversal of Some ? - Partition of vertices of G. Here ? is the Chromatic number of the graph G. Total Dominating Color Transversal number of a graph is the cardinality of a Total Dominating Color Transversal Set which has minimum cardinality among all such sets that the graph admits. In this paper we find this number for Generalized Wheel Graph, Petersen Graph, Herschel Graph, Grotszch graph and Helm Graph.

Vermitechnology: a promising tool for sustainable agriculture in 21st century
Newly developed vermicomposting model is eco-friendly, has low cost, minimum space requirement, protection from predators, minimum water requirement, self roof, easy management. This model tries to keeps constant temperature and humidity. Due to these favorable conditions earthworms feed voraciously, shows fast growth, increases rate of reproduction and vermicompost formation within short period (45-days), which is qualitative and quantitative. Vermicompost increases soil fertility, water holding capacity, healthy growth in plants and regulates the soil pH neutral. Newly developed vermiwash model medium cost, space requirement 2’X2’, mobile model. The vermiwash from this model is qualitative and quantitative. Analyzed contains total 48- components. Includes 10- Micronutrients, 5- Hormones, 5- Enzymes, 7-microbes and 21- other Physico-chemical components. Vermiwash acts plant tonic, good organic foliar spray increases vegetative and reproductive growth in plants. On flowering plants: flower size, number increases, better color and also acts as post harvesting tonic. Vermiwash in nursery for vegetative growth in cutting, grafting and layering.
