A Study of Improving the Energy Efficiency in Distributed Network systems Using Computer Peripherals
The Large- Scale Computing and network systems consume more amount of power and computer components like Mother Board, Processor, RAM, Hard Disk, VGA (Video Graphics Adapter), AGP (Accelerated Graphics Port), Network ports, data centers and supercomputers. Most of the places like schools, colleges, and IT Industries people work with computer. Day by day the energy consumed by these computer peripherals all over the world is high. Trying to reduce these high energy consumption a study and survey techniques have been analyzed. This survey techniques and solutions will improve the energy efficiency in computing devices and network resources. This method discusses to evaluate the maximum power consumed by the resources and explains the techniques that operate at distributing systems, trying to allocate resource for scheduling, network management. This study aims about the art of energy efficiency in computing resources and network components.

A Study on Impact of Career Development and Knowledge Management in Selected IT Industries
HRD should help the organization articulate the purpose of the knowledge management and career development. Investing in a knowledge management initiative without a clear sense of purpose is like investing in an expensive camera that has far more capabilities than you need to take good pictures of family and friends. The research study is descriptive in nature and is concerned with describing the characteristics of respondents of Knowledge Management and Career Development. In this study, two stages of random sampling technique were used. Stratified random sampling technique and Simple random sampling technique was used to select the employees of selected companies. This study mainly focuses on impact of career development towards knowledge management in IT industries.

A survey on congestion control techniques in AD-HOC network
Identifying the occurrence of congestion in a Mobile Ad-hoc Network is a major task. The existing TCP congestion control techniques do not handle the unique properties of shared wireless multi-hop link. Frequent changes in the ad-hoc network topology poses great deal of problems for congestion control. There are several approaches proposed for detecting and overcoming the congestion in the mobile ad-hoc network. In this paper we try to bring out some of the congestion control techniques and its salient features.

A Survey on space time block coding in wireless communication
The combo of coding with spatial assorted qualities opens up new measurements in wireless interchanges, and can offer successful answers for the difficulties confronted in acknowledging solid rapid connections. Use of Space-Time Block Coding (STBC) with Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) set-up proves to be an efficient method for this task. In wireless environment there is no prior knowledge of the channel state information (CSI) and hence it is required to employ some estimation techniques to obtain an estimate of the channel. Channel estimation is thus an important step in receiver design. Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) is a promising candidate for the upcoming generation communication networks. It has been proposed to develop wireless systems that offer both high capability and good performance. To accomplish high date rate and ful?ll the power, MIMO systems are equipped with High Power Ampli?er (HPA). Unfortunately, the nonlinearity of HPA has a crucial impact and affects the receiver’s performance. Due to the high bandwidth utilization efficiency, multiple-input multiple-output orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (MIMO-OFDM) techniques have become a major trend for modern communications. However, MIMO-OFDM techniques need exact synchronization and channel estimation methods to compensate the frequency offset and utilize the multiple antenna diversity.

Ab Initio and Charge Density Analysis of Au and S Substituted Diclopentyl-Cyclohexane Molecular Nanowire
The Ab-initio and charge density analysis of Au and thiol substituted Dicyclopentyl-Cyclohexan (DCC) molecular nanowire, was carried out using high level Density Functional Theory (DFT) with the help of LANL2DZ basis set coupled with the Bader’s theory of atoms in molecules . All the studies were carried out in the presence of an applied electric field which is gradually increasing from 0.05–0.26VÅ?1. The effect of the applied electric field on the geometrical and the topological analysis of the molecular wire is thoroughly made and studies were made to charcterise the bonds, especially the terminal bonds, which shows ionic nature. The variation in the dipole moment as a consequence of the polarization caused by the applied EF is thoroughly studied. HOMO-LUMO analysis was carried out to determine the way the molecule interacts with other species which may initiates the conductivity. The I–V characteristics of the molecule have been studied for various applied fields for finding the conducting nature of the molecule-electrode-molecule system. The molecular electrostatic potential surface was plotted over the geometry of the molecule to elucidate the reactivity of the molecule.

Abnormal origin of the right coronary artery resulting from the left coronary system discovered during an acute coronary syndrome: report of two cases and brief literature review
The abnormal right coronary artery originating from the left coronary system is an extremely rare variation of isolated single coronary artery. It is often a benign entity and the patients remain asymptomatic. Nevertheless, it can lead to sudden death during exertion. The treatment of this coronary anomaly may be medical, percutaneous and/or surgical. We present here a right coronary artery originating from the proximal left anterior descending artery in the first case and from the left main coronary artery in the second case. Both patients were seen to have an acute coronary syndrome with multi-vessel coronary artery disease.

An assessment of the effect of differentiation strategy on current performance of equity bank, Homa Bay Branch
Banks often drive their cost lower through investments in efficient-scale facilities and operation, tight cost and overhead control, and cost minimizations in such areas as service, selling and advertising. They often sell no-frills, standardized services and products to the most typical customers in the industry. Thus, banks seek a competitively valuable way to reduce cost by concentrating and maintaining efficiency through all activities in order to effectively control every expense and find new sources of potential cost reduction. This study limited itself to the variables of interest. The secondary data was derived from Equity Bank data for a period of 2008 to 2016. The study was conducted in Equity Bank, Homa Bay Branch. This study employed a descriptive research design. The study was conducted at Equity bank and targeted 75 respondents. The researcher used a questionnaire as research tool to collect data. The researcher with the help of supervisor and research expert was able to use the Content Valid Index (CVI). Data was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics specifically frequencies, percentages, likert scale analysis and multiple regression. The data was presented using frequency tables, figures and Charts and then findings were interpreted. The findings of this study reveal Competitive strategies affect the performance of Equity Bank. The study recommends that the bank should encourage integration of competitive strategies in the bank operation system to enable employees to feel integrated in the workplace and this will boost performance. This will create sustainable competitive edge hence sustainable and superior performance by the bank. Further the study recommends a further study be conducted on the same area in different banks on the effect of competitive strategies on Banks’ performance.
