Main motive of this paper describes to detect and watch any specific location precisely, which are arranged for highly secured components such as platinum, topaz and residential location etc. The main advantage of this paper is to intimate the image signals to our cell phone using SMS facilities, while showing the images/messages in the cell phone, sound indicator invokes in the cell phone. Through this new research tool, the computer will identify the secured location by using this Web Camera or security camera, with some image analysis software so that when a certain condition is triggered by the camera, this intelligent camera immediately activates and captures the images, analyzes it, and sends signals to the cell phone as SMS message to a particular number with a code in the message. The autonomous events that might trigger the taking of a photo (or still image from a video camera) could be appearance of a certain face available in a database of recognized faces.

Mucoperidone carcinoma of the parotid is a very rare tumor and represents 1 to 4% of all parotid tumors. It can be observed at any age, especially in the adult to the 5th decade, but very rarely in the child, nineteen cases have been reported in the world literature, with an equality between the two sexes. We report the case of a 9-year-old girl admitted to consultations for a left lateral-cervical swelling that gradually increases in volume, and has evolved for 3 years. Cervical ultrasounds with an MRI were performed objectifying a tumor of the parotid gland. Total parotidectomy was performed. The extemporaneous biopsy was in favor of a low grade mucoepidemic carcinoma. The surgical procedure was completed by functional lymph node dissection. This is a slow-growing tumor with a non-specific symptomatology. The treatment is essentially surgical. Its prognosis depends on the histological features of the tumor.

The Indian retail sector is going through a transformation and this emerging market is witnessing a significant change in its growth and investment pattern. Both existing and new players are experimenting with new retail formats. The growth and potential of the sector is being widely acknowledged both in the domestic as well as international forums. India topped AT Kearney’s Global Retail Development Index 2009 for the third consecutive year, retaining its position in the global market as the most preferred retail destination amongst emerging markets. Consumer dynamics in India is changing and the retailers need to take note of this and formulate their strategies and tactics to deliver value to the consumer. This paper investigates modern retail developments and growth of modern formats in this country. We also discuss the challenges and opportunities available to the retailers to succeed in this country.

Experiments were carried out to study the effects of water blanching on the quality of bottle gourds over a temperature range of 85–100 0C. Bottle gourd slices with thickness 5, 10 and 15 mm were selected for the blanching treatments. These blanching treatments were evaluated with respect to the inactivation time of peroxidase (POD) and the process was optimized on the basis of maximum retention of vitamins and nutrients, and minimum loss in yield of extracted juice. The most effective water blanching treatment was 3.67 min at 100 0C in 5 mm slices thickness. At this time–temperature-slices thickness combination, PODs were completely inactivated and the yield, ascorbic acid contents, pH and TSS of bottle gourds juice were found to be 69.40 %, 7.25 mg/100 ml. 6.32 and 3.67 0Brix respectively. The thermal inactivation of POD in fruits and vegetables using various enzyme inactivation processes available in the literature was critically studied. The time-temperature-slices thickness combination during hot water blanching provided a good description of the inactivation of POD in bottle gourds over the temperature range of 85–100 0C and slices thicknesses of 5-15 mm.

Organization is a relatively young science in comparison with the other scientific disciplines. (Ivanko, 2013) Accounts of the growth of organizational theory usually start with Taylor and Weber, but, as Scott (1987) mentions, organizations were present in the old civilizations which goes back to Sumerians (5000, BC) and which experiences its maturation phase with Taylor, Fayol and Weber, continuing to come up to present with modern management methods and principles. The modern organization may be the most crucial innovation of the past 100 years and it is a theory which will never complete its evolution as the human being continues to exist. Understanding how organizations work has been the focus of scientists and scholars until the early part of the 20th century. Just as organizations have evolved, so to have the theories explaining them. These theories can be divided into 9 different “schools” of thought (Shafritz, Ott, Jang, 2005): Classical Organization Theory, Neoclassical Organization Theory, Human Resource Theory, or the Organizational Behavior Perspective, Modern Structural Organization Theory, Organizational Economics Theory, Power and Politics Organization Theory, Organizational Culture Theory, Reform Though Changes in Organizational Culture and Theories of Organizations and Environments. This introductory paper will concentrate on the organizational economics theory and is divided as follows: The introduction talks about the developments of the organization and organization theory from its early stages with detailed definitions. In section 2, theoretical roots in other words literature review on the subject will be presented. At further section, by looking at the perspectives of the 6 pioneering people (Jensen & Meckling, Williamson, Barney & Ouchi, and Rubin) main principles of the classical organization theory are presented one by one. Section 4 mentions strengths and weaknesses of the classical organizational theory and section 5 discusses and concludes the paper.

This research aims to explore the impacts of organizational learning with a mediating role of innovation on organizational performance. Furthermore, this research was conducted in the textile processing sectors in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Organizational learning and its four dimensions managerial commitment, systems perspective, openness and experimentation and the knowledge transfer and integration contribute the significant impact on organizational performance. There was used Structural Equation Modeling to measure the model and used SMART-PLS version 2.0 package. The studies identified some recommendations to textile processing sectors that organizations can provide a platform to facilitate its processing sectors to promote innovation and creativity for improving efficiency and effectiveness in the organization. Findings identify a number of suggestions through which there can be solve problems in the organizations with the use of knowledge, learning and innovative skills in other organizations.

The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between employees’ perceptions of authentic leadership and employee engagement. Study was conducted in one of the multinational manufacturing companies that based in North Malaysia. A total of 118 employees working in the company provided responses to the scales to assess the perceptions of the authentic leadership and employee engagement. The result indicated a significant positive relationship between employees’ perceptions of authentic leadership and employee engagement. Interventions in developing authentic leadership among supervisors and managers and limitations of the study are also being discussed in the study.

Environmental friendly energy system is going to develop compared to convectional primary energy due to energy security problems. As the cost of solar energy is zero, the demand of solar energy is gradually increased in different purposes such as electricity, cooling and so on. Moreover, in the energy market, Photovoltaic (PV) inverters bear a very important role due to cost and efficiency. Hence, Transformer (TRX)-less inverter system is part and parcel where possible to reduce the overall system cost, size with high efficiency. In this review paper, different TRX-less inverter topologies are focused with the different switching conditions and the process of Leakage Current Reduction (LCR). Here is shown the basic concept of PV panel, flow chart according to the review papers, different leakage current paths and the mitigation processes.

This work investigates the phytochemical composition and anti-tussive effect of aqueous and alcoholic extract of Aneilema aequinoctiale. The phytochemical screening of the Aneilema aequinoctiale showed quantitatively the presence of alkaloids, saponin, steroid, cardiac glycosides, flavonoids and tannins. The possible anti-tussive effects of the ethanolic and aqueous extract of the leaves, root, stem and whole plant of Aneilema aequinoctitale on Streptococcus pyogenes, Klebsiella pheumonia, Cryphtococcus neoformans and Streptococcus pneumonia were determined and compared. The extracts of the whole plant exhibited the widest inhibition zones followed by extracts of the leaves and stem, while the root extracts showed the least inhibition zones. The results are discussed with reference to the nutritional and medicinal values of the plant Aneilema aequinoctiale.
