The aim of this study is to identify the impediments of developing medical tourism in Iran and categorize and prioritize them. Therefore, we interview 30 managers and key players in the industry of medical tourism which were in hospitals or medical tourism agencies. After extracting the important involved factors from our interviews, we design our questionnaire which was consist of 36 questions and distributed to 284 people in our sample. For analyzing data, Friedman test and t test were performed which use of SPSS 18 software. The results showed us the priority of the identified impediments is: factor conditions, strategy and structure, supporting industries and demand condition. According to our results we can say that government as a supporter in this industry can have crucial rule for setting rules and preparing safe and stable environment.

The rationale of the present research is to understand how and to what extent a particular leadership style can affect the climate of the organization. And further to find out the most popular form of leadership on the basis of data collected from both public and private sectors respectively. The real leadership is measured by its impact on others and in creating organizational climate which focuses on employee wellbeing. The questionnaire was conducted on 105senior personnel in education sector to determine their leadership style and further to study the effectiveness of each style on the climate of the organization. Results: There is a difference in leadership styles of different educational institutes and in turn their impact on climate of the institute. The leadership styles prominently emerging are participative and catalytic. Implication: Success of the organization depends on its leader. Participative leaders are those who involve other people in the process, including their subordinates, peers, superiors and other stakeholders. The Catalyst Leaders are visionary, they have facilitative, innovative, inspiring vision and empower people to transform the vision into reality. The paper reports that the different leadership styles create different type of climate which is responsible for the over all wellbeing of the employees and the institute. In today’s world successful leaders are those who provide opportunity and training to everyone to develop to the next level.

The aim of this study is to know if relaxation has immediate effect on hemodynamic parameters and pulmonary functions in normal healthy individuals. 34 of 40 participants were selected after screening. These participants were divided in two groups, group A: music therapy, group B: Jacobson’s progressive muscle relaxation. After an interval of 5 days, the participants were given the other intervention respectively. The participant’s hemodynamic parameters and pulmonary functions were noted immediately before and after the session. The study was conducted in the department of Cardio respiratory physiotherapy, College of Physiotherapy, PIMS, Loni. India. 34 of 40 normal healthy participants entered the study and 30 completed it. Relaxation was given by two techniques, music therapy in which the participant was made to listen to Indian classical instrumental music for 20 minutes. Another technique used was Jacobson’s progressive muscle relaxation for 20 minutes. Outcome measures were noted pre and post session. The primary outcome measures were hemodynamic parameters and pulmonary function. The secondary outcome measure was to find participant’s preference of relaxation technique based on their experience. The hemodynamic parameters improved considerably after music therapy but the pulmonary functions improved better with Jacobson’s progressive muscle relaxation. The participants rated music therapy more preferable than Jacobson’s progressive muscle relaxation. Relaxation has immediate effect on hemodynamic parameters and pulmonary functions. Relaxation particularly music therapy (Classical Indian instrumental music) can be made a routine activity in normal healthy individuals.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of favoritism and organizational politics on job satisfaction in public sector organizations of Pakistan. A convenience sampling technique was used to collect the data. 250 Questionnaires were distributed to full time employees of 15 public sector organizations. 222 usable questionnaires were retrieved. The main findings of this research are that favoritism and organizational politics have a positive relationship with job satisfaction in public sector of Pakistan. Conclusion, Recommendation and limitation of the study are also discussed.

The result emphasize on enhancing the Customer’s satisfaction through revised e-CRM strategies.

The ever-increasing energy consumption, fossil fuels costs and exhaustible nature and worsening of global environment have created a boom to renewable energy based generation system. Among the renewable energy sources, solar and wind energy are infinite and high potential sources. Thus the fusion of these two energy system is best suited for the reduction of fossil fuel in energy generation. When is connected to grid, it causes power quality problem because of its fluctuating nature. This proposed work describes the methodology for improving power quality of the grid system interfaced with hybrid wind-solar system. The proposed topology is validated through dynamic simulation using the MATLAB/Simulink Power System Toolbox.

The aim of this work was to investigate the most effective extraction conditions for the production of thevetia seed protein concentrate of reduced cardiac glycoside content. Alcoholic extraction of the glycosides was studied as a function of time, solvent to meal ratio and solvent composition. Thevetia seed meal was extracted with 10:1, 15:1 and 20:1 solvent to meal ratios, for 45 min, 12, 24 and 48 h. the isolated compounds were characterized by spectral techniques and structure of the compounds were proposed.

Just as the Chinese travellers, Fa-Hien and Huen-Tsang gave an elaborate account of fifth and seventh century socio-cultural and religio-political Indian life; Jean Sasson’s writings throw ample light on the religious, social, cultural and political life of the Middle Easterners in the twentieth century. The paper explores the visions and beliefs of Muslim community of the Middle East region as depicted by Jean Sasson in her books. The faith in religion is expressed as great strength of the Arabic people. This faith is the epicenter of their foundation of life-style even in the modern context.

Knowledge Process Outsourcing, or KPO, is the latest wave to hit the outsourcing business in India. A booming sector with tremendous potential, the KPO sector in India employs around 25,000 people currently. KPO is Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO). It involves outsourcing for high-end knowledge work. This includes research and work on intellectual property, equity and finance, analytics, market research and data management, et cetera. This article is prepared for better understanding of the concept and state of India in the sector.

Youth unemployment in Kenya has been seen to be on the rise. However, with the inception of the Youth Enterprise Development Fund the youth have been able to exploit the opportunity in utilizing the fund. The study used a sample of 147 respondents from the youth group in Turbo Division, Uasin-Gishu County. The study found out that the prevailing factors encouraging youth participation in entrepreneurship included; entrepreneurial business trainings, societal attitude and finally family involvement
