Study on Adsorption for Removal of Commercial Phenyl by Fly Ash
The aim of this present work is to investigate the sorption potential of a modified and unmodified fly ash as a law-cost adsorbent material for the removal of phenyl from aqueous medium. In this regard fly ash is a very attractive option, because it is cheap, widely available and has good mechanical stability for handing purposes and employment in adsorption columns. The effect of various factors such as contact time, adsorbent dosage, PH, temperature and initial adsorbent. A concentration on the sorption process was investigated under batch equilibrium technique using UV/Vis Spectrometry. The result obtained showed that the capacity of fly ash for adsorption of Phenyl depends on the initial PH and concentration of solutions.

Studying the Effects of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy on Depression Symptoms among Students with Abnormal Grief
Death is an inevitable phenomenon that we should accept it as a part of our life. Because everybody will die and we cannot disregard it in our life. One of the most difficult events that may occur for every child or teenager is that one of his/her relatives be died. In order to therapy the consequences of death, it is necessary to acquire different information about its therapy methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy. This is why that the present study was aimed to examine the effects of cognitive-behavioral therapy methods on decreasing symptoms of depression among students with abnormal grief. The research methodology of this study is a pretest-posttest design with control group. The statistical population of this study includes the students with grief that experienced one of their relatives’ deaths and had symptoms of abnormal depression based on the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (DSM-IR-IV). The sample members have been selected randomly and then were appointed to experimental and control groups randomly. In order to collect the research data, the questionnaire of child and teenagers’ depression has been used. In order to analyze the data and test the research hypotheses, Covariance analysis has been used in the SPSS. The results revealed that there is a significant difference between control and experimental groups’ depression after intervention (p?0.001). Therefore, it can be concluded that the cognitive-behavioral therapy has a significant effect on decreasing symptoms of depression among students with abnormal grief.

Studying the relationship between knowledge management and organizational entrepreneurship study of case: labor and social affairs department of Qom
The aim of this research is to identify the components of knowledge management and their relationship with the organizational entrepreneurship in Labor and social affairs department of Qom province. In order to evaluate the components of “knowledge management” with respect to previous researches, 41 questions related to the knowledge management cycle based on Jashapara’s theory were used. In order to evaluate the components of “organizational entrepreneurship”, 31 questions used by Shokri were implemented. The research method used is quantitative and is of correlation type and is done by the survey method. A survey tool having appropriate validity and reliability was used for gathering the research data related to variables of knowledge management and organizational entrepreneurship. After determining the sample size using Cochran equation, a simple random sampling method was used in order to access the members of sample. The correlation test was implemented to test the research hypothesese. The results showed positive correlation between the knowledge management and the organizational entrepreneurship.

Survey on feature selection methods in image information mining
Image information mining (IIM) approaches produce enormous amounts of features that are computationally expensive and in- efficient to process before the actual information discovery takes place[1]. Also, it is complicated because the combination of the features has little relevance to the hypothesis space. Hence, selecting a relevant subset of features is necessary to overcome these problems and to provide an efficient representation of the target class. In this paper, we propose survey onfeature selection and feature transformations.

Synthesis and biological activity of benzimidazoles: Review
Benzimidazoles and their derivatives play very important role in the medical field with useful therapeutic activities like antiviral, anti-histaminic, anticancer, antiulcer, antihypertensive, antidiabetic, antifungal, and antimicrobial activity. The most prominent benzimidazole compound in nature is N-riosyldimethylbenzimidazole, which serves as an axial ligand for cobalt in vitamin B12. The potency of these useful derivatives in treatment of microbial infections encouraged the development of some more potent and pharmacologically efficient compounds. This review summarizes the synthesis of different derivatives of benzimidazole and their biological activities.

Synthesis of some heterocyclic compounds derived from chalcones
Chalcone derivatives were synthesized by reaction of some benzaldehyde derivatives with acetophenone , then the products obtained were allowed to react with urea, thiourea and hydroxylamine, to give the heterocyclic derivatives of oxazine, thiazine and isoxazole respectively. The final products have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR and proton NMR spectra. These compounds were also screened for their antibacterial activities.

The Concept of Sustainable Development towards Multifunctional Products
This paper will explain more detail about the way to produce product which is designing and develop by concern the criteria of sustainable. Multipurpose Iron Board is one of the product with applied the concept of sustainability. Multipurpose Iron Board can perform a variety of uses other than iron board itself. In sustainable design, it’s able to function as a ladder and chair too. This product is easy to store, easy to carry, lightweight and durable. In addition, the design of which was developed also emphasized aesthetic values. Ergonomic factors are also taken into account so that the user can use the product properly and safely. Anthropometric data is referenced to ensure product will be produce by full fill the ergonomic factors. This product is designed by considered consumer demand through market survey. The current issue such as limited space and less storage will be overcome through the use of this product.

The effect of Powdered Activated Carbon (PAC) to the removal of cod content of sugar industry waste water
Rapid globalization lead us on the way to industrialization. Sugar industry is one of the biggest consumer of water, and can also introduce serious pollutant to the environment. Chemical as well as biological treatment to these waste waters are in practice since long. Powdered Activated Carbon (PAC) prepared from wood and nutshell charcoal with specific surface area of 5602.352 cm2/gm and particle size 44 ? m is used as an adsorbent to the combined waste water of Sugar mill at room temperature. The different dosage of PAC is kept in contact for 24 hours, then they will analyzed before and after treatment. The results of COD removal follow the Freundlich and Langmuir adsorption isotherm.

The Impact Mother tongue on Reading Comprehension & Vocabulary
Abstract Most academic views of teaching theory have speculated that, it would be better to allow learners to state themselves when they are learning a second language it is usual to occasionally flash back into their first language which it can be helpful for them to learn better. According to this, mother tongue might be affect on the process of learning reading comprehension (decoding and interpreting) via translation into the first language. This paper aims to teach reading comprehension toward the use of mother tongue. Having expressed the problems of the topic and the limitations in chapter one, I reviewed the literature of the topic in chapter two. This study will be examined reading comprehension by using L1. After homogenizing via pre-test, forty Iranian girls with treatment and twenty without it who will between the ages of 20 to 30 will be carried out with the Nelson Proficiency Test. The result of the study will be obtained via analysis variance (ANOVA). Key words:Mother tongue,Reading Comprehension,EFL,Vocabulary

The Inaccuracy of Previous Studies in Evaluating of Export Performance Determinants
Vital role of exporting to the world and countless benefits of export for firms and countries cause the increasing attention to the determinants of firm export performance. However, despite numerous published works on determinants of firm export performance, the literatures are characterized by the inaccuracy in measurement of export performance determinants that led to inconsistent and opposing findings. The future research should attention the previous problems in evaluating determinants of firm export performance to facilitate theory development. This paper evaluates many studies concerning measurement of export performance determinants. This study organized into two sections: first, recognition the determinants of export performance that led to confuse and conflicting findings. Second, methods to evaluate export performance determinants are analyzed. In the end, the finding is discussed and direction for future research is mentioned.
