Governmental organizations and municipalities can take possession of the properties of natural and legal persons in order to conduct their plans if necessary by carrying out special formalities. The case of possession only includes real property and it would not include personal ones. to take possession of lands, first it should be identified the kind of them, since waste lands are not considered as a property to special persons .the legal nature of possession as the case may be if the owner does not satisfy to grant his property, unilateral obligation, even if for different reasons including the government and municipalities make the owner to satisfy, in this case contract has not a specific meaning too. In fact, it can be considered as an imposed contract and the question of possession of person' properties is one of cause making ownership for government and municipalities. If governmental organizations and municipalities do not follow legal formalities in the identification of kind and possession of no wastelands or do not pay the price of property as the case may be Bureaucratic Justice court or public courts of justice administration would be as a competence authority for investigation. This article has dealt with two chapters .in the first chapter, legal nature of possession has been studied and in the second chapter, in the case of objection to the way of identification, the kind of lands and also objection to the way of possession, the competent authority that as the case may be is Bureaucratic Justice court or public court of justice administration has been considered.

This study endeavored to investigate the relationship between parenting styles and mental health of Iranian elementary students using descriptive research method. To measure the variables used in the study, two questionnaires of parenting style of Bamrynd (1991) and general health (GHQ- 2) were used and the findings revealed that the relationship between authoritative parenting style and mental health was positive. In similar, the relationship between permissive parenting style and mental health of elementary students of Shemiranat was positive. However, there was a negative relationship between authoritarian parenting style and mental health of students. Also, the results of regression test showed that among the three dimensions of parenting styles (authoritative, authoritarian and permissive), merely the authoritative parenting style had the ability to predict the mental health of students.

The Kenya Vision 2030 is the economic blueprint towards the achievement of development and the transformation of Kenya into a “newly industrializing, middle income country providing high quality life for all its citizens by the year 2030” (Vision 2030, pg. vii.) To achieve this long term development goals, there is need for the country to invest in training of qualified manpower to drive the wheels of development. Educational institutions and particularly Universities in Kenya have continued to play a significant role in the training of manpower to meet the demands of industry. Universities play an innovative role in tackling the problems of underdevelopment (Mosha, 1986). This paper deliberates the role of Kenyan Universities in the country’s economic development and their contribution towards the achievement of Vision 2030. The discussion will revolve around three themes which form the pillars of Vision 2030 - the Economic Pillar, Social Pillar and Political Pillar, and the role of the University in fortifying these pillars. It is imperative for Kenya to invest in the training of manpower to work on infrastructure because this is critical for accelerated rates of economic development (Bloom et al (2006). The cohesiveness of the Kenyan society is an essential factor in national development too. Higher education fosters national unity by changing people’s attitudes and developing positive mind sets towards each other and various ethnic diversities. This is focal in developing a cohesive society that is free from ethnic prejudices and other social ills buffeting Kenya today. The political pillar of vision 2030 is ‘a democratic political system that is issue-based, people –centered, result-oriented and accountable to the public.’ (Vision 2030, pg. 16). Universities contribute substantially in buttressing this pillar by providing the intellectual citadel where political discourse occurs and ideologies pertinent to policy formulation are generated. It is necessary that dysfunctional systems of the past are replaced with new value systems that will repair the emaciated social fabric. Universities can assist in this by developing individuals committed to democratic values and human rights (Botman, 2011).

Introduction:The present research has aimed at exploring the relation between students' religiosity and their risk behaviors. The research statistical population consists of all male and female high school students of Rasht city in the academic year 2011-2012. Materials & Methods: A sample of 428 students was selected through a cluster random sampling procedure and the subjects replied to two appropriately valid and reliable questionnaires of "MA'BAD " and "high-risk behavior". Findings: The data gathered were analyzed through Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Multi-Variable Regression Analysis methods by making use of the SPSS software. The results obtained show that there is a significant (p < 0.05) reversed relation between the components of students' religiosity including "performing religious duties", "performing the recommended", "taking part in religious activities", and "involving religion in decision-making", on one hand, and their risk behaviors, on the other. Moreover, the results of the regression analysis shows that the three variables "performing religious duties", "taking part in religious activities" and "involving religion in decision-making" can significantly predict the students' risk behaviors. Discussion & Conclusion: Research findings also show that religious instructions can predict a decrease in the students' risk behaviors.

Fingerprint identification is one the most important biometric technologies since the unchangeable fingerprints during human life span, and the uniqueness of each individual’s fingerprint. This paper is an attempt to design and implement a biometric security system in human fingerprint using the concept of wavelet analysis, and a new scheme for human fingerprint recognition using wavelet packet decomposition is presented. Each human fingerprint is described by a subset of band filtered images containing wavelet coefficients. These coefficients characterize the human fingerprint texture and a set of simple statistical measures allows us to form efficient and meaningful feature vectors. Then, a useful and reliable Bayes classifier is employed in order to classify the human fingerprint feature vectors into person classes.

The Academic Management System is useful to both students and Faculties for Time table, Lesson Plan, Log Book upkeeping , viewing circulars sent by authorities , on-line assignment submission capability, Internal Marks entry, attendance and Mentoring and prepare the final report to be sent to parents. This system is developed as Web Application in ASP/ASP.Net for front end and MS SQL Server as the backend. Security is achieved by using SQL injections prevention codings and encrypted cookies and sessions. Username and password also given only in encrypted form. This automated implementation in our University environment has eased the work-load and enhanced the work efficiency of faculty members and students also feel happy to receive instantly all their Academic Information.

The purpose of this study was to discuss the good environment that enhance student engagement for co-curriculum activities in schools. This article was based on the author’s reflection and interpretations on extended literature reviews. The author had a particular interest to discuss and relate the studies conducted with respect to a good school environment in enhancing student engagement for co-curriculum activities and the effectiveness of the co-curriculum environment.
