An ideal business needs sufficient resources to keep it going and ensures that such resources are maximally utilized to enhance its performance and overall profitability. Cash is the most liquid of assets and it represents the lifeblood for growth and investment and it is essential to survive because of its effects on a firm’s performance and risk reduction, and consequently its value (Smith, 1980). This study seeks to investigate the effect of cash flow management on the financial performance of SME’s in Mogadishu –Somalia. I want to understand the effect of cash flow management on financial performance and also My Objectives cash planning and cash controlling and liquidity management. The methodology will center on the research techniques adopted and used for this study with the aim of achieving the research objectives. A research design is clear as and generally plan for research undertaking. Research design provides the join that holds the research project together. Descriptive research design was adopted in this study. The research population is 360 individuals were Owners/managers of selected small and medium enterprises in Mogadishu-Somalia. There are many sectors of small and medium enterprises as, service sector, cosmetics, trade sector. The sampling Technique is descriptive to the strategies and researcher use to select respondents from target population. The respondents will be categorized into different where each group will have homogenous characteristics such as; owners/managers and employees. Since in most SMEs owners and managers can‘t be separated, one was selected from each business and my sample was 78. The instrument is a survey, questionnaire or tool designed to measure the variable(s), characteristic(s), or information of interest, often a behavioral or psychological characteristic. Research instruments can be helpful tools to your research study,. Because the information needed can be easily and quickly gathered from the respondents, and also it can target respondents in widely dispersed locations, in questionnaire development. Linear Regression analysis is used in this study to figure out the extent that independent variable (cash control, cash planning and liquidity management ) can influence the dependent variable (Financial Performance of SME’s ), while all other factors are constant. The table below shows regression analysis of variables cash flow management and business performance. Multiple regression analysis was performed to assess the relationship between the dependent Variable (Financial Performance of Small media enterprise) and the independent variables (Cash flow management) and to test the research. The regression results presented in above table indicate that cash control, cash planning and liquidity management were significant at 5 percent level. The coefficient of cash control showed 0.232 with a p-value 0.020, which is less than 5%, the coefficient of cash planning was 0.313, with a p-value of 0.003, which is less than 0.05. And the liquidity management was -0.065, with a p-value of 0.602 which is greater than 0.05 so that indicates there was statistically positive relationship between cash control and cash planning on financial performance of small Media Enterprise in Mogadishu and while the remaining variable was negative relationship between Liquidity management on financial performance of SME’s and statistical is insignificant.

The simple third-order chaotic dynamics of a new autonomous oscillator circuit was studied by measuring its responsible in the form of phase-portrait, power spectrum and chaotic time series. The circuit consists of just three linear elements (two capacitors and one inductor), one linear negative conductance and cubic nonlinearity exhibiting the symmetrical piecewise-linear v-i characteristics. The power spectrums are presented to confirm the lower dimensions of strong chaotic nature of the oscillations of the circuit. The performance of the circuit is investigated by means of experimental and numerical confirmation of the appropriate differential equations. The features of the obtained results are respected for various engineering system such as chaos communication systems with robustness against various interferences.

The purpose of the present paper is to deal with the economic effects of gasoline subsidy on government expenditures in Iran's. To do so, we have used time series data for the period 1971-2004 and concentrated on the ordinary least square (OLS) method to estimate the relevant regression models. The results show that there has been a positive and significance relation between gasoline subsidy and government expenditures during the period under consideration .In order to alleviate the burden of gasoline subsidy on government budget, it is suggested that government emphasize on policies to reduce the gasoline subsidy which is mainly benefited the upper income bracket of the countries and move towards the guided subsidies. Also the economic liberalization and promotion of private sector introduced in Iran 4th economic plan needs more reliable support from all policy makers of the country.

Elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) plays an important role in communication and information security. ECC is an approach to public-key cryptography based on the finite fields. We propose a hardware architecture for scalar multiplication, which is the main operation of ECC based on mixed coordinates (Lopez-Dahab) over GF(2163) in the Karatsuba multiplication polynomial representation. The proposed design is implemented using Verilog as a language and Xilinx virtex4Vlx15sf363-12 as a target device, and it is verified in Model Sim 6.3g. The results show that the proposed design occupies 30k slices with a delay of 35.086 ns.

This study investigated ideological and cultural aspects of literary translation by specifically focusing on the analysis of the textual features of a literary source text, namely, Morier’s Adventures of Hajji Baba of Ispahan, a novel originally published in English in 1823, and its corresponding translated target text, namely, Sargozašt-e ??ji B?b?-ye E?fah?ni, rendered into Persian by Mirza ?abib I?fahani in the 1880s. Employing Halliday’s (1985) systemic functional linguistics (SFL) as well as Venuti’s “domesticating/ foreignizing” dichotomy for the analysis and assessment of translated works, the researchers analyzed the TT by accounting for the sets of constraints within which the expression of ideology and cultural elements take place. In order to indicate the translator’s ideological orientations, the study concentrated on the analysis of a number of textual features, namely, “nominalizations”, “voice shifts”, “modality shifts”, “agency shifts”, “expansions”, “contractions”, and “thematic progressions”. Domestication and foreignization strategies in the translated text have also been investigated to see if the translator had to apply any of the two strategies especially in translating cultural elements. The study finally comes up with the conclusion that the TT has been under the influence of ideological and cultural manipulations by the translator in order to conform to the target culture’s textual and social values.

The territory of Republic of Armenia is considered as a high-risk zone of agricultural production. According to approximate calculations, damage to agriculture as a result of natural disasters in various years reaches 15-20 billion AMD (410 AMD=1$ USA), while in most disastrous year it also exceeds. Given these circumstances, we come to the conclusion that the agricultural sector is needed to establish on effective system of insurance, in addition to the process of insurance provided by the state’s direct participation in the process of implementation of agricultural insurance. In our opinion, the agricultural insurance will significantly contribute to the guaranteed production of the agricultural products, will reduce agricultural losses, will minimize the degree of risks, which will stimulate the development of this sector.

Sixteen (16) yearling West African Dwarf Sheep were used to assess body weight gain, feed intake and haematological indices as influenced by the four dietary treatments. The average weight gain of sheep fed supplemental diets were 2.70±0.09kg in Gliricidia sepium, 2.80±0.09kg in Moringa oleifera and 3.15±0.45kg in Gliricidia sepium + Moringa oleifera compared to 1.57±0.10kg for sheep fed basal diet only. The average weight gains in sheep fed supplemental diets were significantly (P<0.05) higher than sheep fed only the basal diets. The linear body measurement gain such as heart girth gain were 11.00±1.73cm in Gliricidia sepium, 8.67±2.08cm in Moringa oleifera, 13.34±1.04cm in Gliricidia sepium + Moringa oleifera compared to 8.33±0.58cm for sheep fed basal diet only. The heart girth gains of sheep fed supplemental diets were significantly (P<0.05) higher than sheep fed basal diets only. The height at whither gains were 8.55±4.04cm in Gliricidia sepium, 9.00±4.36cm in Moringa oleifera, 9.00±1.00cm in Gliricidia sepium + Moringa oleifera compared to 6.33±1.53cm for sheep fed Panicum+cassava peels only. The height whither gains of sheep fed supplemental diets were significantly (P<0.05) higher than sheep fed control diets. The body length gains were 8.00±1.73cm in Gliricidia sepium, 10.00±3.61cm in Moringa oleifera, 10.66±3.06cm in Gliricidia sepium + Moringa oleifera compared to 11.66±5.13cm for sheep fed basal diet only. The body length gains in sheep fed supplemental diets were significantly (P<0.05) higher than sheep fed basal diets. The haematological parameters such as packed cell volume (31.50 – 32.50 %), red blood cells (9.85 – 10.17 X106mm-1), haemoglobin concentration (9.97 – 10.07g 100mm-1), Erythocyte sedimentation rate (0.62 – 0.34), mean Corpuscular haemoglobin (0.99 – 1.08 pg), mean corpuscular volume (3.15 – 3.29µm3), Eosinophils (3.00 – 4.25%), Basophils (0.50 – 1.00 %), Monocytes (6.50 – 8.75%), Lymphocyte (60.00 – 65.25%), Neutrophils (21.25 – 31.25%) of animals fed supplemental diets were significantly (P<0.05) higher than animals fed Panicum-cassava peels ration. From all indications, sheep fed supplemental diets had better growth performance and were haematological stable than sheep fed basal diet only.
