The epidemiological approach to glomerular diseases remains less developed in our country. The aim of our study is to identify the frequency of glomerular nephropathies in our context; and to describe their different demographic, clinical, biological characteristics, as well as their etiological and evolutive profile. We have led a retrospective study at the department of nephrology, University Hospital Med VI, between 2014 and September 2017. We collected 93 patients, including 51 men .The average age at the diagnosis was of 34,8 ± 14,8 years old. The clinical presentation was dominated by the nephrotic syndrome (60.21%), hematuria (26/88%), and hypertention (22.58%).Glomerular nephritis were primitive in 70.96 % of the cases, the minimal change disease, segmental and focal glomerulosclerosis and membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis represented the most common histological types with 18,18%, 42,4% and 24,04% of the cases , their etiologies were dominated by lupus nephropathy, 78,3% of our patients received a symptomatic treatment . The use of corticosteroids in primitive glomerular nephropathy has been proposed in only 53.7 % of the cases, and associates with immune suppressives in 17.9% of cases.

Poly(2-oxazoline)s have widely been used in biomedical applications for the last years. They can mimick natural systems and they generally used as liposomes, drug and gene deliver and pseudopeptides. In this study investigating histological effects of different doses (10 mg/L, 50mg/L) of poly(2-ethyl-2oxazoline) (PEtOx) on liver tissue of zebrafish was aimed. Adult zebrafish individuals were exposed to different doses of PEtOxfor 5 days and after that they were dissected and liver tissues removed. Histological changes at liver tissue were investigated at light microscope after hematoksilen and eosin staining. In the experimental groups, contraction in vacuoles at hepatocyte cytoplasm, hypertrophy and increase in the number of hepatocyte cells and kuppfer cells were detected.

Mancozeb is a synthetic pesticide which has been used for decades. It is used to hinder the growth of fungi and plants against damage. Pesticides access aquatic ecosystems via ground waters and affect water quality and aquatic life. In our study, investigation the histopathological effects of mancozeb on intestine tissue of zebrafish were aimed. Degeneration and expansion at villi structure and increase in the number of goblet cells, mucus accumulation and expansion in muscular layer were detected at exposure groups. Depending on the increased number of leukocytes enteritis was monitored.

To speed up the process of detection of tamper in an image it is withheld to segment the image, embed segment with watermark and key as to trace the tamper segment in which key is not found rather than tracing for entire image for tamper detection. Tamper detection algorithm based on superpixel segment level key encryption with svd based watermarking scheme is proposed. This method finds tamper location from watermarked superpixel segments of watermarked image. Secrete key embedded in each segment of watermarked image for finding tamper segment first. If keys not found from any of the segment that segment shows tamper segment of image then find area which is tampered from that segment. To improve the efficiency of the proposed tamper detection against various security attacks such as collage attacks, VQ attacks and content removal attacks. The experimental results shown that proposed tamper detection scheme is shows better performance in terms of efficiency of tamper detection rate higher than 99% in average complex attacks, 100% in common attack and tamper finding speed is 0.02 to 0.04 sec. in various attacks.

Education has the key role in human capital formation. It empowers the society by increasing awareness, skills, efficiency and productivity, but does it empowers the people who educate the society? This paper scrutinizes the impact of different education levels on teacher’s earnings of public sector educational institutes in Pakistan. By employing Mincerian Human Capital model. A sample of 150 teachers is used for the analysis. Data is collected through field survey and questioner about educational level and experience from public sector teaching staff of Quetta city and OLS Regression method is used to determine the impact of Education and experience on earning. According to our results, completed years of education and years of experience have positive significant impact on monthly income. But years of experience increases income at a decreasing rate.

This paper focuses on the structure of corporate leadership and how it can help achieve Early Childhood Education (ECE) goals in protecting the rights of children. It establishes that corporate leadership has not fully been exercised and implemented in Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres, and this is due to the administrator’s inability to steer stable and sustainable centres for protection of rights of children and unprofessional management. The study employed descriptive surveys, and stratified sampling was used to obtain a sample of 52ECD centres in Baringo County, Kenya and the target population involved the staff in ECD centres. This paper establishes that corporate leadership is vital towards accomplishment of protecting rights of children and that curriculum supervision plays a major role in quality education and protecting children rights. Therefore it recommends a full review of implementation of corporate leadership in ECD centres and training of staff to achieve this course

The Erbium doped KDP crystals were grown by Sankaranarayanan-Ramasamy (SR) method with the vision to improve the properties of the crystal. The chemical composition of the grown crystals is confirmed by EDAX Analysis. The grown crystal was characterized by PXRD and UV-Vis analysis. The SHG efficiency is determined by Kurtz powder technique. The dielectric constant, dielectric loss and ac conductivity of the crystal were studied. The functional groups are identified by FT-Raman analysis. The Optical transmission and SHG studies shows the suitability of the ingot for optical applications.

Rice bran, one of the most abundant and valuable byproducts produced during the rice milling process, is of steadily growing interest in recent years due to its potential health benefits. Herein, we investigate and report the physicochemical properties of rice bran obtained from Mubi, Adamawa State, Nigeria. The rice bran was initially combusted and soil samples of the baked, unbaked soil and surrounding particular area where we carried out the combustion were collected and analyzed for its physicochemical properties. The results revealed that the baked soil has a higher concentration of calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium than the unbaked soil. Furthermore, retention of water (tension) and the ability to absorb water (infiltration) was discovered to be higher in the baked soil sample. This shows that the heat of combustion of rice bran affects the physical, chemical and mechanical properties of soil in a peculiar way.

Green house experiment was conducted to explore the influence of different concentrations of Vermicompost in root–knot nematode management against Meloidogyne incognita infecting Cluster bean Cyamposis tetragonaloba. Vermicompost fortification treatment resulted in reduced nematode infection and increased growth characteristics such as shoot – root length and shoot – root weight. With the increase of concentration of Vermicompost corresponding increase noticed in growth characteristics of treated plants. Vermicompost fortified plants showed increment in sugar, protein and lipid over untreated control. Increment of these metabolites reflects treated plants were metabolically cope up the infection and promoting excessive plant growth.In vitro studies of hatching trials revealed significant reduction in larval emergence. The percent reduction of larval emergence showed a significant positive correlation with increased concentration of Vermicompost. Vermicompost treatment significantly affects the soil population of nematode which again reflects a dosage dependent phenomenon. Present investigation confirms Vermicompost as an excellent growth promoters and potential prophylactic agent.

Geophysical methods widely used in oil and gas exploration. Modeling of gravity data is used extensively to illustrate the geometry and interface between the sediments and bedrock. Which can help the salt dome, anticline folds, dome-shaped uplift of the continental platform and reef masses to be identified. There are various methods to illustrate the bedrock topography, and we will describe one of these methods in present paper. Using the upward continuation, we extract the residual gravity anomaly which in fact shows the local effect of bedrock gravity on the observed gravity. Then, according to the Oldenburg – Parker method, the residual gravity data are inversed and finally the 3D geometry the bedrock is illustrated. It should be noted that some software’s like Surfer and Excel are used in this research but the program main code is written using Matlab programming.
