This paper seeks to delineate the constraints imposed on translators of movie dialogues in the context of Iran. The movie ''Platoon'' is selected for this purpose. In this situation a myriad of external constraints, that is, cultural, religious, and political, lead to rewriting or manipulation of movie texts. This is an effective means for creating and naturalizing ideologies, through expurgation, derogation, etc. The movie translations in Iran are scenes of ideological incursions in translation, that is, suppression of dialectal features. They are sites of ideological clashes in which certain realities are constructed and challenged and xenophobic attitudes are propagated. The translators counterfeit realities and inculcate them in the innocent audience. This paper explores the ideological and socio-political factors which determine the strategies applied in the translation of western movies.

This study, “Transmogrification of the Danse Macabre Image: Capturing the Journey towards Creativity,” traces the evolution of the concept of Danse Macabre. Similarly in the visual context, Danse Macabre image, initially a horrifying idea, becomes a part of the present day comics and serves an entertaining rather than a cathartic purpose.

Frequent interruptions of hydroelectric energy damage equipment and reduce worker productivity, notably in developing countries. Manufacturing leaders in Zambia who lack strategies to manage hydroelectricity interruptions risk financial and other losses. The lens of the contingency theory provided the underlying constructs to fulfill the purpose of this qualitative, multiple case study, notably to explore strategies that some manufacturing leaders use to manage hydroelectricity interruptions. The participants were six managers from different manufacturing industries based in Lusaka, Zambia, who implemented strategies to manage hydropower interruptions. The qualitative data collection involved conducting interviews using a semi structured form with triangulation of the primary data against the reviews of company documents, company websites, and publications from the Zambia Association of Manufacturers related to managing hydroelectricity power interruptions. The thematic analysis led to the principal theme emergence of the importance of managing the cost of labor input. The key recommendations from the analysis of the study findings were on the value of investment in alternative power-generating equipment and upgrading of plant transformers. The discoveries from the study may contribute to positive social change by contributing to job creation and improving financial outcomes.

Normal coordinate calculations of Adenine have been carried out using Wilson’s FG matrix mechanism on the basis of General Valence Force Field (GVFF) for both in-plane and out-of-plane vibrations. The potential energy constants obtained in this study are refined using numerical methods. A satisfactory vibrational band assignment has been made by using FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of the title compound.

Entrepreneurship is a distinct and crucial factor of production. The spirit of enterprise makes man an entrepreneur. Such a spirit transformed man from a normal to cattle breeder to a settled, agriculturist to a trader and to the industrialist. These entrepreneurs are persons who initiate, organize, manage & control the affairs of business units that combine the factor of production, to supply goods & services, whether the business pertains to agriculture, industry trade or profession. The emergence of entrepreneurs in a society depends to a great extent on the economic, social, religious, cultural and psychological factors prevailing in the society.

The ‘Jallikattu’ Movement (2017) in TamilNadu, India has been a social movement as it could be broadly classified as a movement that primarily took the form of non-institutionalised collective political action striving for political or social change. To study the 'jallikattu' movement, one requires the pre-exposure to the operation dynamic of contemporary social movements with reference to their grievance structures, organisational status, resource mobilisation position, and mobilising structures. ‘Jallikattu’ and the movement associated with it have been widely and regularly covered by the mass media, but the critical and creative analyses have been quite lacking. This has been articulated and addressed in the following lines of media involved and its move parallelly, key aspects of the media effect on the protestors with the protest dynamic and media paradigm and is there cause of delegitimization of the m movement. The present study deals with the social political movement and the protest event analysis PEA is adopted for methodological approach. PEA is an unobtrusive technique that could handle even the unstructured matter as data. It is context sensitive and can cope with large volumes of data. The protest Event analysis has been adopted as the best empirical and theoretical approach for testing and expanding the theory of focusing on mechanisms and processes. The protest event analysis PEA is an innovation from the political process theory allowing mapping of the occurrences and characteristics of protests across geographical areas, across issues/ movements, and over time.

Leaf and stem extracts of Catharanthus roseus and Murraya koenigii were taken for the comparison of their corrosion inhibition efficiencies on Aluminium in hydrochloric acid solution. Weight loss and thermometric methods were employed for these investigations. 1M and 2M for weight loss and 1M and 2M concentrations of HCl solutions were taken for thermometric analysis. Inhibitor concentrations were taken 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% and 0.7% in these methods. Results show good agreement mutually and illustrate that the corrosion inhibition efficiency of leaf and stem extracts of Catharanthus roseus was more as compared to that of Murraya koenigii. Further, results revealed that corrosion inhibition efficiency increases with the increase in the concentration of the acid as well as those of inhibitors. Maximum efficiency was found for 2M concentration of HCl at 0.7% concentration of leaf extract of the Catharanthus roseus whereas minimum efficiency was found for 1M concentration of HCl at 0.1% concentration of stem extract of the Murraya koenigii.

This paper presents a novel method for detecting human faces in an image with complex backgrounds. The approach is based on visual information of the face from the template image and is commenced with the estimation of the face area in the given image. As the genetic algorithm is a computationally expensive process, the searching space for possible face regions is limited to possible facial features such as eyes, nose, mouth, and eyebrows so that the required timing is greatly reduced. In addition, the lighting effect and orientation of the faces are considered and solved in this method. Experiments demonstrate that this face detector provides promising results for the images of individuals which contain quite a high degree of variability in expression, pose, and facial details. Hybrid algorithm is proposed to solve combinatorial optimization problem by using Ant Colony and Genetic programming algorithms. Evolutionary process of Ant Colony Optimization algorithm adapts genetic operations to enhance ant movement towards solution state. The algorithm converges to the optimal final solution, by accumulating the most effective sub-solutions.

Biometric is a tool of identification that has been broadly used in many applications. A biometric identification system is based on physical characteristic. Dental biometrics has emerged as vital biometric information of human being on account of its stability, invariant nature and uniqueness. It utilizes dental photograph and dental radiograph for human identification because it provides information about teeth including tooth contour, relative position of neighboring teeth and shapes of dental work like crown, fillings and bridges. A biometric identification system is based on physical characteristics such as face, fingerprint, palmprint, fingerprint, eyes (iris, retina ) and DNA. However, many of those characteristics are only suitable for ante mortem identification when a person to be identified is still alive. They cannot be used for post mortem identification specially in such cases of decay or severe body damage caused by fire or collision, due to this dental biometrics plays an important role in human identification and post mortem identification. This paper address review of such different techniques used in dental biometrics.

Communication is a very essential element for the reins of development. Indigenous communication systems have increased relevance in terms of their localized application in developing countries. The study aimed at unearthing the use of indigenous communication systems in development work with special focus on drama, theatre and puppet shows. Contrary to popular opinions that indigenous communication systems have lost their relevance, the study found that it is very effective for family life education, dissemination of information, sex education, extremely sensitive issues, increasing self-efficacy, development of pronunciation and interpretation skills, oral language proficiency, self-help communication projects. Notwithstanding the influx of modern communication systems, the study recommends a renewal of culture whereby Africans will do things according to their culture.
