We have conducted a meta-analysis, a detailed literature review has been studied on hydrogen economy and it’s important in both regions. We have also seen that how useful a hydrogen can be and how it can affect the overall economy of both regions (China and Pakistan). The reason for conducting meta-analysis is to compare the hydrogen economy performance in both countries. This analysis would also give a wider perspective that how hydrogen economy with its different functions, especially hydrogen in the energy sector can enhance the overall growth of the economy. In our analysis, we have compared the different statistics of hydrogen with different factors of economy and tried to assess the impact of hydrogen in those sectors. Our findings indicate that large-scale use of hydrogen is not a significant environmental hazard. If appropriate technical standards and safety standards are used, hydrogen is no longer hazardous to conventional fuels. The hydrogen economy has the potential to provide many benefits for the country, including reduced dependence on imported oil, environmental sustainability, and economic competitiveness. But without serious effort, there is no serious difficulty. Recommendations are made to guide Pakistan towards the path to the hydrogen economy. It must be a clear political support for the development of hydrogen. We need to establish a partnership with countries related to hydrogen technology. In order to overcome the technical obstacles, investment in the research and development of hydrogen and fuel cells is necessary. Current study is not only beneficial for policymakers but also for scholars.

To evaluate the rate control of the hypertensive patients and to identify the risk factors of non-control in the eastern region of Morocco. Our study is an analytical cross-sectional study covering a period of 34 months, between January 2014 and September 2016. The study consisted of 301 hypertensive patients known and treated for at least 4 weeks, having profited from an ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) with therapeutic aiming, collected from the non-invasive cardiology department of the Mohammed VI university hospital of Oujda. We used the BTL-08 ABPM, NBP-24 NG NORAV for the recording and the software SPSS for the data analysis. The threshold was fixed on the average of 24-hours was BP < 130/80 mmHg, and the patients were divided into two groups according to whether they were or not undercontroll There were 161 men (39%) and 185 women (61%), with an average age of 60 years (ranges: 23 to 91 years). Age was the most common cardiovascular risk factor 57%, followed by diabetes in 29%, obesity in 27%, dyslipidemia in 20%, then smoking in 16%. Note that all women in our population were menopausal. 42.5% of our subjects were under signle medication, 45.2% were under double medication and 12.3% were under triple medication. Non-therapeutic control was objectified in 49% of our patients. The prevalence of non-dipping was 45.8%. Advanced age and monotherapy were the risk factors of non-control. Half of hypertensive patients in our study were not adequately controlled under antihypertensive therapy. This work emphasizes the contribution of ABPM in the evaluation of blood pressure control. Factors of poor control were advanced age and monotherapy.

A study on the distribution of ticks infesting cattle in ituri province was undertaken. A thousand two hundred (1 200) specimens of ticks collected and thousand six hundres and fifty – two (2 652) cattle of local race mainly ( Hema, Alur , Lugbara) and Sanga or metis from crossing between locals composed the study equipment the determination keys used were those of Chartier et. al, 2000 ; Bouattour, 2002 ; Walker et al., 2003. At te end of the observations, the results obteined are that : - The cattle in the Province are infested by Ambyomma hebraeum, A. latum, A. variegatum, Demacentor marginatum, Haemaphisalis punctata, Hyalomma marginatum, Ixodes pilosus, I. ricinus, Rhipicephalus appendiculatus and R. microplus ; - A. variegatum (100%) and R. microplus ( 96,66%) are the mos tat abundant folow – up of Hyalomma marginatum (46%), Ixodes pilosus (38,34%) and A. hebraeum (34%) are relatively few ; - The territoires of Mahagi and Djugu have a tick resemblance of 85% and these with that of Aru 62%. These three territoires resemble that of Irum in ticks by 28% ; - The means of control of ticks used are above all the chemical control followed by rotation of animals on the meadows and finally, the use of bush fire.

Environmental friendly ? – Fe2O3nanoparticles were successfully synthesized via a facile and cost effective chemical precipitation method with the extraction of Nyctanthesarbortristis for the first time. Also it is undergone at room temperature for super capacitor applications and that was observed through electrochemical studies. The prepared samples were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), Field emission Scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and UV visible spectroscopic studies. The powder X-ray diffraction study revealed the formation of ? - Fe2O3 in the case of annealed sample. Microscopic images displays that the ? – Fe2O3 nanoparticles were highly agglomerated in nature with the dimension of the order of 2 - 3 ?m. Cyclic voltammetry and simultaneous galvanostatic charge/discharge studies were performed in order to find out the suitability of the material for Supercapacitor applications. The electrochemical results explores that the annealed sample (? – Fe2O3) had improved performance due to its structural with superiority nature. Moreover, the capacitance retention of the ? - Fe2O3 based electrode shows highly stable performance and also its suitability as a lasting electrode material for Super capacitor applications.

Abstract: The present field study was conducted to find out the effect of different planting dates during rabi season from November to February in 2012-13 and 2013-14, respectively on the infection of various viral diseases caused by Aphids, Myzus persicae (Sulzer) and Aphis gossypii Glover and white fly, Bemisia tabaci Genn on potato at Adisaptagram Block Seed Farm, Hooghly, West Bengal. The four types of viral diseases, viz. mild mosaic, severe mosaic, leaf roll and apical leaf curl diseases were found to infect the potato crop in this locality. The incidence of viral diseases on potato crop was observed in between first and third week of January and then their infection was gradually increased up to full maturity of the crop. The percentage of viral disease infection was higher in late planted and harvested crop compared to those planted and harvested early. Per cent viral disease incidence was found maximum in P5 (26.25-35.50%), followed by P4 (28.00-30.75%), P3 (26.00-29.00%), P2 (24.00-25.50%) and P1 (17.75-18.00%) respectively. The per cent leaf roll disease incidence (9.00-20.75%) outnumbered the other viral diseases and maximum percentage of PLRV infection was found during later stage of the crop grown in all the five planting dates. The incidence of mild mosaic was slightly higher (4.00-8.00%) than the incidence of severe mosaic (2.50-5.50%) and it was mainly confined in early to middle phase of crop growth. The incidence of apical leaf curl disease was least and its infection was always higher in later planted crops. The maximum yield of potato tuber was found in P2, followed by P1, P3 and P5 respectively.

Objectives of the present study are to investigate empirically the impact of exports on economic growth of Indonesia. For empirical estimation of export function, simple log linear regression equation and the method of least squares have been utilized. Empirical results revealed that the impact of export is significant with positive sign during the study period. It means that due to promotion of exports, economic growth of Indonesia would increase. The findings of this study suggest that the policy makers need to expand volume of exports in order to achieve higher level of economic growth and improve social well-being of the community.

The subject of human resource is an important factor to improve manager’s characteristic as world-class talent and devolution and empowerment of employees. In the twenty-first century the significance of human intellectual capital in most necessary than other capital in an organization. Humans determine the value of organization due to their skill and specialization. They play a vital role in an organization along with its physical properties and in investment. Managers spend a lot of money for educating and training their workers and employees in order to increase the efficiency of the organizations managers function is the key to success and to achieve this objective, they must review and evaluate human resource data. Managers without proper information cannot function and take proper decisions. Human resource accounting while accounting principles in an organization is to conduct basic research to the extent of the human resource accounting information which affect the employees personal performance in human resource accounting analysis, criteria and valuation of cost and manpower is the main resource in each company. Human resource accounting is main part of the social accounting and aims to provide information and evaluation of managers decision-making. This article shows the important role of human resource accounting of managers decision-makings in organizations and studies how managers can put the human resource value in balance sheet by different models and collecting primary data in making questionnaires of some selected company and contribution of managers of organization and how much human resource accounting affect on managers decision-makings.

With growing pressure on service providers to reduce cost and improve quality of deliverables in shorter timelines, CDM organizations and professionals need to think out of the box to retain existing clients and win new clients. Traditionally LEAN techniques have been the stronghold of manufacturing, but in the last few decades they have been effectively used in the service industry, including healthcare. In CDM, LEAN has emerged as an impactful tool in improving process efficiency and reducing operational costs. It also allows professionals to engage with senior leadership in discussions around successful deployment of LEAN. The presentation will focus on the main LEAN principles, practices, tools and methodologies and a strategic approach for its successful deployment in CDM. It will focus on the key benefits that CDM can derive from LEAN techniques such as reducing waste, rework, redundancy in process, and providing deliverables with greater accuracy and shorter timeframes while also addressing challenges such as determining process/input/output metrics, end to end process streamline, longer wait/cycle times, resource utilization and measuring deliverables with less effort. This in turn will drive client delight.

In order to improve the efficiency of the work in daily life, we adopt the office automation (OA) system to assist the management and service. By the online function and automatic management with the system software, the daily works ran well, the working efficiency got improved. The practice implies that it is feasible to apply the OA system to the daily work and management.

Trichomonas vaginalis causes the Trichomoniasis, in women and urethritis and prostate cancer in men. Presently Metronidazole, nitroimidazoles and tinidazole are used as the drugs of choice. But the emergence of drug resistant and cross resistance varieties of T. vaginalis has led to a search for novel drug targets. We have performed an insilico comparative analysis of metabolic pathways of the host Homo sapiens and the pathogen T. vaginalis. Enzymes from the biochemical pathways of T. vaginalis from the KEGG metabolic pathway database were compared with proteins from the host H. sapiens, by performing a BLASTp search against the non-redundant database restricted to the H. sapiens subset. The e-value threshold cutoff was set to 0.005. Enzymes, which do not show similarity to any of the host proteins, below this threshold, were filtered out as potential drug targets. Out of total 55 metabolic pathway in humans 26 metabolic pathways were identified when compared to the host H. sapiens. These 26 identified metabolic pathways contain 30 unique enzymes which are only present in T. vaginalis and absent in humans. The T. vaginalis genes for the identified enzymes were also retrieved for BLASTP search to identify any homologous protein in humans. Cysteine synthase and methionine gamma-lyase are two novel drug targets which were also reported well in literature and thus can be used to designing of inhibitors for the remedy of trichomoniasis.
