The rapid development of network technologies has lead to vast multimedia data being transmitted over the networks. However, the data being transmitted can be tampered or attacked by some malicious attackers during transit. To provide security to multimedia data steganography is being used as a potential tool, where the secret data to be transmitted is embedded in a cover medium (Image) in order to avert the attackers. This paper presents a secure and high capacity stegnographic technique where secret data is embedded in intermediate significant bit planes besides least significant bit plane. The embedding scheme uses alternate top-down and down-top approach to improve the quality of stego-image. The security of the embedded data is taken care of by embedding data in all locations under the control of secret key. The experimental results show that proposed scheme performs better than some existing schemes.

This study aims to identify the pedagogical practices of the teacher trainees of Design and Technology option in conducting lessons in mock teaching practice in order for the trainees to become excellent teachers. In addition, this study aims to see whether there is a relationship between the trainee teachers' perceptions to the mock teaching practices experienced during teaching in schools. The samples of this study are 81 teacher trainees taking Design and Technology option of Institut Pendidikan Guru Kampus Tun Hussein Onn, Batu Pahat, Johor January 2010 intake . The study was conducted through a quantitative approach using questionnaires. The results showed that the level of the teacher trainees’ pedagogical practices is medium in the teaching and learning process . The results also indicated positive perceptions of trainee teachers toward the third phase mock teaching practice gives a very good exposure.

This paper is focused on the study of mixed convective heat and mass transfer on the steady MHD flow of a heat absorbing fluid in a permeable vertical plate subject to the influence of buoyancy, viscous dissipation, Joule heating and Soret effect embedded with slip condition at the boundary layer. The momentum, energy and mass diffusion equations are coupled non-linear partial differential equations which are solved by perturbation technique. The effect of skin friction, Nusselt number and Sherwood number distributions are shown in tables. The numerical results are shown on graphs. The effects of various significant parameters entering into the problem have been discussed in detail.

Research in Dentistry encompasses ingenious effort embarked upon in a methodical way to enhance the stock of information including understanding of man, culture and society, and the use of this information to devise new applications in dental well being of individual or society. Qualitative research, much like what a dentist does in an office visit, can seem intuitive and almost common sense in nature. Yet behind that research, when it is done well, lie years of training and practice, rules of evidence, guidelines for rigor, and various sub-specializations in its pursuit. Phenomenological research is a form of qualitative research which uses a person’s perception of the meaning of an event. By looking at multiple perspectives of the same situation of a community, a researcher can make generalizations of the experience. This is a method of research rarely used in the Dental investigative stream. Hence this review was conducted to evaluate the probability and prospect of Phenomenological studies in Dental research.

Human rights education has gained increasing importance in higher education as evidenced in UN declarations. This paper documents the rationale for Human rights Education/ objectives of world programme on human rights education, principles for human rights education activities teaching and learning materials for human rights education, recommendations concerning teaching and learning practices and methodologies in human rights education, teaching and learning support and resources for human rights education, challenges and opportunities of implementing human rights education in public universities in Kenya.

The impact of cancer and associated treatment like radiotherapy and chemo radiation cause psychological illness such as anxiety, depression and distress. The present study evaluated whether radiotherapy and disease stages influence the psychological problem among cervical cancer patient. Eighty cervical cancer patients randomly selected from various hospital in Chennai. Each individual assessed with Hamilton anxiety scale (HAM-A), Hamilton depression scale (HAM-D). Data were analyzed by t –test. The results indicated that anxiety and depression were significantly difference among treatment modalities but anxiety and depression were not influence the disease stages. Psychological problems affect the cancer patient in aspects of family, social, emotional and total quality of life. With consideration of patients psychological intervention is necessary throughout and beyond radiotherapy for cervical cancer patients.

Competition intensity in marketplaces cause organizations to take gradually steps towards developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers as well as promoting services. The purpose of the study is to Review of automated service quality status at Saman Bank. In this study to evaluate the quality of automated bank service, the tools suggested by AL- Hawari, Ward, and Hartley and also to measure customers loyalty, image and awareness, the tools suggested by Kayaman, Arasli, and Kim, are used. The present research is a descriptive study performed by survey method. The statistical population of the study includes all customers utilizing at least one of the Saman Banks’ automated services in north provinces, and the sample is 266 people out of these customers. The data indicate that the Automated Service Quality affects directly customers’ loyalty, all Automated Service Quality dimensions except core service affect directly customers’ image and there is also no significant positive relationship between the Automated Service Quality and customers’ Awareness. There is a mutual relationship between loyalty and image. Awareness has direct effect on image, Awareness has no significant positive effect on customers’ loyalty. Finally the utilized compound model in the study has been improved by using obtained data.

For instance, the CRM “personal touch” can help to improve customer satisfaction, generate great “word of mouth,” and increase revenue. In this way, CRM helps companies distinguish, in addition to anticipate, the needs of existing and potential customers. Functions that hold up this business idea include sales, marketing, customer service, training, professional development, performance management, human resource development, and reimbursement. Many CRM proposals have failed because performance was limited to software installation without coalition to a customer-centric strategy. In any organization customer should be in the top priority in their list. In today’s business nobody owns customer but customer owns the vender. In order to be successful and viable in 21st century a company must have customer-centric capability. In RFC it is essential to make its business more customers oriented by implementing CRM. The customers at CRM are looking for not only service but also excitements. The customers of RFC are also looking for organized, safer and valuated service rather than other competitors. The main reason for this is that it is one of the oldest schools in the vicinity that is Transport Canada approved Flight Training School. To make it happen have to follow some strategy which will determine the directions of success. Target segment, behavior and positioning as long as strategy, structure, process, human resource and reward to follow. The structure to process, reward the people to motivate them towards the main goal of the company. All of these must be consistent among themselves. In RFC, CRM have to introduce to improve its services, which will lead the club to its goal. RFC customer we find in every segment has their own demands but core goal in the same.

Bivalve and gastropod molluscs undergo large changes in external environmental conditions, as well as in internal state. Cardiac responses to these changing conditions have been recorded in a variety of species. There is a general tendency for heart rate, and presumably cardiac output, to increase in response to situations that would increase the load on respiratory and excretory systems. Changes in molluscan heart function in many cases appear not to be mediated directly by cardiac nerves, but rather by such indirect mechanisms as changes in blood constituents or mechanical, homodynamic affects the endogenous factors but the change in exogenous factors to affects the cardiac response. In the present investigation the heart beat rate was maximum in monsoon and minimum in winter season which is correlated few environmental factors. Non-traditional method (grinding) was used for the preparation of novel schiff bases from 4-amino-3-methyl phenol / 2-amino-4-methyl phenol and several aldehydes and ketones under catalytically free condition. This procedure constitutes an energy efficient, shorter time, higher yield as well as green synthesis approach.
