Placement generation units using ant colony algorithm (ACS) to improve the reliability of the distribution network
One of the key issues in assessing the reliability of power systems. Studies and projects to improve the reliability of the distribution network has mostly been focused on changing the structure of the distribution system or transmission the Executive them even more expensive and is not available. In this work, the development of DG units in distribution networks the presence of these materials ensure that the indicators qabylt distribution network will pay. In this thesis, the main goal of distributed production system effects on the reliability of the system with regard to limitations related parameters such as voltage profiles and losses in the distribution network. Concepts and indicators of the reliability of the network and the ongoing impact of DG units on the reliability of the distribution network will be investigated. Finally, the intelligent ant colony algorithm to determine the optimal location generation units in order to achieve the best reliability indices by including restrictions have been charged. The proposed algorithm is tested on 34 bus IEEE network simulation, simulated and results are compared.

Relationship between job satisfaction and employee satisfaction survey of accounting information systems (Case study of government agencies in Kerman shah province)
Recent studies have shown That job satisfaction Positive definite form With users' satisfaction Information is relevant. This study has shown The job satisfaction of both the At the individual level and organizational level Will be effective upon execution and performance. In this study, Accountants to review the consent Into the computer accounting system And its impact on job satisfaction Accountants Kermanshah province has focused on government agencies. Other analyzes of other Including gender, type of accounting information systems, the number of tasks, frequency of computer use And is computer literate. These studies on 43 Accountants employed in public organizations has been the province of Kermanshah. Results from these studies show The job satisfaction of accountants Certainly with the consent of the accounting information system Their relationship is positive. Also, job satisfaction Higher with more frequent use The computer is connected. No evidence And there is evidence that other communication Among other variables with job satisfaction And consent of the accounting information system Is available. It is therefore proposed studies The accounting system designers Visitors should use the More aware and involved the use The building's computer system.

Students perception about the need of career counseling at university level
The major purpose of this study was to explore the need of career counseling at university level. Descriptive style of research was applied to execute the requirements of the research objectives. University students were population and six departments of two public sector universities were selected as sample. Sample size was 171 of university. total. A questionnaire was used for data collection. Questionnaire was developed as an instrument for data collection for the research. Findings reported that students did realize the need of career counseling at university level and they considered need of career counseling essential for career consultation and decision making for the purpose of selection of suitable courses at university level for their future career. There were found gender significant gender differences where female students were found more in favour of career counseling than male students.

DWT/IDWT processor for power line communication system
In this paper, a modified distributive arithmetic algorithm is designed and implemented on FPGA for OFDM system. In order to reduce the number of storage elements required to store the partial products, input register is split into two sections. Bottom section of register is used to access the partial products and the top section of input register is used as select line of multiplexer structure. The addition of partial products is executed in parallel to reduce the latency of the DWT/IDWT computation. The modified DA algorithm is modeled using HDL and is implemented on Spartan 3E devices. The design operates at 60 MHz and consumes power less than 0.036 W and is thus suitable for low power applications. The developed DWT/IDWT model can be integrated with QAM modulator and form a OFDM system used for power line applications.

Measurements of heat transfer in foamed concrete slab through one-dimensional finite difference method
The difficulty of calculating transient heat transfer in foamed concrete panel is complex due to its porous and multi-phase material nature. This paper reports the basis of one-dimensional Finite Difference method to acquire thermal properties of foamed concrete. Additionally, this paper also incorporates the execution of the method and the validation of thermal properties model of foamed concrete. A one-dimensional finite difference heat conduction programme has been developed to predict the temperature development through the thickness of the foamed concrete slab, based on an initial estimate of the thermal conductivity-temperature relationship as a function of porosity and radiation within the voids. The accuracy of the model was evaluated by comparing predicted and experimental temperature profiles obtained from small scale heat transfer test on foamed concrete slabs, so that the temperature history of the specimen calculated by the programme closely matches those recorded during the experiment.

Evaluating the readiness of bushehr natural gas Company to execute knowledge management
A new branch of management called knowledge management is created for improved application of knowledge capital in organizations. Applying such process improves knowledge processes and enhances organizational knowledge by linking knowledge management with organizational strategies. Also, it provides proper guidelines to compensate current deficiencies and helps organization to keep its competitive advantage. In present study and after brief study of knowledge management concepts by identifying and considering affecting factors on management success and knowledge management enablers, research hypotheses were revealed to evaluate organizational readiness to execute knowledge management in both individual and organizational sections. Then, these factors were studied by connoisseurs to evaluate the readiness of Bushehr Gas Company. Finally, the readiness of Bushehr Gas Company to execute knowledge management was assessed and confirmed by a questionnaire and the relevant scores were computed. Then, the weak points were identified according to the readiness of the Company and proper guidelines were provided to remove deficiencies.

Providing a model to execute knowledge management in Bushehr Natural Gas Company
Knowledge management can play a vital role in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of businesses. The earnings from utilizing knowledge management has caused that most organizations try to execute this process. In their initial attempts, however, most organizations were faced with a major challenge that despite of investing on knowledge management, the penetration of its usage is too low. The main reason is the lack of an applied model by the organization in order to achieve the aims rapidly. After introducing the concepts of knowledge management, present study studies various models on executing knowledge management provided by various authors. Affecting factors on each model are extracted. Likewise, various introduced processes of knowledge management by authors are studied. By using such factors, we achieved knowledge management execution model in organization.

Assessment of the effect of oil revenues on tax revenues in the economics of Iran: By an experimental study 1989-2008
In the economics of Iran according to the mixture of the incomes of the country, tax can be considered as a kind of assured income. Whereas the important part of tax revenues in Iran depends directly and non-directly on oil revenues, this important matter has severely damaged the tax incomes against fluctuated oil revenues. Being lower 20 percent share of direct incomes to general budget can be assessed as an increased share of oil from the incomes of government. The results of this research present that the extent of the oil revenues of the country has negative effect on tax revenues during research ages. The result is that for revising the structure of country tax system, this matter should be considered in execution process and how to use of expertise people power and revision in this case must be done?in order that tax system be efficient in national economy.
