Among the various biomarkers, the histological analysis of different organs may indicate the biological responses to an unfavorable situation, because often the prolongs exposure of the organism to toxic agents does not provoke death directly, but it affects the structure and function of organs of freshwater prawn, Macrobrachium kistensis. The experimental prawn treated with lethal concentration (LC50value) 24, 48, 72 and 96 hours and sublethal concentration (1/10th of LC50 of 48 hr) for 7, 14 and 21 days of cuprous oxide shows many histological changes in ovary. Histological observations of ovary following exposure cuprous oxide showed destruction of epithelial layer, degeration of oocytes, disorganization of nucleus, vacuolization at periphery, rupturing of follicular epithelium, shrinkage in ooplasmic material and damage of ovarian structure was observed after exposed to lethal and sublethal concentration.

The principle of respecting human dignity plays a vital role in fundamental ethical norms related to human rights. In the first glace and through scrutiny in Iranian laws, we face with a kind of challenge in the context. For instance, some punishment such as retaliation, stoning to death, rigid body, amputation are wrong attributed to human dignity but what are the views of opponents and proponents of such punishments? On the same basis, present paper provides a brief explanation on human dignity and studies one of these punishments (retaliation).

Density functional theory (DFT) studies H₂ adsorption on transition element (TE) doped single walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) using Dmol³ software. We consider transition element as Ti doped various sites on the surface of armchair (5,5) SWCNT. The simulation results shows that binding energy of H₂ adsorption on Ti doped SWCNT is much higher than pure SWCNT. We calculate the density of states for doped and pure SWCNTs, which is a show dramatic change in their structure on adsorption of H₂ molecules. This study shows that the transition element doped SWCNTs can be used as a good H₂ storage at various sites.

Antihypertensive drugs are medicines that help lower blood pressure. Fast-moving lifestyles, unearthly hours at work, stress, addiction to alcohol and unhealthy meals are making more and more Indians fall prey to high blood pressure at a very young age. The biggest problem with hypertension is that there are no symptoms. Thus people tend to be unaware that they have hypertension. The prevalence of hypertension ranges from 20-40 per cent in urban adults and 12-17 per cent among rural adults. Experts estimate that the number of patients in India with high BP is likely to rise from about 140 million in 2008 to nearly 215 million by 2030 along with an increase in the risk of complications such as heart attacks, strokes, kidney problems and other serious illnesses.

Business process outsourcing is a subset of outsourcing that involves the contracting of the operations and responsibilities of specific business functions or processes to a third-party service provider. It is typically categorized into back office outsourcing - which includes internal business functions such as human resource or finance and accounting, and front office outsourcing - which includes customer-related services such as contract centre services. The bpo industry is a people oriented industry and human capital largely contributes to the top line and bottomline of the company. Thus, one of the major functions of this industry is recruitment & selection of the right employee. Due to high attrition rates prevalent in this industry, hiring of employees needs to be a fast track job with aggressive timelines. If not done so, the organisation might get impacted on its profit margins. Therefore efficient and effective hiring of employees is very vital in this industry. Hiring is also the first platform when an eligible candidate comes in direct contact with the organisation. The image formed then is the image the candidate takes forward. This image so created by the candidates hence becomes the market/public image of the organisation, which is very significant for the success of the organisation. The present study seeks to apply the principles of six sigma in making the hiring process of the organisation efficient and time bound.

Based on the increasing demand of in-service training today and the importance of induction, preparation, and professional development of teachers, this article draws the meaning of this kind of education in the field of human capital development. In recent years, policy makers have come to this conclusion that increasing the capacity of teachers by pre-service or in-service training is the only hope for developing the human capital potentiality. Then it refers to one of developing countries, Iran, to modify the application of this branch of education and training in the target educational system.

At the of 20th Century and as well as in this present time ,discussion about technology and information technology has special in many scientific and research assemblies . In recent years in our country this issue has received special attention. One of the helpful application of IT is in educational areas. This present article investing acted this issue specially and it has investigated IT in all dimensions .This article expressed the history of information technology usage in training and investigated the application of information technology in training and educational areas as well as analyzed this technology besides students and teachers and examined the relationship between education and information technology and expressed aids of this technology in students training as well as examined children training by parents.

The major objectives of the study were: to find out the different ways and means of using internet among university students; to ascertain the purposes and reasons of internet utilization patterns among university students and to give recommendations for the improvement of situation and for further research. Population of the study comprised of all the students enrolled in BS programs in eight selected universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. Total 1000 students were selected as a sample using purposive sampling procedure. A self-developed questionnaire was used as a research tool. Mean scores and Standard Deviation were used as a statistical tool using SPSS 16. It was found that most of the students use internet at university in the company of different peoples, three to five times a week and like to chat with both male and female. Mostly students utilize internet for positive and healthy purposes. Students agreed that they find information according to their need on internet and internet gives them pleasure. It is recommended that proper awareness and guidance may be provided to the university students to utilize internet for positive, creative, constructive and healthy activities.

In this article based on case study in Tondar 90 assembly shop in Iran khodro company, with the use of "Stop -Watch" method, the cycle time of every conveyance operation to each workstation of the assembly lines is measured then the standard time of every conveyance cycle, the ideal rate of conveyance, the velocity of conveyance in each minute, are calculated. Then, with the use of linear programming technique, decrease the total expected cost of conveyance. In the next stage, by using the Hungarian allocation technique, for each line of assembly shop, lifter and the operator was allocated and in the next stage with the use of distinction criterion ranking technique, the optimum mix of lifters related to the type of identified application in the whole shop, determined. Finally with the use of ‘technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution’ (TOPSIS), the best conveyance operator, technically the best performance of conveyance as for specified indexes, is characterized.
