Human civilization formed from several communities and each community is growing and developing all the communities. We are observing the evolution of human civilization. Why do some countries get richer every day? And some of the highest incomes in rich countries pay for improving their innovation and development costs and the future of the country but low-income and poor countries does not do anything. Several communities are always people who are hard-working creative and entrepreneurial addition to their problems; help others to solve community problems. Joseph Schumpeter the father of enterprise believed that the scientific and economic development growth and job creation that is possible when a system the people in the community take risks and to new innovative methods of alternative solutions and approaches to per inefficient and archaic .This means anyone with a new idea of entrepreneurship and business process mobilization marketed through the new product or service. The human society development process since the beginning can see with help of a time machine from the beginning until now and we see that in each period and creative entrepreneurs have pioneered new developments. From the Renaissance to the present number of experts on entrepreneurship has researched and everyone has tried to encourage every person in own age. Entrepreneurs are individuals with special characteristics such as courage, innovation, hard work, creativity, with the goal of success, etc. These special conditions during childhood and adolescence and therefore pursue the implementation of their projects. However, the development of national and international entrepreneurs is not possible without new ideas, way of life and their composition, creativity, design, fight hard, take risks and succeed with hope and confidence is high. These three personal skills, technical and management required.The main advantages of entrepreneurship for job creation, completion of civilization and industry increased productivity, preventing brain drain then increase national wealth and etc. Because governments use this key and scroll and progress must appropriate and use this important legislation and provided with the necessary facilities to encourage youth entrepreneurship and to transform society and in the international competition and to succeed in their community.

Employee satisfaction has been defined as a function of perceived performance and expectations. It is a persons’ feeling of pleasure or disappointment resulting from comparing a products’ outcome to his/her expectations. If the performance falls short of expectations, the employee is dissatisfied and if it matches the expectations, the employee is satisfied. This research mainly deals with the satisfaction level of an employee in a organization. The research results indicate positive relationships between general employee satisfaction and growth of the company Neglecting employee satisfaction can be harmful to corporate entrepreneurship, which have been previously developed in the right direction, contributing to performance, competitive advantage, and growth. This research deals with general employee satisfaction within small scale organization. In the following sections, the theory, hypotheses, research methodologies, recommendations and results of an empirical study on a sample of firms from small scale software organization are presented.

The present study was to develop once-daily extended release tablet of Lamotrigine, an Anticonvulsant. It is a phenyl triazines derivative showing effective anti-convulsant properties mainly used in effective in preventing seizure spread in the maximum electroshock (MES). The tablets were prepared by the wet granulation method.. The aim of the current study was to develop and optimize a simple matrix system of the model drug (BCS Class-II) using minimum possible excipients, to release the drug in a controlled fashion.Core tablets of model drug (F1 – F12) were successfully prepared by direct compression method, Mannitol SD200 & different grades of HPMC, Xanthan gum, Surelease and Magnesium stearate as excipients by direct compression method. The F11 formulation is the best formulation out of 12 formulations, the F11 contains HPMC k4m and metalose polymers, they maximum drug release and it follows Higuchi model

Present study deals with the isolation of lipolytic lactic acid bacteria from camel milk. Bacterial lipase is secreted extracellular and hydrolyses acyl glycerides into free fatty acid. Thus, the intake of bacterial lipase directly in food sample or as probiotic formulation can be helpful for those people suffering from health implications related to high serum triglyceride level. For this purpose, a lipolytic bacterial strain Enterococcus durans purified from camel milk employing enrichment and selective culture technique. Identification was done by sequencing of 16S rDNA/D1/D2 domain of LSU rDNA or ITS region and BLAST analysis. Strain showed significant lipase activity of 3988 U/ml. Physicochemical characterization showed that optimum lipase activity was observed between 7.2-7.5 pH, 30o C – 40 o C temperature, 3.5 %- 4.5 % salinity and 4 % (v/v) inoculum’s size whereas presence of peptone, calcium and tributyrin in media enhanced the lipase production. Optimization of lipase production was done using RSM model. Further purification via DEAE anion exchange leads 1.9 fold purification of lipase with retention of 81 % lipase activity. Quality assurance of this bacterial strain as a probiotic and subsequent formulation development can be useful achievement in the field of medical microbiology.

The roots of common beans ( Phaseolus vulgaris) were collected fresh by uprooting carefully from a garden soil in Bori, in Khana Local Government Area, Rivers State, Nigeria. The root nodules were prepared using the Gwyn and Handelsman,(1989) technique, and analyzed by the spread plate method upon Yeast Mannitol agar, for the Isolation and Identification of nitrogen fixing bacteria (Rhizobium), obtained from the leguminous plant. Rhizobium japonicum, R. leguminosarum and R.aggregatum were isolated and identified. Rhizobium japonicum and Rhizobium leguminosarum were the most regular isolates, whereas, Rhizobium aggregatum were scarcely isolated. The frequency of occurrence of the microbial colony forming units were in order of 6.7, 20, 26.7, 33.3 and 13 for the sample plates,T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5 as assay of root nodules formicrobial concentration of isolates were found, in the legume plant.

The field study is correlational research method. Statistical methods used in this study was the chi-square test because of a nominal variable and the one-way analysis of variance was used to test the hypothesis.

Black pepper and white pepper are made from the Piper nigrum plant. Black pepper is ground from dried, whole unripe fruit. White pepper is ground from dried, ripe fruit that has had the outer layer removed. The black pepper and white pepper powder are used to make medicine. People take black pepper for stomach upset, bronchitis, and cancer. They take white pepper for stomach upset, malaria, cholera, and cancer. Black pepper is sometimes applied directly to the skin for treating nerve pain(neuralgia) and a skin disease called scabies. Black pepper and white pepper are also used topically as a counterirritant for pain. In foods and beverages, black pepper, white pepper, and pepper oil (a product distilled from black pepper) are used as flavoring agents. Many people are ignorant about the numerous health benefits of black pepper. It contains potent antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic properties. It contains iron, potassium, manganese, vitamin C and fiber in large quantities. However, beside these, it does contain other nutritional components.

The present study was carried out to analyze the use of motivational strategies at secondary level in public and private sector schools. For data collection, two schools in public and private sector each were selected from Islamabad. Data was collected through a Questionnaire. Fifty teachers (twenty-five from public and twenty five from private sector) of secondary classes were selected for answering the questionnaire. Quantitative analysis method was used for data analysis. The result of analysis shows that application of motivational strategies is better in private school as compared to public school.
