Investigating the job-employed fit and the effects on female personnel's emotional intelligence
The job- employed fit is one of fundamental issues in human resource management. It has been improved that, this fit is an organizational necessity for the human source profitability. So, the main aim in this research is to investigate the job- employed fit and the effects on female personnel's emotional intelligence among governmental organizations in Kermanshah. This research is conducted based on descriptive and surveying method; the instruments to collect data include queries; the Salovey & Mayer standard emotional intelligence query is used to investigate the emotional intelligence; and the knowledge, skill and ability queries from international Occupational Information Network (O*NET) are implemented to investigate the job- employed fit, and each query includes, in average, 21 questions. The perpetuity was 0/79 for emotional intelligence query and 0/81 for job- employed fit query and because the Cronbach ? is more than 0/7 for both queries, therefore both queries has enough perpetuity. The considered statistical society includes 300 female personnel from governmental organizations in Kermanshah. Based on random sampling method, some category was selected as statistical sample, and 156 queries were collected, finally. We used Colmogrov- Smirnov test to determine the data normality and the results gained from the test supported it; the research theories were tested using absolute T-test and some positive and considerable effect was demonstrated. The results show that in considered society, the job- fit personnel gain higher emotional intelligence scores. Another result gained in this research indicated that just 40% of female personnel are completely job- fit and therefore these organizations have an unstable situation.

Isothermal equation of state for Vetreloy glasses
The pressure – volume - temperature equation of state (EOS) of Vetreloy glasses is fundamental to high- pressure science because of its widespread use as an internal pressure standard. In the present work an attempt has been made to correlate Stacey K primed EOS (SRKP-EOS) with Kushwah EOS for calculating pressure at different compression ranges from (V/V0 = 1.0 to V/V0 = 0.5) for four different Zr based vetreloy glasses viz. Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5, Zr41Ti14Cu12.5Ni9Be22.5C1, Zr48Nb8Cu12Fe8Be24, and (Zr0.59Ti0.06Cu0.23Ni0.13)85.7 and obtained result is compared with available theoretical data. The result shows that at compression range V/V0=1.0 to V/V0=0.6 both the EOS viz SRKP-EOS and Kushwah EOS cooperate well with available theoretical data proposed by Vinet but at compression V/V0=0.5 they show a remarkable deviation.

Leaf Chlorophyll and Tuber Size of Potato (Solanum Tuberosum l) as Influenced by Varieties and Nitrogen Levels in Tarai Region of Uttarakhand
Nitrogen (N) fertilizer management is a challenge in potato production. Therefore, a study was carried out to known the impact of varieties and nitrogen levels on leaf chlorophyll content and tuber size of potato. All possible combination of two varieties of potato viz. Kufri Sadabahar (V1) and Kufri Surya (V2) and five nitrogen levels (0, 75, 150, 225 and 300 kg N/ha) were replicated thrice in factorial randomize block design. Two year pooled data shows that vareties did not varies significantly for chlorophyll content ‘a’ and ‘b’ of potato leaves but the it was affected significantly by nitrogen levels and recorded highest with treatment N3 (0.74 and 0.90 mg/ g leaves, chlorophyll ‘a’ and ‘b’, respectively). Interaction effect of treatment V1N4 gave maximum chlorophyll ‘a’ content but variation among treatments interaction were non significant for chlorophyll ‘b’ content. 0-25 g and >75 g tuber number recorded higher in Kufri Surya (V2) having 255.91 and 275.70 thousand/ha, respectively, while, yield of 0-25 g tubers higher in Kufri Sadabahar (V1) i.e. 1.58 t/ha, other grade tuber yield showed non significant variation for varieties. The size of tuber was increased with increase in nitrogen levels. The number and weight of smaller size tuber observed higher with lower lever levels of nitrogen, while, number and weight of larger size tubers observed higher with higher level nitrogen. Interaction of varieties and nitrogen levels affect significantly to number and weight of different size tubers.

Microbial siderophore and their application: a review
Iron is one of the major limiting factors and essential nutrients of microbial life. Since in nature it is not readily available in the preferred form, microorganisms produce small high affinity chelating molecules called siderophores for its acquisition. A great variation is seen in siderophore structure produced by many bacteria. There are three main kinds of siderophores known as hydroxamate, catecholate and carboxylate. Siderophores also play a critical role in the expression of virulence and development of biofilms by different microbes. Siderophore and their derivative have large application in agriculture as to increase soil fertility and biocontrol for bacterial and fungal pathogen. This review is intended to provide a general overview on siderophore along with its role and applications.

Molecular Structure, Vibrational Investigation, First Hyperpolarizability, NBO And Homo-Lumo Analyses Of O-Nitro Benzaldehyde
The vibrational spectroscopy of o-nitrobenzaldehyde (ONBH) by means of quantum chemical calculation has been studied. The FT-Raman and FT-IR spectra of ONBH have been recorded in the region 3500-50cm-1 and 4000-400cm-1 respectively. The fundamental vibrational frequencies and intensity of vibrational bands have been evaluated using density functional theory (DFT) with standard B3LYP/6-31+G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-31++G(d,p) basis set combinations for optimized geometries. The observed FT-IR and FT-Raman vibrational frequencies have been anlaysed and compared with theoretically predicted vibrational frequencies. The assignments of bands to various normal modes of molecule have also been carried out. The electric dipole moment (?) and the first hyper polarazibility (?) values of the investigated molecule have been computed using DFT calculations. The calculated HOMO and LUMO energies show that charge transfer occur with in the molecule.

Physical properties of wood cement composites made with Portland cement and some Cameroonian hardwoods particles
The purpose of this work is to physically characterize wood-cement composite materials. The wood species used are Ayous, Movingui, African Padouk and Sapelli. The cement used is Portland cement CPJ35. For that purpose, we made specimens with wood species cited above. Then we carried out the drying and the humidification of these samples and made necessary measurements to characterize these materials physically. We determined most important physical properties of wood (density, the total volume shrinkage and swelling, moisture content and specific gravity) to characterize these materials. It comes out from this study that wood-cement composite materials are lighter than usual building materials such as mortar and concrete. We noted that, of four wood-composite materials elaborated, the sapelli-cement composite is that which presents the best physical properties, in particular the hygroscopic properties.

Pronunciation of alphabets: educate the children scientifically
Education may be regarded both as a science and an art since it consists of theoretical as well as practical knowledge and skills derived through various artistic and scientific methods. Like other science subjects, education also needs logic. So educate the children scientifically by teaching them the exact pronunciations of the alphabets. An English alphabet should be pronounced exactly as it is pronounced in a word known as “Qadir’s Pronunciation” of Alphabet. Similarly, Urdu Hija should also be pronounced exactly as it is pronounced in a word known as “Qadir’s Pronunciation” of Urdu Hija.
