Motivated by the lack of agreement on the stages of creativity, the researcher endeavours to outline them. Guided by Torrance concept of creativity, this paper extrapolate on a wide array of research to achieve its aim. The paper concludes by discussing its premises. As such, it is hoped that the current research benefits, future investigation.

An experiment was conducted in one of the fields of the University of Baghdad in 2015 In sandy loam soil to evaluate the effect of irrigation methods and discharge on growth and yield of green onion .The research using two factors included Subsurface irrigation system and drip irrigation system as main plot and three levels discharge included 2.5, 3.0 and 3.5 L\hr as secondary plot. Soil bulk density of the soil, distribution uniformity, the plant height, number of onion plant leaves and plant yield. were measured in this study. Nested design under randomized complete block design (CRBD) with three replications were used in this experiment. Least significant differences (L.S.D) at 0.05 levels were used to compare the mean of treatments. The results showed Soil bulk density in drip irrigation system reached 1.351 mg /m3,and uniformity distribution for subsurface irrigation system reached 88.7% compared with the drip irrigation system which reached 86.8% ,for the plant characteristics , subsurface irrigation exceeded generally in the plant characteristics, and the maximum of leaves number in subsurface irrigation system in one plant reached 10.6 and the average of plant height reached 65.6 in subsurface irrigation system. It's obvious through the results the exceeding of subsurface irrigation system in increasing, Leaves number average and the height of plant while the values of soil bulk density and the uniformity distribution were close between the two system. The successful of using subsurface irrigation system for planting good growing onion.

The analysis of this research was on "Impact of branding on brand equity in Pakistan." The key point of this research was to investigate the branding elements that were significant in the development of brand equity and its importance in relation to Pakistan's buyer. Secondary information was collected with the help of the Internet. Primary data was collected by drift questionnaires at several shopping malls in Pakistan to be able to gain profound knowledge of the potential and suitable for research people. SPSS and AMOS were used to analyze accumulated data through discriminative validity, measurement model, reliability, fitness index model, and analysis pathway on factors in the research. The data gathered was assessed in terms of validity using value of Cronbach Alpha through the help of statistical programming software of SPSS, moreover further tests were done using Amos Software. Findings have given an imminent and conclusive result of the brand equity brand impact in the Pakistan result. When analyzing, it was observed that each variable had been significant in influencing the overall brand equity The information congregated provides a beneficial insight in terms of each variable as well as a strong image regarding the concept for future research purpose.

Co-curricular activities are defined as those activities that improve and develop the student academic performance. In Malaysia co-curricular plays an important role which students are evaluated in both academic examination and co-curriculum participation. Therefore, this aims to identify the relationship between school co-curricular activities and student academic performance among secondary school students. 300 students will be used as a sample size of this study. The statistical analysis is expected to be positive for secondary school student’s involvement in co-curricular activities and academic performance. Hence, school management or parents could collaborate and put effort to increase student’s interest on co-curricular activities.

The objective of the present study is to investigate thermal diffusion and radiation effects on unsteady MHD flow past an exponentially accelerated vertical plate with variable temperature and mass diffusion in the presence of heat source or sink under the influence of applied transverse magnetic field. The fluid considered here is a gray, absorbing/ emitting radiation but a non-scattering medium. At time t>0, the plate is exponentially accelerated with a velocity in its own plane. And at the same time, the plate temperature and concentration levels near the plate raised linearly with time t. The dimensionless governing equations involved in the present analysis are solved using the Laplace transform technique. The velocity, temperature, concentration, Skin-friction, the rate or heat transfer and the rate of mass transfer are studied through graphs and tables in terms of different physical parameters like magnetic field parameter (M), radiation parameter (R), heat source parameter (H), Schmidt parameter (Sc), soret number (So), Prandtl number (Pr), thermal Grashof number (Gr), mass Grashof number (Gm) and time (t).

Various studies have made strides to discuss causes of uncontrolled urban development; this paper goes ahead to discuss the causes and remedies to the same issue based on sub-Saharan countries. Squalor settlements are becoming a threat to growth of cities and development of towns worldwide. The scenario is likely to worsen by the year 2030 as many people migrate to most of these cities and if appropriate actions will not be taken. It was based on a study undertaken in Eldoret town; Kenya strives to discuss uncontrolled urban development and its mitigations. In this case Mann’s Urban Model was adopted, which emphasizes the need for a systematic growth of urban centers in a more concentric and planned manner. It was a case study, focusing on two informal settlements: Langas and Munyaka selected purposely. The two settlements were selected for study due to; the high density and consolidation and they are settlements outlying on the urban periphery with lack of appropriate infrastructure, poor maintenance regimes, overcrowding, uncontrolled and conflicting land uses. Arising from the study, most causes were found to be tailored to economic, social, political and environmental. Increased movement from rural areas to urban has doubled the demand for housing and basic amenities overwhelming the service provider. The situation is coupled with institutional weaknesses and lack of capacity in the municipality to control urban development. This paper recommends that, liaison and co-ordination between different government agencies and stakeholders is necessary for expertise, exchange of ideas and machinery during planning.

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is a vast pathology, and may mimic coronary disease. Clinical data, electrical manifestations and laboratory parameters may drift toward the diagnosis of myocardial infarction. We report the case of a patient of 39 years, who presented a rare case of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy that manifested by acute coronary syndrome with ST segment elevation in anterior septum. Troponine was moderately high. Coronary angiography by cardiac catheterization was normal. Echocardiography and cardiac MRI allowed to pin down the diagnosis.

Watershed management is the optimal use of soil and water resources within a given geographical area so as to enable sustainable production.Watershed prioritization has gained importance in natural resources management, especially in the context of watershed management. Erosion intensity analysis has been commonly applied to prioritization of watersheds. The investigation of basins for planning soil conservation requires a selective approach to identify smaller hydrological units, which would be suitable for more efficient and targeted conservation management programme. One criterion, generally used to determine the vulnerability of catchments to erosion, is the erosion intensity mapping. The quantitative analysis of erosion intensity is an important aspect of characterization of watersheds. Using micro-watershed as a basic unit in erosion intensity analysis is the most logical choice because all hydrologic and geomorphic processes occur within the watershed. The present study makes an attempt to prioritize twenty five micro-watersheds of Dal lake catchment of Srinagar district, Jammu and Kashmir, based on erosion intensity analysis, using remote sensing and Geographical Information System. Accordingly twenty five micro-watersheds have been classified into four categories based on very severe erosion intensity unit as very high, high, medium and low in terms of priority for conservation and management. The result of the erosion intensity analysis has revealed that micro-watersheds DMW1, DMW5, DMW7, DMW9 and DMW23 fall under very severe erosion class and are more susceptible to soil erosion and hence technical measures has been suggested for the very high priority micro-watershed.

Glasses with composition 15TeO2- 10MgO - (75-x) B2O3– xNiO and 15TeO2- 10MgO - (75-x) B2O3- xWO3 (where x = 0 to 1.0 in steps of 0.2 mol %) have been prepared by using a conventional melt-quenching method. The amorphous nature of the samples were ascertained using X-ray diffractometry. Microhardness measurements were carried out using Zwick 3212 hardness tester fitted with a Vicker’s diamond pyramidal indenter. Microhardness studies revealed that the hardness of the glasses increased with an increase in applied load. Meyer’s index number / work hardening exponent ‘n’ was calculated and found that the material belongs to hard material category.

Concern about the outcome of human interaction with the environment has increased demand for environmentally friendly practices. Research on environmentally friendly practices indicates that green practices can be implemented at individual-firm-project levels. Changing the construction industry to a more environmentally friendly one requires a multi-faceted sequence at individual, project and organizational levels. Yet, there persists unclear understanding of the relevance of certain influencing factors at each of these stages. The aim of this paper is to advance a multi-perspective model of green construction practice. At the moment, there is a dearth of literature on the interrelationship of green practices at individual-firm-project levels. Thus, not much is known about the interplay of the three levels in influencing implementation of green practices in the industry. The present study, therefore, bridges the knowledge gap; and theorizes possible influences of interplay between the three dimensions of green practices. This is relevant to practitioners and scholars interested in green practices research.
