The aim of the present study is to investigate the rectal dose during three different radiotherapy techniques of cervical cancer. The study was carried out using a Anderson Rando female phantom. The thermo-luminescent dosimeter (TLD) capsules and detectors of rainbow dosimeter were employed for rectal and target volume dose determination. Several techniques of external beam radiation therapy such as two-field (AP-PA), three-field and four-field with equal applied dose were planned. During application of different radiotherapy techniques, the maximum dose received by rectum is due to the two-field technique. The results of two dosimetry types were compared with each other, In three-field, four-field equal applied dose, rectal dose was lower than tumor dose. This study showed that using TLD and rainbow dosimetry during radiotherapy could have a useful role as a predictor of choosing appropriate technique for preventing future rectal complications. Dose limitation to the rectum could possibly be achieved by using three-field and four-field techniques with equal tumor dose while maintaining a high dose to the tumor.

The aim of this study is to investigate, identify and compare Human Resource Management (HRM) practices in private hospital in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu India. Self developed survey; based on literature reviews are an instrument used for data collection. The findings of this study such as social characteristics sex, ages religion, community, nativity etc., are important for understanding the needs of human resource management practices in hospitals. This study also deals with the contributions of different factors towards quality care of patients and work culture among the staff.

Fourth-Generation (4G) wireless networks will be heterogeneous, integrating different networks to provide continuous access for mobile users with multi mode access capability. The Fourth Generation communications systems is all about a global wireless communications system and defines a cost effective, simple, operable and personalized according to the users’ needs concept. The vertical handoff requirements are potential of the network, network cost, handoff latency, network conditions, power consumption and user’s preference. These must be considered during vertical handoff. In this research paper a new vertical handoff decision based on ARM & AI Techniques is designed. A refined, intelligent Associative Rule Mining (ARM) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) based technique is used to execute the vertical handoff intelligent mechanism in fourth generation wireless networks to produce an effective service which reduces the handoff delay and complexity.

Reduction of maternal and newborn mortality is still a global public health challenge. The other challenge is redefining the roles of traditional birth attendants with a view of integrating them into the formal health system. To this end, the Linda Afya ya Mama na Mtoto Project implemented in Kakamega county re-oriented 345 former traditional birth attendants into the new role of birth companions. It was therefore fitting to establish perceptions of stakeholders on this new roleTo establish perceptions of stakeholders on the birth companion role of former traditional birth companions. A cross-sectional qualitative design was applied in this study. Eighteen (18) in-depth interviews were conducted with health service providers, health managers, programme officers, and policy makers based on similar interview schedules. Ten focus group discussions were conducted with pregnant and lactating women, male spouses and community health workers. Raw data was transcribed and analyzed using Atlas Ti software. The following six themes emerged: the policy environment; perceived benefits, acceptability, challenges, the issue of integration into the formal health system and sustainability. The policy environment was not conducive for integration into the formal health system. However, across the board, the new role was highly acceptable linked to numerous perceived benefits; remuneration and travel difficulties were considered major bottlenecks to sustainability. The new birth companion role of former TBAs is widely acceptable and can be feasibly sustained and scale-up. Birth companionship is both a health system and client-centred high impact intervention. Governments should institutionalize new birth companion role of former TBAs as a way of incorporating them into the formal health system given the evidence on benefits to the client and health system. Acoustic neuromas represent 6-7% of all intracranial tumors and develop slowly in the internal auditory canal, in the cerebellopontine angle. It is usually unilateral. The bilateral forms are exceptional and suggest neurofibromatosis type 2 "NF2". It can cause neurological disorders because of its development but also because of its volume and the compression caused on adjacent neurological structures. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is the standard imaging modality for the diagnosis of the disease. which shows a mass of the cerebellopontine angle of intermediate signal in the T2-weighted sequence, heterogeneous, strongly enhanced after injection, with the famous sign of the ice cream cone aspect testifying to damage of the VIII nerve in the internal auditory canal, these tumors are classified according to their extent and size, which conditions the therapeutic management, the treatment is based on microsurgery, radiosurgery or therapeutic abstinence, depending on the tumor stage.

Activated carbons (AC) prepared from rice husk by KOH activation in inert atmosphere at 750 and 850 0C were modified with nitric acid. Activation at 850 0C resulted in better pore development and was confirmed by SEM, Boehm titration and BET. The modification by nitric acid could reduce the particle size while enhance the amount of hydroxyl and carbonyl groups on the surface of AC samples. Bath adsorption of benzene, toluene and m-xylene (BTX) as well as dynamic adsorption of m-xylene were measured in order to evaluate the performance of AC for removing volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The results showed that AC sample prepared at 850 oC (RH-850) exhibited the best benzene adsorption capacity of 11.62 mmol g-1 in bath adsorption and m-xylene adsorption capacity of 9.140 mmol g-1 in dynamic adsorption at 50 0C.

Construction and development of classifier that work with more accuracy and perform efficiently for large database is one of the key task of data mining techniques [l7] [18]. Secondly training dataset repeatedly produces massive amount of rules. It’s very tough to store, retrieve, prune, and sort a huge number of rules proficiently before applying to a classifier [1]. In such situation FP is the best choice but problem with this approach is that it generates redundant FP Tree. A Frequent pattern tree (FP-tree) is a type of prefix tree [3] that allows the detection of recurrent (frequent) item set exclusive of the candidate item set generation [14]. It is anticipated to recuperate the flaw of existing mining methods. FP –Trees pursues the divide and conquers tactic. In this paper we have adopt the same idea of author [17] to deal with large database. For this we have integrated a positive and negative rule mining concept with frequent pattern (FP) of classification. Our method performs well and produces unique rules without ambiguity

Chemistry of natural product has contributed significantly towards the improvement of modern medicine. Custard apple (Annona squamosa ) is a nutritional rich fruit and is largely valued for its taste. It is known to have some active ingredients which kills lung, colon, breast and pancreatic cancer cells. Therefore, consumption of this fruit is known to have aided in anti-cancer activities. The investigation is carried out to find the chemical composition, phytochemical analysis and evaluation of crust, pulp and the seed of custard apple. The chemical characteristics such as pH, titratable acidity, total sugar and lipids are also verified. The results revealed that seed, pulp and crust contains adequate amount of vitamin C, citric acid, carbohydrate, protein etc. The phytochemical analysis revealed that custard apple contains tannins, flavonoids, cardiac glycosides and steroids. Standard GC analysis of seed oils contain certain types of essential oils which are mainly aiding in anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and anti-microbial properties. The antioxidant activity is evaluated using DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picryl-hydrazyl-hydrate) assay. The presence of anthocyanins may also offer anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and anti-viral benefits of custard apple.

The main aim of this study is analysis of organizational commitment and professional commitment between staffs Private bank in Kermanshah. This study is according to descriptive analysis and reaching branch and information gathering tools is questionnaire. Sample population volume 350 subjects from privet banks in Kermanshah and according to sampling random way some of them had been chosen a stoical population and finally we collected 95 questionnaire for determining normality of data we use kolomogrove – sminoroph test and results of tests confirm normality of data so meaningful relationship between them had approved the study results show that in the statistical society of the study ,there is a, there is a positive relationship between Organizational Commitment and Organizational Commitment.

This study aims to see the effect of price, service quality, promotion and the relationship between benefits on customer loyalty and satisfaction as an intervening variable to see how loyalty is given to consumers. The sampling technique used is the Accidental sampling method.The data collection technique is to collect data directly with the field method (field research) in which the questionnaire is distributed directly to consumers of Toko usaha muda represented by 120 respondents.
