The current research is about “Assessment of Organizational Learning Status based on INVEST Pattern (Case Study; Branches Management in Bank Keshavarzi of Mazandaran Province)”. The main question of the research is that; how is the organizational learning status of branches management in bank Keshavarzi of Mazandaran province? And based on INVEST pattern constituents the research questions are formed. The study of statistical universe is consists of seventy seven (77) individuals from entire management, experts and personnel of branches management in bank Keshavarsi of Mazandaran province. Using table of Kerjesy & Morgan, 63 samples of this research is obtained. The approach of study is of type descriptive -measurement in which the questionnaire’s tool is used for collecting information which contains judgmental admissibility and since the coefficient of Alpha – Cronbakh obtained as 0.955 also showed that it had the required reliability and has distributed based on simple random sampling among individuals sample. After data collection, the two terms distribution test was used for answering the questions and results indicate that the status of six(6) constituents of learners with motivation, culture of educator, outlook for learning, increased learning, management support and changeable structure of branches management in bank Keshavarzi of Mazandaran province are all at medium to upper level. To respond to the main question of research also resulted that organizational learning status is at medium to upper level. Based on freedman test the priority of constitutes; outlook for future, supportive management, culture of educator and personnel with motivation, supportive & learning structure have been increased respectively.

Recognizing faces is something that people usually do effortlessly and without much conscious thought, yet it has remained a difficult problem in the area of computer vision, where some 20 years of research is just beginning to yield useful technological solutions. As a biometric technology, automated face recognition has a number of desirable properties that are driving research into practical techniques. The problem of face recognition can be stated as ‘identifying an individual from images of the face’ and encompasses a number of variations other than the most familiar Application of mug shot identification. One notable aspect of face recognition is the broad interdisciplinary nature of the interest in it: within computer recognition and pattern recognition; biometrics and security; multimedia processing; psychology and neuroscience. It is a field of research notable for the necessity and the richness of interaction between computer scientists and psychologists. The automatic recognition of human faces spans a variety of different technologies. At a highest level, the technologies are best distinguished by the input medium that is used, whether visible light, infra-red or 3-dimensional data from stereo or other range-finding technologies. Thus far, the field has concentrated on still, visible-light, photographic images, often black and white, though much interest is now beginning to be shown in the recognition of faces in colour video. Each input medium that is used for face recognition brings robustness to certain conditions, e.g. infra-red face imaging is practically invariant to lighting conditions while 3-dimensional data in theory is invariant to head pose. Imaging in the visible light spectrum, however, will remain the preeminent domain for research and application of face recognition because of the vast quantity of legacy data and the ubiquity and cheapness of photographic capture equipment.

In the present study, the objective was to study the synthesis and analyse the zinc oxide nanoparticles from Anisochilus carnosus leaf extract. The study revealed that the plant extract possessed significant phytochemicals. The nanoparticles were synthesized using the leaf extract and analysed using UV, FTIR, SEM and XRD. Different functional groups were found to be present indicating the presence of diverse compounds in the extract. The zinc oxide nanoparticles also possessed potent antibacterial activity against many pathogenic organisms.

This study characterized the alpha-amylase from maize based on the amylolytic activity initiated during the germination of the maize (Zea mays) grain. Alpha amylase was partially characterized from maize and the protein concentration was determined (found to be 4.48mg/ml) using the Biuret method. The enzyme assay; effect of metal, effect of pH, effect of substrate and temperature was determined. The optimum temperature of the enzyme activity was 50oC and the enzyme activity was stable at this temperature till when a sharp decrease was observed at temperature of 55oC. The crude ? – amylase was optimally active at pH 7.0. The apparent km value and Vmax of the enzyme from the Line weaver-Bulk plot during hydrolysis of soluble starch were 0.535mM and 0.451µmol/min/ml respectively. The activities of the ? amylase were stimulated by MgCl2 and CaCl2 but inhibited by HgCl2. Therefore, this invention could proffer an alternative to the complex nature of malt extract, with alpha amylase considered difficult to characterize. The procedure offers characterization in a simple and efficient manner and product obtained is at least 95% pure with little impurities. This study shows that the alpha amylase activity of the maize grain was discovered to be high and this could be an alternative source of the enzyme in beer and wine production, as well as industrial source of the enzyme. Thus, it can be used in various industries to degrade starch and accurate result can be generated.

The need for intensive germplasm collection to broaden the genetic base of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) breeding to safeguard the vulnerability and the rate at which wild oil palm are becoming extinct as these wild oil palms are very imperative. The paper highlights oil palm accessions that were collected from the Central Region of Ghana. Thirty seven (37) accessions were collected from seven (7) locations in the Central Region. Data on stem height, bunch weight, bunch length, bunch breadth, bunch depth, stalk weight, weight of ten fruits, weight of ten nuts, mesocarp to fruit ratio, fruit length, fruit diameter, nut diameter, kernel diameter, shell thickness and other qualitative traits were examined. The mean, co-efficient of variation and range of the individual traits, were statistically analysed using standard procedures. Differences in the qualitative traits were recorded with most of the oil palm accessions having nigrescens fruits. The Tenera (T) type recorded the highest mesocarp to fruit ratio of 63.8%. These prospected germplasm accessions are being germinated and raised for future planting in the germplasm fields of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (C.S.I.R) - Oil Palm Research Institute (OPRI) to be introduced for breeding programmes.

The infant feeding decision is complex and involves the influence of psychological, social, and economic factors, and health care system. This study was examining a hypothesized model of relationship between social support, knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy in influencing breastfeeding practice. Methodology: This was a cross-sectional study which measuring all variables using questionnaires. All of the scales were translated into Indonesian language and the internal consistency reliability scores (Cronbach’s alpha) were found to be above 0.7 for all scales. A total of 173 nonworking mothers with babies between 0-6 months who joined the mother support group (MSG) program participated in this study. Hierarchical multiple regression test was used to assess the influence of social support, knowledge, attitude, and self-efficacy on breastfeeding. In order to test the hypothesized model of relationship between social support, knowledge, attitude, self-efficacy, and breastfeeding practice, structural equation modeling (SEM) was used for. Results: The results showed that only knowledge has significant influence on breastfeeding practice among the non working mothers (beta= .21, p= .01). Conclusions and implications: For nonworking mothers who joined MSG program, there was only knowledge that has significant influence on breastfeeding practice. MSG may be a suitable method to promote breastfeeding among Indonesian mothers.

Intrusion Detection System (IDS) has been used as a vital instrument in defending the network from this malicious activity. With the ability to analyze network traffic and recognize incoming and on- going network attack, majority of network administrator has turn to IDS to help them in detecting anomalies in network traffic. The gathering of information and analysis on the anomalies activity can be classified into fast and slow attack. Since fast attack activity make a connection in few second and uses a large amount of packet, detecting this early connection provide the administrator one step ahead in deflecting further damages towards the network infrastructure. This paper describes IDS that detects fast attack intrusion using time based detection method. The time based detection method calculates the statistic of the frequency event which occurs between one second time intervals for each connection made to a host thus providing the crucial information in detecting fast attack.

Overview of root system may clarify some aspects of breeding crops under saline stress condition. In an experiment studied 8 genotypes of wheat (spring cultivars) consist of Quds, Shiraz, Sorkh-Tokhm, Sistani, Mahooti, Falat, Bam and Arg at 3 levels of salinity stress with six replications. The present work, conducted in green-house of Zanjan University in the process of constant condition (T=27±2 °C, L:D= 16:8, RH=60±5 %) in 2011. Variation of few root attributes such as, Shoot Dry Weight (SDW), Root Dry Weight (RDW), the Ratio of Root Dry Weight /Shoot Dry Weight (R/S), Root Area (RA), Root Volume (RV), Root Area Per Volume (RAPV), Root Density (RD), the Average of Root Diameter (ARD), Root Area Index (RAI), Special Root Area (SRA), Root Area Density (RAD), Root Volume Ratio (RVR), and Specific Root Mass (SRM) evaluated before pollination step. The results showed that Sistani and Sorkh-tokhm Genotype Showed Highest resistance in compare to other cultivars. Therefore, selection and breeding traits on wheat would be possible to find the more consequential types for further crop products.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of transformational leadership by head teachers in Sotik Sub County and its relationship to teacher job satisfaction. This study was conceived after the realization that there had been increased cases of teacher attrition (transfers and resignation) in the past three years. For example, teachers’ transfers had been increasing by 5.2 percent annually while teachers resigning from their jobs had been on a steady increase. The objectives of the study were to establish the extent to which head teachers apply intellectual stimulation approaches and individualized consideration, on teachers’ job satisfaction in Sotik Sub County primary schools. The theoretical framework for this study was based on transformational leadership theory developed by Burns (1978) and elaborated by Bass (1985). The study adopted an ex post facto and descriptive survey research designs. The study was conducted in Sotik Sub County, Sotik County. The target population for the study comprised of 52 head teachers and 667 teachers employed by TSC. The sample size studied comprised of 16 head teachers who were purposively selected and 200 teachers who were selected using stratified and simple random sampling methods. The study collected data using revised MLQ and MSQ questionnaires by Bass and Avolio (1997). The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability prior to being used in the field. The data collected from the field was analyzed using mixed method approaches. Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS Version 20) aided in data entry, coding and analysis of quantitative data from questionnaires. In presenting analysed quantitative data, descriptive statistics indicating frequency, percentages, means, and standard deviations were executed to analyze the data quantitatively while inferential statistics: multiple regression analysis and T-test correlation were used to check on the relationship between various transformational leadership strategies and teachers job satisfaction. For qualitative data, themes and sub-themes were used to classify data from interviews. Tables, graphs and pie charts were used for presentation of the analyzed data. The results of the study showed that 58.3% of teachers’ job satisfaction was explained by transformational leadership style exhibited by head teachers in public primary schools in Sotik Sub County. Correlation results on the independent variables showed that there was significant correlation (p<0.01) between; individualised consideration (r=0.613), and intellectual stimulation (r=0.735) and job satisfaction of teachers. The study recommends that head teachers should be role models, they need to be ensuring effective communication between them and teachers, they need to provide and articulate clear vision to teachers and support continuous professional development programmes for teachers in their schools. The study is significant to head teachers, teachers, school board of management, and Ministry of Education and future researchers.

This study was conducted to evaluation of different formulations of Betanal Progress OF herbicide on weeds control of sugar beet field. The experimental design was factorial on the basis of randomized complete block with four replications. Treatments consisted of four different formulations of the herbicide Betanal Progress F (Iranian, Spanish, German and Chinese) with four different doses (3, 4, 4.5 and 5 liters per hectare). Evaluated traits included frequency of weed and dry weight at 15 and 30 days after spraying. Result showed that German formulation and 4.5 liter per ha Betanal Progress F had highest weed control at sugar beet field.
