This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between job challenge and the experience of burnout among four groups of health workers in Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria. One hundred and forty health workers were selected through purposive sampling from the Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital. The sample consists of 16 pharmacists, 30 health assistants, 36 doctors and 58 nurses. Perceived Job challenge Measure and Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) were the instruments used for the study. Four hypotheses were tested using Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. Results from this study revealed that there was a significant relationship between job challenge and burnout among health workers in Ekiti State, Nigeria. Also, positive stimulation, a component of job challenge had a positive relationship with burnout. Competence testing, another component of job challenge was found to be significantly related to dehumanisation and global burnout. While there was no relationship found between the uncertainty, the last component of job challenge and burnout. Findings were discussed in the light of previous literature on job challenge and burnout and appropriate recommendations were made.

Marriage has been seen as an essential tool in creating an ideal society. Through marriage institution, a man and a woman could stay jointly and live through affection and happiness. However, due to the lack of spiritual knowledge and practice, some couples, specifically Muslims married couples, facing marital conflicts that lead to either marital distress or marital dissolution. Therefore, this paper discusses the importance of a psycho-spiritual approach based on Islamic perspective to help Muslims married couples to understand and strengthen their marriage relationships. Four elements of human nature; ruh (spirit), qalb (heart), aql (intellect), and nafs (soul), will be discussed to understand the nature of human beings. This paper will examine how these four elements influence Muslim married couples’ personality in order to be affective couples. In addition, the spiritual practices of tazkiyatun nafs (purification of the soul) will be presented to assist Muslim couples fulfill their responsibilities as the vicegerents of Allah SWT on earth.

Unity of thought, one of the important issues in Islamic mysticism, and yet most complex topics have been discussed by scholars. Thinking unity in plurality, along with important topics such as the Holy God manifested in the form of mystical schools, including Islamic Sufism, has had a major role. Mohyodin Ibn Arabic, although it clearly and comprehensively, as fundamental for granted, has been introduced, but the Greek philosophical schools of thought and wisdom of the Alexandria and neo- Platonists existed. In Islamic mysticism, Bayazid Bastami, the first of its adherents, and Sufi poet of Persian literature, especially Hafez, Moulavi, Jami, etc, have been prominent idea. Qotb Alaghtab, Mullah Hassan Hafy Heravi, the Sufi poets of Persian literature that lived in the 12th century AD, with passion and love, a passion, a description of the idea of oneness, the lyrics are pure poetry. Professional competency has a momentous effect on teaching of English language. The study has been conducted on developing a model of teaching English language in societal perspective. The model has been developed keeping in view effect of professional competency of teacher, use of language laboratory, quality of teaching practice, academic assessment of students, counseling and guidance of students, and teaching in social context of English language . The objectives of the study were: 1) to explore the effect of professional competency of teacher, use of language laboratory, quality of teaching practice, academic assessment of students, counseling and guidance of students on teaching of English language in social perspective 2) to develop a model of teaching English language in social perspective .The research was beneficial for the English language teachers. The study was important for developing English language curricula. The study was useful for research scholars of English language. The study was of great importance in managing English language centers. The study was descriptive in nature. The relevant data was being analyzed keeping in view the objectives of the study.

This article examines the position of the Sunnah of the Prophet in both Islamic espitemology and Western scholarship. The purposes are to scrutinize the perspectives of Islam and the West on the issue of Sunnah’s authenticity and to analyze its position in the Islamic espitemology and the Western scholarship. The method used to complete the writing is library study, which involve the collection of data and information, followed by their analysis to compare and contrast the differences. It is found that Islam firmly recognized the position of the Sunnah and the role that Prophet Muhammad played in bringing and teaching it. The West, however, are reluctant to acknowledge the position of the Sunnah and their denial is closely associated with their denial of Prophet Muhammad. The article implies that one needs to arm himself with a sound understanding of the Sunnah and to be well-versed in the knowledge to ensure that he is clear about the position of the sacred source of Islam, i.e the Sunnah.

Present paper attempts to elucidate how Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, under the influence of Jyotiba Phule and other social reformers, has changed the lives of numerous people in India by his revolutionary moments to improve the conditions of the socio-economically backward people of India. He descended on the land of India as an incarnation of another god who brought a sea change in the position of the Dalits, suppressed, oppressed and exploited people. He was a prophet or a god for all the marginalized, downtrodden, underprivileged or people of minority groups who were living a life in abject poverty, destitute, social-atrocities and caste-discriminations. He was a multi-dimensional personality being a jurist, politician, philosopher, administrator, historian and economist. He himself was born into a poor Mahar caste which was considered as untouchable at that time. He personally realized that agony and campaigned against racial discrimination prevalent in India. He succeeded in his efforts and cadged what he wanted. He gave new directions to Dalits to live with pride and dignity. How Dalits of India cherish equal status and rights present days due to this Ambedkarite Movement, is the key-note of this paper.

Digital comic was developed by students of the Bachelor of creative technology with honours in multimedia elective and visual communication elective. Students developed the comic digital through the process learning which use studio based learning approach is. The implementation of Studio Based Learning approach was been enhance by project based learning approach. Students had been asked to establish their company by group. All activities through the learning process was been activated based on companies activities. Hence, corporate culture will be embedded into students. Digital comic is a big project which is role as a final product. An effort to produce comic digital, students will be able to adopted soft skills attribute and entrepreneur attributes. Therefore, produced digital comic with intelligent collaboration among strategic group such as Faculty of Creative Technology and Heritage, MDeC, Icon, Pekartun, Pekomik and a various of related agency will be a effective platform to generate techno-entrepreneurship in education.

In recent years,tribal livelihood has encountered various problems due to economic-social changes in the country,droughts,lack of water and loss of pastures. The purpose of this research is survey of economy and tribal livelihood by emphasis on Qlkhany tribe in sarpolezahab city.the method of the research has been documentary,library and field study.in analysis of data used Excel and Spss software.research population was 270 households of Qlkhany tribe that migrate to sarpolezahab city in winter season.from this households 100 family chose as sample.the purpose of this research was survey of economy and Qlkhany tribe livelihood.the result of this research indicates economic situation of Qlkhany tribe is not good and they are a poor tribal community economically.the rate of life satisfaction is average and the number of livestock is declining due to drought and economic hardship.the men have left the jobs and they engage to worker and pastoral in the surrounding villages and towns.

Nowadays, in addition to human, economic and physical capital, social capital is another name that has been considered in economic and social surveys. Social capital like concepts such as physical and human capital (the tools and trainings that enhance individual productivity), refers to the social organization features such as networks, norms and trust which facilitate the coordination and cooperation to achieve mutual benefit. The purpose of this study is to predict students' social capital based on sociological variables. Therefore, in this study we sought to answer the question, what is the relationship between sociological variables and social capital? Methodology in the present research is surveys and data collection is questionnaire and a sample of 400 young people from rural areas Shiraz city have been studied by using multi-stage sampling method. The findings suggest that there is a significant relationship between variables such as urban areas, use of mass media, social-economic base, gender, marital status with social capital of young people.

Discrimination between various group and ethnic groups has a great impact on health status of respective group. In Indian context dalits are most oppressed and neglected group and are being exploited by the so called upper caste and are denied by the state developmental activities. Even because of rapid urbanization and modernization has made discrimination in sophisticated especially in urban and cities. The health status doesn’t refer just to the physical status of an individual. It is over all well being of an individual. Health a “state of complete physical, mental, social and spiritual well being and not just the absence of disease and infirmity. This research has made an attempt to capture the data on service utilization among the most disadvantaged caste among the dalit.
