Literature review on the actual management of chronic prostatitis and chronic pelvic pain syndrome
Chronic prostatitis is a disease with an unknown etiology that affects a large number of men. The optimal management for category III chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) is not codified. Standard treatment usually consists of prolonged courses of antibiotics, even though well-designed clinical trials have failed to demonstrate their efficacy.A review of the literature failed to identify any recognized and validated treatments for CP/CPPS. However, the current approach is multimodal including: antibiotics, alpha-blockers, phytotherapy, acupuncture, physiotherapy and minimally invasive surgery. These therapies can be successful for the majority of patients who present with this difficult condition.

Obstructive pyelonephritis revealed during unknown pregnancy: report of a case and literature review.
The extrinsic compression by the gravid uterus is the most common cause of hydronephrosis in pregnancy. This is often tolerated seen its regressive nature after childbirth. However, this physiological factor could unmask a preexisting urinary deasise.We report, the clinical case of a patient aged 35, pregnant at 9 weeks, who was admitted to the emergency of renal colic.She had medical treatment without improvement. The evolution was marked by the clinical and biological improvement. After delivery, she had a CT scan that showed no abnormality, we also report a literature review on problems of diagnosis and management of urolithiasis in pregnancy.

Synthesis of Nanostructure Zinc Oxide Formation from Zinc Acetate and Deposited on Sapphire Substrate using Pulsed Laser Deposition for NO2 Gas Sensor
Zinc oxide nanostructure were successfully synthesized by chemical method and deposited on Al2O3 substrate using PLD. XRD analysis demonstrated that the ZnO nanostructure has a wurtzite structure with orientation of (002). SEM results indicated that by increasing the calcined temperature, the dimension of the ZnO nanostructure increases. The optimum temperature for synthesizing high density ZnO nanostructure was determined to be 1250 K. Room temperature PL spectra of the ZnO nanostructure showed a strong UV emission peak located at around 380 nm and a relatively weak green emission at around 540 nm, confirming that the as-grown nanorods possess good optical properties. The sensitivity of zinc oxide NRs films to 50 ppm vapor NO2 gas as a function of working temperature with different doping.

Analyzing of Transport Phenomena using Transport Equation
The numerical solution of the transport equation was utilized to study the transport phenomena. The currents and transport coefficients such as, the diffusivity, the electrical conductivity, the thermal conductivity and Wiedemmann-Franz Law in addition of investigating the Einstein relation which calculated from the equations (23-25) and (27-37) respectively at 300oK for values E/N=(0.5,1,2,3,4,5)×10-16 V.cm2 and (1,2,4,6,8,10)×10-18 V.cm2 for nitrogen and argon gases respectively. The results reveals to the agreement with the publisher lectures.

Bilateralpatellar tendon rupture in a young sport
Simultaneous rupture of the two patellartendons are exceptional in sports young people without predisposing systemic disease. Diagnosis is essentially clinical help with radiography. Surgical treatment gives good result. We report a case of a 35 years old young sport with a subcutaneousbilateral rupture of the patellar tendon.

Pericardial effusion revealed an aortic dissection: case report and recent review of the literatures
Pericardial effusions are frequent conditions, there etiologies are dominated by: acute infarction of the myocardium, myocarditis, metabolic disorders, certain neoplasias, inflammatory or infectious diseases, traumatisms and cardiac surgery. The dissection of the aorta is one of the rare conditions; it is primarily due to a rupture of the ascending aorta and presents diagnostic difficulties.We report the case of an 80 years old male, with a medical history of chronic smoking stopped since 2 years, a recently discovered of hypertension, a surgery for an inguinal hernia and appendicitis. Presented in our formation with an expansive pericardial effusion; clinical examination found an asymmetry of upper extremity blood pressures, thoracic radiography showed an unrolled aorta. Thoracic CT scan has allowed the diagnosis of aortic dissection type 1 of De Bakey classification and type A of Stanford. The patient was referred to a cardiovascular surgical center where he benefited of the replacement of the dissected aorta by a prosthetic tube while preserving his native valve, with positive outcomes.Our clinical observation aim to discuss diagnostic of dissection to any pericardial effusion or pericarditis, even in the absence of usual symptoms, in order to avoid any diagnostic delay. In our methodology we have overview a systemic review included PuBMed; all of our results in discussion are not based to basis recommendations because of the uncommun presentation having problem in extrapolating strong evidence but we have reporting somes basis of experts’ opinion.

Determination of Mean free Path
The mean free path, in edition, gas density ratio, molecule radius average time between collisions average velocity of molecule, and the diameter of the molecule for both Maxwell and Druyvestyn Velocities distribution law are performed by numerically solving the Boltzmann transport equation. This achieved for helium and nitrogen gases under influence the applied electric field to the gas pressure ratio ,E/P, between (3.9131x10-3-0.9767) and (1.611-16.115) (V cm-1 Torr-1) respectively at 3000 K. The obtained results are agreement with the experimental data.

Foreign exchange rate sensitivity and stock price: estimating economic exposure of UK quoted companies in oil and gas sector
Exchange rate exposure of UK listed oil and gas companies was examined against four major currencies; Australian dollar, Canadian dollar, Euro and US dollar by applying Adler and Dumas (1984) estimation model. The final sample of the study consists of (17) firms. (100%) of the sample firms exhibit significant negative exposure to US dollar indicating a decrease in stock returns of these firms, all the companies’ exhibit significant positive exposure to Australian dollar, 88% of the sample firms exhibits significant positive exposure to Canadian dollar. Major findings from the study reveals that oil and gas sector in UK is highly vulnerable to exchange rate risk particularly against US, Australian and Canadian dollar.

The contribution of school environment factor toward students’ achievement in the English language subject
The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between school environment factors such as peer influence, class size and media usage in school with English Language subject achievement among Form Five students of a school in PasirGudang, Johor by measuring their English language SPM Trial examination results of 2010. The differences of English Language achievement among the students were analysed based on their demographic factor and the influence of the school environment factors (independent variables) on the SPM Trial English Language achievement (dependent variable). Sampling 180 respondents of Form Five students one of the secondary schools in PasirGudang District was chosen to carry out the research. Three research hypotheses were developed for this study. The data was analyzed using SPSS software. Statistical tool such as Pearson Coefficient Correlations, frequency and Multiple Regressions were used to test these hypotheses. There are two types of variables used in this research which are Dependent Variables (DV) and Independent Variables (IV). Students’ achievement is classified as theDV while the factors of school environment (teachers’ commitment, class size and peer influence) are classified astheIV. A conceptual framework is drawn based on the variables. The results indicated that class size has a weak significant impact towards students’ achievement whereas peer influence and media usagedo not have significant impact towards students’ achievement.
