Dynamic Load sharing in power resources domain provides a dynamic way of handling power shortages. In this paper, we propose simplex method with ratio and proportion, current and electricity formulae and electrical engineering concepts to dynamically share power. The power distribution logically divided into various layers. The resource need is calculated from each layers using three parameters viz., Power Normal Pn, Power Excess Pe, Power Deficient Pd. Two level of repositories viz., Local Repository, Global Repository are used. The function of local repository is to have the threshold value at each layer. The global repository is installed in Grid (thermal power plant) which calculates values from all the level. We introduced threshold calculation, which includes ratio, and proportion functionality at each layer and calculated the values of Pex, Pn, Pd. In which, message transmission is done with the help of message control system between layers using clock triggering pulses. It sends a series of bits to identify whether the need of power is normal, deficient or excess. The load frequency control system maintains load demand and the frequency of machine in the generating power plant.

Temperature influences the life cycle of fruit plant in a variety of manners. Adverse effect of high temperature has been noted during both vegetative and reproductive growth stages in various fruit crops. The best responses for every plant either for vegetative growth or for its reproductive potentials are obtained in the cardinal temperature ranges, which includes minimum, maximum and optimum. The adverse effect of temperature on fruit plants occurs when crosses its limits. These effects are either due to direct injuries or due the reduced activity of enzymes and disturbed metabolic processes.

To motivate means to provide an employee with his own generator to provide a goal – directed behavior. A motivated employee does not see outside stimulation again and again. His battery does not need to be charged repeatedly. He is driven from forces within him and outside research tool applied on this research is questionnaire. The primary data collected using structured questionnaire. Questionnaire constructed according to procedure in such a way to gather all information regarding the opinion of employees. Descriptive research technique was adopted in this project. Generally, descriptive studies are designed to describe something and it is needed to collect data for a definite purpose.

Oral drug delivery systems being the most economy and leads the worldwide drug delivery market. The major drawback in oral drug formulations is low and varying bioavailability, which mainly results from poor aqueous solubility. It is estimated that 40% of active substances are poorly water soluble. Among the various available approaches to improve the oral bioavailability of these molecules, the use of self-emulsified drug delivery systems (SEDDS) has been shown to be reasonably successful in improving the oral bioavailability. However, traditional preparations of SEDDS are usually prepared in the liquid state which produces some disadvantages, such as high production costs, low drug incompatibility and stability, drugs leakage and precipitation. To overcome this problem solid SEDDS (S-SEDDS), prepared by solidification of liquid/semisolid selfemulsifying (SE) ingredients into powders, have gained popularity. The S-SEDDS not only increase the solubility of the drug, but also exhibits the advantages of solid dosage form. The present review explains the recent trends in Solid SEDDS (S-SEDDS) with regard to the selection of lipid systems for current formulations, solidification techniques and the development of solid SE (self-emulsifying) dosage forms and their related problems and possible future research directions.

Modern semiconductor switching devices are being utilized more and more in a wide range of applications These power electronics devices offer economical and reliable solutions to better manage and control the use of electric energy. However, the characteristics of most power electronics circuits, those semiconductor devices present nonlinear operational characteristics, which introduce contamination to voltage and current waveforms at the point of common coupling (PCC) of industrial loads. These devices, aggregated in thousands, have become the main polluters, the main distorters, of the modern power systems. At the Same time rapid development of semiconductor devices in power and control circuits, a new generation of equipments that help maintaining a good level of power quality, namely active power filters, has been developed. Theirs advantages over conventional means are more flexibility and very fast control response. The paper aim is to present the actual Power Quality Problems and solutions by active filters based on state-of-the-art power electronics technology and also their future prospects and directions.

Quality refers to an equilibrium level of functionality possessed by a product or service based on the producers capability and customers need. The aim of any manufacturing concern is to increase the production and to bring down the production cost without compromising on quality. This can be achieved through the implementation of innovative managerial techniques. Theory of constraints is an innovative tool for quality and productivity improvement. A significant challenge in implementing the theory of constraints in robotic operation is the complex and re-entrant nature of the manufacturing process. This paper deals with the problem of improving quality in robotic work cells that repetitively handle several products of similar characteristics. The theory of constraint is proposed to increase the quality and throughput rate of a robotic work cell by identifying its bottlenecks

The most commonly explored sources are supervisors and coworkers. The present study on “A Study on work social support and performance of employee in automobile industry “The main objective of the study is to understand the level of work social support an employee perceives inside the organization. The study is to find out satisfactory level of the work social support and performance in organization. The main objective of study is to analyze the sources of work social support in the organization. The primary data were collected from the questionnaire and the secondary data was collected from company catalogue, websites and books. The collected data was analyzed using simple percentage, weighted mean, regression, correlation, ANOVA. The study helps to suggest the company that the overall performance of the company was good but there is need for better motivation system. Also there should be more training programmer which helps employees to improve their productivity. The researcher hopes that the findings and the suggestions given to the company might help the organization for the betterment of its growth. Major findings shows that most of the employees are satisfied with the management practice, IR, etc. They are proud to say that they are employee of Roots industries.

Now a day’s various types of organophosphate compound are being utilised by farmers in massive amount to increase the productivity of crops by destroying the insecticides. Profenofos is one of the organophosphate which is widely used by the farmers. It is largely known to cause toxicity in various organs, such as the liver and brain. So, to evaluate the effect of Profenofos, experiment was designed on Swiss albino model. So, the present study aims to observe the effect of Cuminum cyminum (Cumin) and Coriandrum sativum (Coriander) on kidney exposed with Profenofos on female swiss albino mice. The parameters utilized for the study were through biochemical analysis. The impact of herbal plants Cumin and Coriander were observed on the Profenofos induced nephrotoxicity. The study shows Cumin was more effective in normalizing the Uric acid level rather than Coriander, while the coriander is more effective in normalizing the creatinine level than Cumin. Thus, the study shows better cytoprotection to kidney in Profenofos induced nephrotoxicity in Swiss albino mice.

The termites and fungi, form a agricultural beneficiary relationship which is one of the most spectacular example for mutualistic symbiosis The key activities attributed to the fungal partner in this mutualistic symbiosis are extensive delignification of the substrate and the conversion of plant fiber to fungal biomass .The fungal population aids in the decomposition of cellulose and supply other nutritional requirements for the termite.

Biochemical studies of the individual plant parts is a necessary prerequisite in order to evaluate their importance in the over all metabolism of the plant .The use of traditional medicines and medicinal plants in most developing countries, is basis for the maintenance of good health. Laboratory evaluations were made to assess the phytochemical screening and quantification of primary metabolites in Withania somnifera and Sida cordifolia. It contains higher soluble sugars in leaves, starch in stem, lipid in stem, phenol in leaves as compared to other parts of the plant. Cellular damage or oxidative injury arising from free radicals or reactive oxygen species (ROS) now appears to be the fundamental mechanism underlying a number of human neurodegenerative disorders.
