The use of nanofluids as the operating fluid in the TPCT (two phase closed thermosyphon) significantly improves the heat transfer. In the present study, the performance enhancement of 6063 AA TPCT container material with cerium IV oxide nanofluid is investigated by RSM using Box-Behnken Design (BBD). According to BBD design, the process parameters are heat input (A), inclination angle of TPCT (B), and the flow rate of pure water in the condenser section (C). This work resulted in identifying the optimized set of input parameters and output response of the 6063 AA TPCT.

The article focuses on the problem of training future IT-specialists in Ukraine, particularly, the English language training of Master students and the role of English for the future career of IT-specialists. The goal of the research is to determine the role of the English language competence for the specialists of IT-field and to find out the attitude of Master students to teaching English: relevance of including the discipline “Fundamentals of Scientific Communication in Foreign Language” in the curriculum of Master Course; the ratio of classroom activity to independent work; necessary focus of foreign language and the types of speech activity; relevance of attention to the grammar structure of the language; the preferred teaching methods; the frequency of using periodicals at the classes; the appropriate source of professionally oriented texts; the desired type of control.

In most of the developing countries including Pakistan and Indonesia, English is used as a foreign language. It continues to be one of the teaching subjects at school level, and the teaching of this language has a dominating influence over the whole structure of the educational system. There is a need to strengthen the background of students at basic Elementary as well Secondary level regarding teaching of English. The use of ELT (English Language Teaching) resources may enhance the second language learning in students. The objectives of the study are; 1) to find out the availability of resources in English teaching in Pakistan and Indonesia 2) to explore the utilization of available resources in teaching of English in Pakistan and Indonesia 3) to investigate the use of A.V. Aids in English language teaching in Pakistan and Indonesia 4) to make a comparison of the availability and utilization of available resources in teaching English in Pakistan and Indonesia. The present study was aimed at the comparison of the Secondary Schools ELT resources and its effective utilization in Pakistan and Indonesia. The study used the mixed method approach (quantitative and qualitative) to get the results. The researchers collected 200 teachers and 40 students as a sample of study from different provinces of Pakistan and Indonesia. The researchers developed questionnaire for teachers and structured interview for students. The researchers personally visited the target sample and administered it. For comparison, statistical techniques of mean and standard deviation were used. The findings of the study revealed that Indonesian English teachers are more equipped with latest tools than the Pakistani English teachers. Indonesian teachers have the facility of internet; on the other hands Pakistani teachers have not. The study concluded that due to the use of ELT resources, student feel more interest in the classroom as well as it saves teachers’ time and energy.

This study assessed the effect of lemongrass tea (LGT) on liver function indices in humans. One hundred and five participants ingested the LGT prepared from 2, 4, and 8g of LGL powder once daily for 30 days. Serum ALP level increased throughout the study period; although only the increase at day 30 reached statistical significance, while serum AST and ALT were not significantly different from baseline values. At days 10 and 30, serum total bilirubin significantly increased and decreased respectively. Ingestion of LGT may be associated with transient hyperbilirubinemia, and sustained elevation of ALP.

Zinc Ferrite (ZF) is a material that is paramagnetic. Its presence in the universe has a magnetic force that is different depending on the structure and composition of materials. In some cases look almost the same, especially on substances ZF reacted at temperatures between 60 0C to 90 0C. ZF 70 have weaknesses at a temperature of 70, which is where most low coercivity alternating magnetism.

Tracheoesophageal fistula is a life threatening condition. Patients not managed surgically ultimately die of their disease. Surgical management is the only treatment of choice. We present a case of a patient that developed a tracheoesophageal fistula after tracheostomy. Surgical repair was done which failed due to infection. The patient was managed with the help of an esophageal stent and Trichloroacetic Acid cautery. This approach can be used in selected patients, depending upon the size and site of TEF. Larger fistulae and those situated lower down e.g. supra cardinal cannot be managed by this technique.

Laryngomalacia is the most common cause of stridor in infants-strider results from upper airway obstruction due to supraglottic tissue collapse. Most causes of laryngomalacia are mild and self solve investigation and intervention required in severe causes. There is a strong association with gastroesophgeal reflux disease in patients with laryngomalacia and thus medical treatment with antireflux medications surgical treatment is preferred, while it indicate supraglottoplasty, severe cases are reserved. Proper identification of those patients when requires medical and surgical invention is key to providing with successful outcomes.

Depending on the severity of the condition and the time of diagnosisthe treatment can be determined in an individual.Identifying this condition very early in life is also beneficial to the patient even though there would be a few complications that would be faced depending on the form of treatment one choses. The present study aimed to understand the embryological basis and its clinical significance.

Normally, in the heart of a fetus, there is a ductus arteriosus (DA) which is to close after birth at most three months. Because DA closes, it becomes ligamentum arteriosum. When DA does not close after birth, it is known as patent (open) ductus arteriosus (PDA). The left PDA occurs more than the right PDA. The size of the PDA determines the severity of the condition. Should be diagnosed and treated early in life. It can be treated either with drugs or surgery. When left untreated for a long time, it turns into Eisenmenger syndrome.
