Bicycle is recognized as a transportation solution helping to improve various environmental, economical and social aspects. A variety of bicycle design and setups for utility are used to carry personal belongings, groceries, children and much more. One particular utility bicycle is the folding bicycle. Its design allows users to easily transport the bicycle using less space when the bicycle is “folded” in to a compact size. When using a folding bicycle with a bicycle-transit journey, it allows individuals ability to board transit vehicles. The versatility of a folding bicycle is also appropriate for air travel and for when inadequate parking and bicycle theft is a significant concern.

The African developmental state has become a critical concern of not only Africans but all peoples in the global community. The point at issue is not that African leaders at various historical epochs have to articulated philosophies and reasonable roadmaps to fast-tracking African developmental vision, however, in spite of all the efforts, it is observed that Africa is still at the lowest lung of world developmental indices. Now the million dollar question that agitates the minds of scholars and students of developmental studies in Africa is, ‘what is the real cause of African developmental stagnation’? Here many causes ranging from colonial exploitation to corruption and leadership ineptitude have been proffered. As good and reasonable as these propositions may be, this paper maintains that they are not the prime cause of African developmental dilemma, they are rather the secondary causes. This paper is of the opinion that African developmental problem lies in the nature of African epistemology and cosmology. It notes that African epistemology is organized around supernaturalism; this knowledge type stifles creativity and enslaves humanity to its lethal dictations as it limits man from attaining selfhood and self dictations and governance. This paper maintains that if African must attain her developmental dreams, she must first of all liberate herself from the powers of her religion and her worldview of life but as long as the current African epistemology continue to be her source of knowledge system, then she will continue to maintain her slavish status in the global community. Therefore, to change this status, this paper calls for the demystification and de-spiritualization of life and religion by the Africans.

The aim of this paper is to introduce a class of sets called soft ß- locally closed sets. Further soft ß - LC continuous map and its irresoluteness are defined in soft topological space along with their characterization.

The FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of 2,3,6-trimethylphenol (236TMP) were recorded in the regions 4000-400 cm^-1 and 4000-100 cm^-1. The fundamental vibrational frequencies and intensity of vibrational bands were evaluated using density functional theory (DFT) and standard B3LYP/6-311+G** basis set combination. The vibrational spectra were interpreted, with the aid of normal coordinate analysis based on a scaled quantum mechanical (SQM) force field. The Infrared and Raman spectra were also predicted from the calculated intensities. Comparison of simulated spectra with the experimental spectra provides important information about the ability of the computational method to describe the vibrational modes. Unambiguous vibrational assignment of all the fundamentals was made using the total energy distribution (TED). Further, density functional theory (DFT) combined with quantum chemical calculations to determine the first-order hyperpolarizability. The calculated HOMO and LUMO energies shows that charge transfer occur within the molecule. Electronic excitation energies, oscillator strength and nature of the respective excited states were calculated by the closed-shell singlet calculation method were also calculated for the molecule.

The issue of luxury consumption has received a great deal of interest among marketing scholars. However, little is known about how to optimize the market and manage consumer expectations with regard to this specific consumption context. Therefore, this study provides insights into how branding cues and need for uniqueness shape consumer luxury purchase intentions. Empirical data were collected by a questionnaire distributed toluxury furniture stores. The empirical results indicated that brand origin, brand image and need for uniqueness all have a significantly positive effect on consumer luxury purchase intentions. Moreover, brand image and brand origin were found to be a significant moderator between consumer’s need for uniqueness and luxury purchase intentions. The authors explore implications for theory and practice.

In this paper, we model the arc welding process by ANSYS software, the defects of weld joints is discussed. Ultrasonic techniques have been used for this purpose. An integrated comprehensive 3D model has been developed to study the transport phenomena in welding.. This includes the arc plasma, droplet generacoppertion, transfer and impingement onto the weld pool, and weld pool dynamics. Ultrasonic Testing (UT) uses high frequency sound waves to conduct examinations and make measurements. In this paper, T-shaped junction has been modeled in the software environment. The circuit model of an element is used to simulate carbon steel. UltraSonic attachment method has been studied. The optimization model is derived.

Milling operates on the principle of rotary motion. A milling cutter is spun about an axis while a workpiece is advanced through it in such a way that the blades of the cutter are able to shave chips of material with each pass. Milling processes are designed such that the cutter makes many individual cuts on the material in a single run; this may be accomplished by using a cutter with many teeth, spinning the cutter at high speed, or advancing the material through the cutter slowly. Most often it is some combination of the three.

From the Renaissance to the present number of experts on entrepreneurship has researched and everyone has tried to encourage every person in own age. Entrepreneurs are individuals with special characteristics such as courage, innovation, hard work, creativity, with the goal of success, etc. These special conditions during childhood and adolescence and therefore pursue the implementation of their projects. However, the development of national and international entrepreneurs is not possible without new ideas, way of life and their composition, creativity, design, fight hard, take risks and succeed with hope and confidence is high. These three personal skills, technical and management required.The main advantages of entrepreneurship for job creation, completion of civilization and industry increased productivity, preventing brain drain then increase national wealth and etc. Because governments use this key and scroll and progress must appropriate and use this important legislation and provided with the necessary facilities to encourage youth entrepreneurship and to transform society and in the international competition and to succeed in their community.

Changing employment patterns together with changes in the demographic structure of the workforce have resulted in a different reality for the 21st century. Instead of trying to manage copious amounts of leisure time, many employees are instead trying to juggle numerous responsibilities with the increased, intensified demands of work. Such reality and in particular, transformations in the structure of both the workplace and the workforce imply that work practices and employers’ expectations must change accordingly. The concept of Work life balance is becoming more and more relevant in an ever dynamic working environment. This study makes an attempt to analyze empirically perceptions of Information Technology (IT) sector women professionals on work life balance.
