Aim of this present study is to investigate the relationship between social capital &; knowledge Management Company in the Iranian national refining and distribution of oil. Our model has four dimensions of knowledge management and a model for social capital. The statistical sample of this study was the manager and employees of the Iranian national oil refining and distribution company based in the proposed model of research, we examined the hypothesis of the research, which consisted of a main hypothesis and five hypotheses of submarines. At last, the research hypotheses were tested By Spearman Correlation Factor and four hypotheses were accepted and one of them weren't accepted And their significance factor was confirmed. Afterward, by the multi factor data analyzer, it was noticed That the independent variables of research has multi dimension correlation with km as a dependant variable

This paper explains the process of measuring and analyzing Bank Total Productivity (BTP) and the productivity changes in bank braches using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), Slack Based Measure (SBM) and Malmquiest Productivity Index (MPI) in Export Development Bank of Iran (EDBI). For this purpose, we have measured and analyzed the productivity growth in EDBI branches using MPI in the period of 1994-2005. The trend of efficiency scores’ moving averages confirms improvement in BTP over the period of study. Moreover, the results show %1 and %2 on average improvement in the productivity of EDBI branches in period 2004 and 2005, respectively.

Fast strides are being taken by the pharmaceutical industries and the academics the world over, in research related to recent advances in designing of static diffusion cells to assure batch-to-batch drug release equivalence for semisolid dosage forms and to facilitate an easy performance of quality control tests for semisolids dosage forms. Till today, there are no pharmacopoeial methods recommended to carry out in vitro release tests for semisolid dosage forms and about selection of diffusion cells. Majority of published transport studies, particularly for skin permeation, involves the use of FDC (Franz diffusion cell). Franz diffusion cell is the only existing device recommended both by FDA (Food and drug administration) and OECD (Organization for economic co-operation and development). Unfortunately this device suffers from several limitations such as formation of air bubbles, limited receptor compartment volume, laborious and large variation among experiments. To overcome the above limitations of Franz diffusion cell, several novel diffusional cells were invented like modified Franz diffusion cells, Keshary-Hein cell, Enhancer cell, United States of Pharmacopeia (USP) - 5, 6, 7 apparatus, automatic sampling Kelder cell, Insertion cell and Plexiglas cells etc., but each invented novel diffusion cell encountered other limitations. So until date, there is no widely accepted static diffusion cell recommended by any Pharmacopeias. The primary focus of this review makes an effort to compile some of the related recent findings and highlight some of the major issues related to various diffusion cells developed till today, their comparative assets and limitations.

Polymers, the synthetic materials have truly unique properties.  The polymers are a very special kind of compounds, which do not behave like small molecules do, but the properties of polymers depend on molecular weight and molecular weight distribution (MMD). The molecular characterization of PANi base synthesized chemically by condensation method is attempted using MALDI-TOF MS technique.  Further the study is extended on doped PANi with two different strengths (0.01N, 1 N) of dopant HClO₄. The detailed descriptions of the method of TOF (Time of Flight) and the molecular weight determination of the PANi base and its doped form as conducting polymers have been studied quantitatively and strength of the dopant on the molecular characterization is also identified.

The objectives of this paper were to show the impact of corruption on some macroeconomic variables as well as simulate a shock to corruption and view its impact on those variables for the period 1980 to 2010. To achieve these objectives, a VAR model was used, along with its uses namely the impulse response functions and the variance decomposition. Variables used include the GDP, life expectancy, investment, government expenditure, inflation rate, oil revenue, government revenue and corruption. Findings from the simulations using both the impulse response functions and variance decomposition show that corruption explains a considerable portion of economic development. It also shows the negative effects of corruption on economic growth and the indirect effects as well, through other variables of interest especially investment, life expectancy and oil revenue. Conclusions reached show that the effects of corruption on macroeconomic variables are long term in nature and it tends to increase over time. The implication is that if corruption is not tackled aggressively, low economic growth will continue unabated in the country.

This study examined the relationship between public health expenditure and economic growth in Nigeria. Using time series data for the period 1977 to 2010, this study employed both multiple regression analysis and the granger causality text estimation techniques to examine the relationship. Result from the multiple regression show that both Capital and Recurrent expenditure on health has positive effect on economic growth in Nigeria. The causality test shows that there is a bi-directional causality between recurrent expenditure on health and economic growth, while a unidirectional causality exist between capital expenditure on health and economic growth as causality runs from economic growth to capital expenditure on health in Nigeria. Based on the above findings, the study recommends increased current and capital health expenditure to improve healthiness of the inhabitants and invariably economic activities in Nigeria.

As part of the nuclear power project envisaged during the period of the first republic, attempts have been made to prospect for uranium as raw material for the nuclear reactor. The Biakpa area in the Volta region had been known by the indigenes to be a potential source of this raw material. A field survey had been carried out using a Fieldspec radiation survey meter and the uranium content of some rock samples taken from the area has been determined. The uranium content determined by comparison with an IAEA uranium standard S-13 lot 370 using the track etch technique gave a mean value of 0.018%. The dose rate obtained during the survey ranged from 1.22 - 2.25 µSv/h.

Now the trend has been changed and many sophisticated Retail shops and Mall with wide variety of products are seen everywhere. Maintaining Service quality is an inevitable tool for those retail outlets as it acts as a precursor for customer satisfaction and Loyalty. In India there have been a great successful brand both national as well as international brands and again it has been realize that brands are sustaining power to stay in the competitions. If we defined the customer satisfaction we can say “a qualitative measure of performance as defined by customer, which meet their basic requirements and standard.” Customer satisfaction is defined as “measure or determination that a product or services meet a customer’s expectation, considering requirement of both quality and service.” This paper attempts to analyze and compare the perceptions of customers towards service quality of reputed shopping Malls in Visakhapatnam District with a sample of 50 each from three retail outlets namely CMR shopping Mall, Big Bazar and Spencer Shopping Mall and totally of 150 respondents from the population selected randomly. Data from structured questionnaire was analyzed by using Percentage analysis, ANOVA and four point Likert scale.
