The objective of this paper is to propose a framework on the Customer RelationshipManagement (CRM) practices among banks. The conceptual framework is design based on two marketing theories: (i) Relationship Marketing Theory; and (ii) Customer Relationship Management Theory. In this study, the concept of CRM is based on six important dimensions. These dimensions are (i) customer acquisition, (ii) customer response, (iii) customer knowledge, (iv) customer information system, (v) customer value evaluation and (vi) customer information process. Review of the past literatures will be done to enable us to establish the theory and finally propose the conceptual framework to be used in this study.

Zinc is an essential heavy metal for human diet and it plays a significant role in metabolic process. The accumulation of zinc in different organs of Labeo rohita clearly shows that the accumulation directly proportional to the exposure period. In this work an attempt has been made to study the acute toxicity of heavy metal zinc and the effect of antidotes D-Penicillamine and Ethylene Diamine Tetra Acetic acid (EDTA) on the selected organs of the fresh water fingerlings of Labeo rohita using Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy. The concentration patterns in the organs of the fingerlings shows that liver is the major site to metal binding and muscle tissue accumulate least metal concentrations. It has also been observed using absorption spectroscopy that the administration of chelating agent D-Penicillamine reduces the zinc concentration in all tissues more effectively than the administration of the chelating agent EDTA.

RTS beverages were prepared using fermented carrot juice and sweet lime. Carrots were fermented with Streptococcus lactis and Lactobacillus plantarum at ambient temperatures with 2 percent bacteria and 2.5 percent salt for 24-48 hours. Juice of the fermented carrots was combined with sweet lime juice in 50:50 (V1 and V4), 75:25 (V2 and V5) and 25:75 (V3 and V6) ratios. The beverages were prepared as per FPO specifications and organoleptically evaluated. The TSS value of RTS beverages ranged between 140B to 210B. There was no microbial growth in RTS beverages prepared with fermented carrots up to 30 days of storage. The increase in microbial load after 45 days of storage was negligible and safe for consumption; however the increase was substantial in the standard.

This success story of the company is certainly encouraging for other hundreds of impaired companies operating in the same industry regarding how to cope up with their business challenges strategically keeping in mind the changing need of the dynamic society so that maximization of their shareholder’s net worth can be significantly achieved.

The story of human civilization is a newer ending struggle towards a better and improved way of life. Discrimination, inequality, injustice and explanation of any kind becomes, a matter of deep concern for any civilised society. Talk of rights related to life, liberty, equality and dignity of the individual is gaining importance day by day. Human rights also have implications in the process of globalization. It is important to understand the term of human rights and to recognise it as an instrument of social justice. This paper has made an attempt to understand the concept of human rights and efforts made for the protection of human rights at international level.

Woman by virtue undergoes various life transitions in her entire life which has a direct bearing on her career and health. Ever changing patterns of working and competition have gradually increased pressure on woman’s health and productivity at work. Women working in industries where more time is required like media, advertising, entertainment, and fashion is obliquely pushing them towards a synthetic lifestyle which will ultimately pose question on their identity at large. This report can be further extended towards the workplace domains on working women who are constantly under one or other life transitions in the context of their productivity at work and resultant stress.

The ligand 3,8-Dimethyl-5,6-benzo-4,7-diazadeca-3,7-diene-2,9-dione dioxime was synthesized by the condensation of o-phneylenediamine with diacety monoxime in a 1:2 mole ratio. It has been isolated in the solid state and characterized by CHN, IR, and NMR spectra. The ligand is a neutral compound and on complexation with metal ions loses one of the oxime protons with the concomitant formation of the intramolecular hydrogen bond. Six coordinate Co(III) complex, four coordinate square planar Ni(II) complex and five coordinate square pyramidal Cu(II) complex are synthesized by the reaction of the respective metal chlorides. All these complexes are characterized by infrared, electronic spectroscopy and conductivity measurements. Indirect evidence for the formation of intra-molecular hydrogen bond in these complexes is obtained by replacing the hydrogen bonded proton by the BF2 group by treating the complex [Cu (DO)(DOH) bzo) Cl] with BF3OEt2.

In present study, calli of commercial indica rice variety PAU 201 were transformed following particle gun methods with the GUS gene (encoding ?-glucuronidase) for its transient expression. Various biological and physical parameters like age of calli (weeks), preculture treatment prior to bombardment (hrs), post-bombardment incubation time (hrs), helium pressure (psi), vacuum pressure (mm Hg), distance from stopping plate to target tissue (cm), number of bombardments per Petri dish were studied. Optimized conditions include 4 weeks old fresh calli bombarded twice at helium and vacuum pressure of 1100 psi & 28mm Hg, keeping target distance 9cm with 12 hours pre-culture prior to bombardment and 72 hours post bombardment incubation duration gave a transient GUS expression of 32-39%. The parameters of this study could be used to improve the transient expression, enabling stable expression of introduced genes using callus as target tissue.

The new shielding using a mixed of Barium Sulfate (BaSO4) and cement accordingly to the ratio that desired which is from (1:99) to (20:80) respectively. The samples were in thickness of 1 mm, 5 mm and 10 mm with the ratio of BaSO4 are 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20%.The samples are examined with XRD. The mixture ratio of barium sulfate that has 20% in the sample shows that the absorption of the energy is high. A high mass density material of sample as barium, which has high atomic number is suitable to absorb the energy of radiation. Increasing the material density leads to increase the attenuation. The results have shown a significant protection for hazardous of gamma ray.
