Woman constitutes the family, which leads to society and Nation. Social and economic development of women is necessary for overall economic development of any society or a country. Entrepreneurship is the state of mind which every woman has in her but has not been capitalized in India in way in which it should be. Due to change in environment, now people are more comfortable to accept leading role of women in our society, though there are some exceptions. Our increasing dependency on service sector has created many entrepreneurial opportunities especially for women where they can excel their skills with maintaining balance in their life. Propose of this paper is intended to find out various motivating and de-motivating internal and external factors of women entrepreneurship. It is an attempt to quantify some for non parametric factors to give the sense of ranking these factors. It will also suggest the way of eliminating and reducing hurdles of the women entrepreneurship development in Indian Contex.

A field experiment was carried out at Periyar EVR College, Tamil Nadu, India, in basic soil to study the nutrient availability and mulberry leaf quality. Three groups of mulberry plants of MR2 variety were bio-fertilized with Azospirillum, phosphobacteria and vermicompost respectively. Fourth group of mulberry plants were bio-fertilized with farm yard manure (FYM). The soil and leaves of four groups were analysed for their macronutrient and micronutrient content. The N, P and K content of vermicompost bio-fertilized soil was high 118.5 kg/ac, 4.26 kg/ac, and 178kg/ac respectively. The N, P and K content of vermicompost bio-fertilized mulberry leaves were high 0.89%, 0.54% and 3.48% respectively. The micronutrient like zinc, copper, iron, manganese, calcium, magnesium also were found to be very high in vermicompost bio-fertilized soil and vermicompost bio-fertilized mulberry leaves. The results revealed that the nutrient availability in soil and mulberry leaf quality increased gradually in the order FYM bio-fertilized soil and mulberry leaves, Azospirillum bio-fertilized soil and mulberry leaves, phosphobacteria biofertilized soil and mulberry leaves and vermicompost bio-fertilized soil and mulberry leaves. It was clear that vermicompost is the best bio-fertilizer for mulberry plants. Among the four bio-fertilizer treatments, soil nutrient content, leaf quality traits of mulberry variety(MR2)& reeling performances of silkworms(LxNB4D2) were found to be improved by vermicompost bio-fertilizer. Thus this technology can be recommended to sericulture farmers.

Employee retention involves taking measures to encourage employees to remain in the organization for the maximum period of time. Corporate is facing a lot of problems in employee retention these days. Hiring knowledgeable people for the job is essential for an employer. But retention is even more important than hiring. There is no dearth of opportunities for a talented person. There are many organizations which are looking for such employees. If a person is not satisfied the job he/ she is ding, he/she may switch over to some other more suitable job. In today’s environment it becomes very important for organizations to retain their employees. Employee retention has become a major concern for corporate in the current scenario. Individuals once being trained have a tendency to move to other organizations for better prospects. Attractive salary, comfortable timings, better ambience, growth prospects are some of the factors which prompt and employee to look for a change. Whenever talented employees express his willingness move on, it is the responsibility of the management and the human resource team to intervene immediately and find out the exact reason leading to the decision.

Present study was designed to investigate the factors which affect class room management at school level. The major objectives of the study were to determine whether physical facilities of classroom affect classroom management, to know the role of students in classroom management and to know the role of teacher role in classroom management. A purposive sample of 50 respondents were collected from different institutions of district Karak among them 28 were male and 17 were female teachers. Teachers’ age ranged from 20 to 51 years, their qualification ranged from, F.A, to M.A. Teachers experience ranged from 1-25 years. Respondents having F.A (CT) qualification considers physical facilities are major factor of effective classroom management. Teachers having higher qualification have opinion that student behavior, physical facilities and teacher way of managing could affects classroom management.

P2P networks has been used over the years to overcome the problem of node failure & service availability in the client server network but it is found that the some nodes in P2P networks actually process less number of requests as compared to the number of request forwarded to a particular node. But as the number of requests send at a node increases the number of request processed at a particular node increases. This paper presents the comparative analysis of resource utilization in peer to peer networks.

The purpose of writing the current paper is to survey the relationship between managers’ emotional intelligence with their employees’ citizenship behavior in Saderat Bank in Alborz province. The research methodology was descriptive one in which 2 questionnaires foe gathering data were applied. The results of Chi Square test show that there are positive and meaningful correlations between emotional intelligence and its dimensions with OCB. Also the impact of empathy and motivating oneself were more than other dimensions. After that the positive correlation between educational level and OCB in employees was proved. Finally applying Binomial text shows that all variables apart from social skills and OCB were placed in low levels.

The study of test fairness is of crucial importance in the context of standardized high-stakes tests used to make selection decisions at different levels, for different purposes and across different groups of test takers. Fairness must be ensured in every stage of test development: from test design stage through the research stage (Kunnan, 2008). Researchers are particularly concerned about the possibility that standardized high-stakes tests may be used inappropriately to make score-based interpretations and decisions, which may introduce unfair consequences to different groups of test takers. These concerns have increased social and educational demands, subjecting these tests to rigorous validation research. This paper seeks to expand research in the area of test fairness. To this end, an argument-based approach to test fairness, developed by Xi (2010), is adopted to investigate the degree of fairness of standardized high-stakes tests of IELTS based on the inference of Domain definition. This article is derived from a larger study and reports the second phase of that investigation.

Plant materials offer not only mosquito control agents, but also promise to be environmentally safe. Plant allelochemical may be quite useful in increasing the efficacy of biological control agents because plants produce a large variety of compounds that increase their resistance to insect attack. Now a day’s growing use of phytochemical for control of the insects may be attributed to the fact the populations throughout the world are coming to see the dangers inherent is conventional insecticides. Natural botanicals have provided numerous sources of phytochemicals utilized in the development of effective mosquito control agents of plant materials offer not only effective mousquito contol agents, but also promise to be environmentally safe.

Although Ethiopia has large number of chickens, their productivity is marginal and constrained by genetic, environmental and management factors. This paper has tried to review the socio-economic contribution of rural poultry production and its constraints in Ethiopia. Indigenous chickens account for about 98% of the total poultry population. The productive and reproductive performance of the local chickens is very poor with an average egg yield of 30-60 eggs/hen and 6 months age at first lay. To improve the livelihood of rural communities by improving the productivity of poultry, development endeavors and research institution should focus on introducing improved breeds along with full packages and investigating on means of improving the local genotype. Textile industry is the major source of water consumption and wastewater pollution.  There are various treatment techniques to remove textile wastewater pollution.  Textile wet processing unit involves a variety of chemicals comprising a various class of dyes along with huge amount of water resulting from wet processing operation. The conservations of chemical become a most important aspect for environment specially in consideration of the pollution phenomenon and increasing cost of chemicals in order to make the industry much more competitive in the globalize context. For that reason, liquid waste management and waste volume reduction by the product recovery are essential. In the case of India many wet processing industries and about 80% of these are woven fabric dyeing industries are needed to feed the fabric in the garments industries.  For these reasons, effluent treatment planning is a burning question for a wet processing unit. In order to solve these problems as textile technologist we should define many corrective measures.  This paper deals with the effluent standards and different wastages of woven fabric wet processing industries along with reverse osmosis treatment and SDI (Silt Density Index) explained in detail.  It also deals with the various advantages, comparison of RO feed and permeates, RO feed and reject parameters of Silica, Sulphate, Free Chlorine, Chlorides, Silicate and S.D.Index.  RO feed and permeate parameters Si reduced by – 95.46%, SO4 reduced by – 99.19%, Cl¯ reduced by – 94.51%, SiO2 reduced by – 95.22% and SDI reduced by – 100.00%.
