The exchange rate or Inter Bank Rate of Indian Rupee (INR) is considered as one of the major economic factor to determine Indian economic position. There are various Economic factors and parameters which influence the Inter Bank Rates (IBR) and alter its parity with different currencies. This study is done to analyse the various Economic factors and Parameters that influencing the IBR. This study involves analysis of 4 major Economic factors and parameters which are related to IBR. All the parameters taken under study are analysed using suitable analyzing tools and the influence over the IBR is studied. This study is done to understand the fluctuations in USD/INR IBR rates on Quarterly basis for 5years from 2007 to 2011. The four parameters taken under study is analyzed using Karl Pearson’s Coefficient of Correlation and Regression Analysis with IBR rates collected during respective years.

The flesh, seed, placenta and the whole fruit samples of a variety of tropical chillies (peppers) commonly found in Nigeria Capsicum annum L (bell pepper), were examined in the laboratory for their proximate compositions and some nutritionally valuable minerals on wet weight basis. The results showed that the seeds have the highest concentrations of ash (2.06 g/100 g), protein (14.1 g/100 g) and fibre (32.4 g/100 g), flesh had the highest concentration of crude fat (6.66 g/100 g) while the placenta had the highest concentrations of moisture (88.2 g/100 g) and carbohydrate (3.35 g/100 g). The seeds were also the best sources of most of the nutritionally valuable minerals (Ca, Mg, Zn, P, Fe, K and Na) determined. These parameters were good in the samples: Ca/P, Ca/Mg and [K/(Ca +Mg)] but Na/K was poor. In the mineral safety index (MSI), only Zn results were seriously aggravated. Bell pepper would serve as a good source of the following minerals: Ca, Mg, Zn and Fe which are important components of bones and supporting tissue, enzymes and blood formation respectively.

Five green leafy vegetables (Basella alba, Vernonia amygdalina, Talinum triangulare, Manihot esculenta and Corchorus olitorius) were analysed for their moisture, crude protein and ascorbic acid contents. The vegetables were earlier differently sun-dried, stored in the refrigerator and stored in the freezer for five days each before the ascorbic acid contents were determined. Moisture and crude protein were high in all the samples. The between the sample variations in the ascorbic acid contents were high in the fresh (zero day) with values ranging from 234 mg/100 g (recorded in T. triangulare and C. olitorius) to 1041.3 mg/100 in g V. amygdalina. The highest between the day variations in the values of each sample were recorded in the samples kept in the freezer (45.7 % -131.3 %) but lowest in the sun-dried samples (23.6 %-75.7 %); the rate of value change per sample per day also followed this observed trend. The ascorbic acid values in the sun-dried samples were significantly different at p ? 0.05. The percentage loss of ascorbic acid contents in the five days was found to be sample as well as storage condition dependent.

Temporomandibular disorders (TMD) occur as a result of problems with the jaw, TM joint, and surrounding facial muscles that control chewing and the movement ofthe jaw.Patients affected by TMD’s present an array of symptoms which include jaw or neck pain, headache, and clicking or grating within the joint. The objective of comprehensive TMD management is not only relief of pain, but the rehabilitation or return of the entire masticatory apparatus to optimum physiologic function. The rationale for such an approach is to minimize the likelihood of exacerbations & chronicity, which are common in TMD. As our dental curricula provide nominal training in TMD management, most dentists have limited understanding of these disorders and its management. Similarly therapists also have little understanding of the importance of the dental role in management of these disorders. Hence treatment of TMD requires an interdisciplinary approach of appropriate and effective dental therapy combined with well executed physiotherapy. Physiotherapy includes modalities (e.g., Iontophoresis, Phonophoresis), relaxation techniques, and complementary therapies (e.g., Acupuncture, Hypnosis) which are used for the treatment of temperomandibular joint disorders and have proven to provide good results.

India is passing through conclusive due to advancement in science and technology but, at the same time 882 million people of this country are caught in the twilight zone of development and under-development. Despite the fact of viewing human resources as an asset, there is a gloomy side to this issue. An element that has surfaced in the warning single of the world bank as related to India is that by the turn of this century, India will have nearly three-fourths of the world ’illiterate population, on the side we side we have abundance of human resources the brain trust of a nation, and on the other side, we are in a state of emergency to convert the human as an asset,. This is possible only through continuous recycling training and re-training. In the past human resource was treated as a commodity exchanged for wages. It was considered as cogs in the machine. It was hired and fired at will. Large scale un employment and availability of human resources in plenty in developing nations made employers devote less attention to human resources. Today there is a linkage between resource and performance of the organizations in terms of productivity and production. Every organization will grow and derive in the present day environment with the help of its training and development. This research paper is made to know the various training given to the employees in this particular institution for the development of the employees.

Image provides an important way for medical studies. The objective of the paper is to delineate the imaging process from graph theory with computer. The aim of digital image processing is to seek for the better methods and technologies on image process by noise riding, strengthening, restoring, dividing, extracting and so on based on computer. The main facts including the development of computer science, mathematics science and the increasing of application requirements on medical science, environmental science, industry and so on. Graph theory of computer provides a basic method and process for imaging process.

The interference of the first language (Indonesian) in the use of English as a foreign language is a phenomenon of one’s failure in acquiring the language. There may be caused by many factors, of which are linguistic differences of the two languages as well as the mastery of English. This paper discusses the phenomena of grammatical interference shown in the English students’ writings of the two universities in Padang (Indonesia). Syntactical, lexical, and morphological elements of the language are the focus of the study. As a whole, the finding shows that there are grammatical interferences found in the students’ writing. Of the three elements observed, syntactical interference is prominent. Word order as one of the three indicators of syntactical interference appeared in the sentences are likely the most problematic. In the datum If we competent in EFL...., for example, no verb was used. Based on the investigation, it is as the result of the Indonesian way of thinking on the concept being expressed in English. Unlike the concept of V as predicate in English, predicate in Indonesian can be noun, adjective or adverb in addition to verb. As a consequence, the sentence is anomalous. Moreover, the case of lexicon on choice of word in sentences also shows more interference. The word emotion in .... share their emotion .... for example, should be positted by problem. Besides, the utterance also deals with collocation problem, in which share is more commonly collocated with problem. This interference is suspected as the lack of vocabulary mastery. In other words, intertwined factors emerged in the writing. Basically, grammatical interference of the English language faced in students’ writing resulted from the effect of lack competence on English rules and cultural internalization.

The aim of the paper is to simulate the brain nervous system based on complex networks. Complex networks provides a new view for brain network, and the brain nervous system can be abstracted to a network. In this paper we delineate the simulation process to brain nervous system by complex network and computer algorithm. By the logical definition, we can abstract the node and edge to set up the brain nervous system networks with the different algorithms. The simulation results imply that it is feasible to simulate brain nervous system network based on complex networks with brain anatomical and functional architectures.

The present study investigated the relationship between creativity and John Holland's personality types and views other scholars envisioned the Dutch Personality Questionnaire was used to secure paper, the relationship between creativity and personality types theory John Holland's creative personality types to compare the theories of John Holland is checked. The relationship between students' creativity with John Holland's theory of personality types must be examined to determine the relationship between two variables is creative personality types and which have higher. The statistical population included all male high school students in Kermanshah city In the case of simple random sampling - A sample of 300 participants was regular a few steps Abide creativity test to measure creativity and John Holland used to measure personality types of tests were carried out and the obtained data were processed by SPSS software. The field study is correlational research method. Statistical methods used in this study was the chi-square test because of a nominal variable and the one-way analysis of variance was used to test the hypothesis.
