Education is an important stand-in for human development. Along with economic growth and empowerment, it forms the core of every social and human development doctrines. Higher education as we have today is outcome of a long socio-cultural growth. The General Agreement on Trade and Service (GATS) is among the World Trade Organization’s most important agreements. The creation of the accord was one of the landmark achievements of the Uruguay Round and is the first and only set of multilateral rules and commitments covering Government measures that effect international trade in services. However, during the last four decades, the state had made considerable progress in all the areas of development. In this paper accounting of major objectives, i) to study analyze the GATS and Indian Higher Education ii) identify present status of the Indian higher education iii) the examine the policy suggestion and summary. Study will cover of India and regional centers will make use of based on secondary data. The analysis of growth, regional variations, state assistance to determents factors like higher education impact on GATS will be based on secondary data collected from the Reports documents published by such other agencies, using CAGR. Hence the very success of economic reform policies critically depends upon the competence of the human capital and in particular the specialized human capital. In this paper an attempt has impact on GATS and Higher Education in India.

The FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of the N, N-Dimethylaniline (NNDMA) was recorded in the range 4000–400 cm^–1 and 3500–100 cm^–1, respectively. Theoretical information on the optimized geometry, harmonic vibrational frequencies, Infrared and Raman intensities were obtained by means of density functional theory (DFT) using standard B3LYP/6-311++G** level. This information was used in the assignment of the various fundamentals. Comparison of the simulated spectra with the experimental spectra provides important information about the ability of the computational method to describe the vibrational modes.

Iranian garden is the original output of Iranian life and mental interaction in their natural environment. Zand dynasty, commenced in Iran after overthrowing of Safavid and Afsharieh, is a short period from 1750 to 1794. Yet, not so much studies have been done in Zand architecture and urban planning. In this article, the gardens of Zand dynasty in Shiraz will be functionally, geometrically and structurally analyzed, and in this way the typology of gardens during this period is presented. General speaking, Zandiyeh gardens can be divided into two classes of "state gardens" (e.g., Jahan-Nama, Nazar, Divankhane Gardens) and "graveyard gardens" (e.g., Chehel-Tanan and Haft-Tanan Gardens). Not that Zandiyeh gardens are of ample variety and complexity from viewpoint of form or shape. Pergolas are oblongs of extended length to the northern side of the land or possibly as octagons. The building materials are mostly plain bricks with tiling ornamentations in a minimal. As compared with the Safavid dynasty gardens, the Zandiyeh's are generally of smaller size not to mention their being of more humanitarian scales collated with the Safavid's. The aim in building those gardens had not been amusement of the ruling clause but, rather, focusing on national-urban-state needs.

Refrigeration is the applied science which deals with reducing the temperature of a confined space and its content to a predetermined level that is below the ambient temperature. The design of a cooling table is presented. The cooling table is an innovative application in refrigeration system design. The table is a multipurpose table for maintaining a low product temperature whilst still being able to carry out other activities on the table like a conventional table. The design covers thecompressor, condenser, evaporator, table frame, table top, cabinet volume and the covers. The prototype design requires a 70W compressor for three participants.

In the present world scenario, in most of the places, people have been using English (American, British, Australian, etc) for business communication. There are a few pockets in this world, where English is not spoken. But, majority of the people in the world speak, read, and write English; they also use it to further their business needs, skills, and requirements. People who are from non-native English speaking countries need to learn this language separately as their second language, whereas native speakers, whose first language is English ,not only speak it fluently since their childhoods but also it in their day - to - day inter action. Interest in learning-strategies began with the publication of papers col1ctiveIy known as the ?good language 1earner” studies (Cohen & 998). Since then, hundreds of studies have been generated that lock at different aspects of learning-strategies and their roles in second 1anguage learning.

Asingle-stepenvironmental friendly approach is employed to synthesize silver nanoparticles. The environmental friendly synthesis of nanoparticles process is a revolutionary step in the field of nanotechnology. In this study, the biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles was carried out using Glycyrrhiza Glabra root extract as reducing agent. UV–visible spectroscopy was used for quantification of silver nanoparticle synthesis. The synthesized silver nanoparticles were characterized with Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Energy dispersive X ray analysis (EDX), X-ray Diffraction (XRD) and Fourier transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR).

Analysis of life forms of the vegetation of Ajmer (Rajasthan) was carried out based on the data collected from the field. The biological spectrum of Ajmer (covering different habitats in and around Ajmer) represent 7% phanerophytes, 10% nanophanerophytes, 16% chamaephytes and 20% hemiscryptophytes, geophytes are 6% while therophytes forms the largest class of total flora. Lianas are a poorly represented class with 2% of the total flora. According to life form classification, the plant communities are regarded as therophytic, which is a characteristic feature of vegetation in desert and semi desert condition of Rajasthan.

In this paper, the entropy generation of a fully developed laminar flow in annularsector ducts with constant wall heat flux is investigated. Entropy generation is obtained for various aspect ratio (?), various sector angels (2?), various wall heat flux and various Reynolds number. It is found that with the increasing aspect ratio (?) and sector angels (2?) values, total entropy generation and pumping power at fixed Reynolds number increases and with increasing wall heat flux values, total entropy generation increases, however, pumping power decreases.

The present study evaluated the properties of polymeric blend films obtained from chitin and bentonite by the casting/solvent evaporation method. Polymer blend films of chitin and bentonite were prepared from homogeneous solutions in trichloroacetic acid at various proportions of chitin and bentonite. The cross linking agent like formaldehyde were incorporated into the polymer blends to improve the properties such as mechanical strength, tensile strength, surface hardness, stiffness, resistance to temperature and solvent attack. The structure and physical properties of the blend films were analyzed by Fourier transform spectroscopy (FTIR), thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and wide angle XRD analysis. FTIR analyses confirmed that interactions were present between the hydroxyl groups of bentonite and amide group of chitin (lone pair of electrons available on nitrogen atom) in the blend films. Thermo gravimetric analyses showed that in the blend films, the thermal stability increased with increasing bentonite content. The differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) studies revealed an endothermic peak corresponding to water evaporation around 100?C in the films and an exothermal peak corresponding to the decomposition in the chitin side chain and blend films. The chitin-bentonite blend films exhibited a higher thermal stability in the presence of cross linking agents (formaldehyde) was found out.

The reaction between 5-(4-phenyl carbonyl methyl amino) 8-hydroxyquinoline(PHQ) and melic anhydride afforded heteronuclear bisligand namely 4-(4-(2-(8-hydroxyquinolin-5-ylamino)acetyl)phenylamino)-4-oxobut-2-enoic acid(CMHQ). The bisligand was designated as CMHQ and its co-ordination polymers with Cu+2, Zn+2, Co+2, Mn+2and Ni+2 metal ions were prepared. The co-ordination polymers and parent ligand were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR spectral studies, thermogravimetry, number-average molecular weights ( ), diffuse reflectance spectral studies and magnetic susceptibilities. All co-ordination polymers and parent ligand were also monitored for microbicidal activity.
