Businesses calculate the life time value of customers and extrapolate their future profits. Higher revenues are guaranteed only when the customer keeps a business relationship with the business for entire his or her life. Given the small sample population of micro businesses are keen to retain their customers for longevity of their profits as against a situation where a customer switches before his life time value ceases. This study indicates that micro businesses are keeping good customer relationship with its customers via word-of-mouth marketing which is considered as instrumental for success of majority of micro business as it serves as a credibility filter and is carried out independently by the customers. At the same time, this finding does not indicate any clear picture as to which form of marketing is doing better. Because our empirical analysis indicates that majority of micro business are dormant in the domain of social media marketing.

The overview of the paper is to give an idea of prescription drug labeling in United States. Prescription drug labeling helps in making labels more user friendly and which is an immediate and important source of medication information for patients. Although patients may obtain useful information from prescription drug labeling, its main purpose is to give healthcare professionals the information they need to prescribe drugs appropriately to the patients. FDA focused its effort on making labeling more informative and easy-to-read and minimize patient confusion and promote patient awareness on how to use a prescribed medicine safely and effectively, thereby reducing risk of medication error. The new drug labeling requirements was initially applied to recently approved prescription drugs and the drugs that received approval for new use, and later it was applied in gradually to other drugs. As per the new format, the prescription information for newly approved products must meet specific graphical requirements, including the reorganization of critical information so that physicians can find the information quickly. It may conclude in outlining the new format, which is helpful to understand exactly what a prescription drug labeling is in U.S.

This work highlights the interactions between fungus-growing termites (Isoptera, Termitidae), and mound building components. As major eco-engineers in tropical ecosystems, termites create biogenic structures with galleries, sheeting’s, fungus-comb chambers where the exosymbiotic interaction between termites and the fungus is well documented. Odontotermes spp. a fungus cultivator build mounds of different dimension that strongly influence the physical and chemical properties of soils there by clay mineralogy and SOM gets altered. In dry land ecosystems, termite mounds are often hotspots of primary production.

The study reports the adsorption of safranin onto NaOH-modified rice husk in a upward packed bed column. Effects of the operating parameter such as flow rate, influent dye concentration were studied. To determine the characteristic parameters of the column, four models- Thomas, Adams–Bohart, BDST, and Yoon–Nelson models were applied to the experimental data. The results showed that Thomas model best fitted with the experimental data at various flow rates, while Yoon-Nelson model was suitable with data at various safranin concentrations. Moreover, it was observed that on increasing the concentration of safranin, adsorption capacity increased which in turn decreased on increasing the flow rate. Least sum of square (SS) and ?2 error analysis were applied to the models to find out the best fit model with the experimental data. An artificial neural network (ANN) model was developed to predict the decolorization of the dye solution in upward packed bed column. The model provided reasonable predictive performance (R2 = 0.988).

Wool fabric samples were dyed with the natural dye sambucus nigra, then post-mordanted with three different mordants individually: alum, chrome and ferrous. Thermal analysis of the undyed (blank), dyed and dyed mordanted samples is applied to study the thermal stability of the samples under investigation using thermogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) techniques. TG tested results indicate that the thermal stability of dyed wool mordanted with ferrous is enhanced than the blank (undyed) and other dyed mordanted samples. The relative TG results show that char residue of the wool samples after 600 °C is higher than the blank one, meaning lesser volatile hazardous components. DSC measurements show remarkable variation in the thermal behavior according to the type of mordant. Also, there is a change in the char yield and the temperature of decomposition. Fastness properties of the examined dyed wool fabrics were also examined and reported.

The present research is about the omission of schwa in Pakistani English as observed in the electronic media of Pakistan and can be taken as an extension of the works carried out by Tariq Rahman, Robert J. Baumgardner, and Riaz Hassan. The research has been carried out in order to determine the variations emerging in the variety of English used in Pakistan. It has been observed that this variety abounds in phonological deviations which are so recurrent in their frequency that they have emerged as a distinct linguistic feature of this variety. Among these phonological variations schwa has been found to be the most peculiar in its behaviour. In order to determine its peculiar behaviour the research was conducted on 750 participants taken from 200 current affairs programmes from four domestic news channels, and the participants were observed for the phonological variations in their speech. It was found out that omission of schwa is a regular feature of Pakistani English.

This study investigated some cross-linguistic properties of poetic and prosaic genre through the compilation and application of a parallel corpus. To this end, 16 stories from Sa'di's Gulistan (Rose Garden) and three translations of the book by Gladwin, Ross and Rehatsek were compared. Regarding the general contentions in terms of explicit hypotheses about the translations, four hypotheses were formulated to test two translation universals, i.e., simplification and explicitation. The analysis of the data demonstrated significant cross-linguistic differences in the original Persian text and its translations as pertinent to the intended properties.

Different isothermal EOS, which expresses volume ratio as a function of pressure for materials at given temperature has been discussed. During our computational investigation it is observed that Holzapfel EOS does not satisfy the agreement of as calculated by using Brennan Stacey EOS, Shanker EOS, and Vinet EOS. The critical test of EOS for solids under extreme compressions has been discussed by evaluating the pressure and volume derivative properties viz. isothermal bulk modulus and its pressure derivative, according to the data calculated for NaCl up to extremely high pressure. Among the four EOS viz Holzapfel EOS, Brennan Stacey EOS, Shanker EOS, and Vinet EOS, it is found that, Holzapfel EOS is not suitable for calculating higher pressure derivative of isothermal bulk modulus under extreme compression
