Telecom industry is rapidly growing in Pakistan; number of telecom users is increasing day by day. This study focused on exploring the factors which impact on satisfaction of telecom user. In order to meet the objective of the study, there were 550 individuals were selected by using simple random sampling techniques and structured questionnaire is used as data collection tool. Descriptive analysis, Correlation analysis and regression analysis were used for analysis purpose. Findings of the study revealed that customer expectation, perceived value and corporate image were the significant factors which impact on customers’ satisfaction. This study is very informative and helpful for managers and policy makers of telecom sector.

Energy is the primary need of any society. It is consumed in transportation, in industries and for the heating, lighting and water-pumping etc. To fulfil its energy demand, our society is dependent on fossil fuels such as oil, coal and natural gas. But fossil fuels are conventional resources and are depleting fast. Therefore, it is necessary to find some alternatives sources, so as to fulfil the ever increasing demand for energy. This demand can be fulfilled by utilizing renewable energy sources. This paper studies various types of available non-conventional energy sources. It also includes a brief review of the work done by different researchers on mathematical modeling of solar irradiance.

In this study, tin selenide was prepared at different ratios using tin and selenium pellets in glass tube filled with argon and then heated up to 350°C. The resulting materials were cut into ingots which were used in preparation of thin films by thermal evaporation. The evaporation was done using Edwards auto 306 coating unit. The chamber pressure was maintained at 5.0 x 10-5mbars during the film deposition. Thin films of tin-selenide produced using various ratios were characterized for optical properties and sheet resistance. The optical measurements were done using UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer Solid State 3700 DUV in the visible range (380-750nm) and the transmittance spectra data obtained was analyzed using the SCOUT software. The films with ratio of 1:1 showed the highest transmittance of 85% with a band gap energy obtained as 1.40eV. The electrical characterization measurements were carried out using a four point probe at room temperature (25°C) to obtain the sheet resistivity. The resistivity obtained for the films was 20.1?cm.

In Single Sign On (SSO) Systems clients are allowed to login into multiple websites using a single user id and password. In that case single sign on data distributor has given sensitive data to a set of supposedly trusted agents (third parties). Some of the data are leaked and found in an unauthorized place (e.g. on the web). The distributor must assess the likely hood that the leaked data came from one or more agents, as opposed to having been independently gathered by other means. This paper presents a novel approach for data allocation strategies (across the agents) that improve the probability of identifying leakages of user profile information’s. In some cases, we can also inject “realistic but fake” data records to further improve our chances of detecting leakage and identifying the guilty party.

The mango plays an important part in the diet and cuisine of many diverse cultures. During the processing of ripe mango, the waste (peel and seed) is a problem. As seed kernel is not currently utilized for any commercial purposes, it is discarded as a waste and becomes a source of pollution. This waste should be treated as a specialized residue due to the high levels of phenol compounds and stable fat rich in saturated fatty acids. Hence the investigator incorporated MKP in sponge cakes in order to utilize the health benefits from it. The physico chemical properties were comparatively favorable than the unincorporated sponge cakes, which may favour extension of shelf life in sponge cakes. The sensory scores for acceptability of incorporated sponge cake were found higher with MKP upto 20g than the other incorporations.

This study tries to investigate why some Persian learners have difficulty in learning certain structures of English language. To answer this question, a general proficiency test was administered to a total of 98 female high school students who were at intermediate level at English language institutes, with the same level and age, out of which 46 participants whose scores ranged from 65-85 out of 100 were chosen as the Intermediate Level. The instruments used in the study consist of a Translation test and participants' PET scores. In order to do this, the translation test administered to the participants included one aspect of grammatical errors which were predicted to be problematic parts of learning. That is, the participants were required to translate 50 Persian sentences into English and then the erroneous parts were determined. A hierarchy of difficulty was developed, to determine the level of difficulty of using English 11 grammatical items namely, using the wrong preposition, infinitive, tense, un-English expressions, incorrect omissions and etc, for Iranian Intermediate participants. After that, the number of errors on each grammatical item in the test was counted. Then by use of descriptive and inferential statistics (Independent Samples T-test, Pearson correlation and Friedmantest) were applied to analyze. The results indicated that L1 grammar negative transfer does affect L2 writing skill (translation in English) among Iranian EFL learners. In conclusion, the study demonstrates that we would probably be able to enhance the L2 writing skill of Iranian EFL learners by drawing the EFL learner's attention to those problematic areas of L2 and so L1 negative transfer would be, to some extent, reduced. In addition, the findings show that L2 teachers, can probably be successful in their teaching and can have successful learners as well.

Brushless Direct Current (BLDC) motors are one of the motor types rapidly gaining popularity. BLDC motors are used in industries such as Appliances, Automotive, Aerospace, Consumer, Medical, Industrial Automation Equipment and Instrumentation. As the name implies, BLDC motors do not use brushes for commutation; Instead, they are electronically commutated. This paper is focused on the various methods of testing and various tests both during construction and after construction is done on BLDC motors. These tests include: measurement of coil resistance, measurement of air gap, vibration testing, magnetic saturation, temperature experiments and etc. For a large number of experiments, The proposed method has been described for the size and various types of BLDC motors that in different conditions the motor is encountered.

The present work was aimed to evaluate the effects of shot peening on the mechanical properties and the fatigue life of 5052- H34 aluminum alloy at different shot peening time SPT. Shot peening to full coverage (100%) was performed using carbon steel shots with an average shot size of 0.6 mm and at shot peening times of 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 min. The 10 minutes shot peening time gave the highest value of ( ) which is about 9.489% for ( ) and 10.36% for ( ). The fatigue endurance limit was raised by 10.93% at 10 minute shot peening time and then reduction was observed.

An algorithm for computing a discrete generalized Hankel-Clifford transform is presented in this paper. In the solution of certain types of differential equations this algorithm can provide a major improvement in speed and accuracy over previously described methods. An application to a particular form of the transport equation relevant to a class of problems in electron scattering is given.
