This study is relating to the study of relation between the level of using internet among juveniles and their tendency to delinquency. In this study that has been performed as one field we study meaningfulness of the relation between the juveniles who use internet and non users based on the tendency to the delinquency and it is determined that there is a meaningful relation between the level of using internet among juveniles and their tendency to delinquency

The aim of this study is Study and comparison of mental health of women who are working caretaker and ordinary women in Sari city, 2010.The research method is comparative – causal one. Statistical population in this study is 12500 working caretaker women and ordinary women from Sari. Statistical sample in this study is 380 working caretaker women and ordinary women who are randomly selected and given them questionnaire, statistical method used is descriptive and including frequency, percent, average, mean, standard deviation and variance, also deductive statistical methods like T-test and analysis are used. Applied device is mental health questionnaire.

The society’s attitudes towards women’s occupation are positively changing. Over 68 % of statistical community of Iranian National Values and Attitudes strongly oppose the idea that women should only work at home having no right to involve in outside work., by scrutinizing the first 14 year-newspapers of post revolution in Iran, came to this conclusion that there is a pinhole of hope in attitudes towards women occupation in Iran because the optimistic disposition toward women’s employment has increased from 14 % in the first round (1979-1982) to 33 % in the second round (1983-1987) to 53 % in the third round (1987-1992) The investigation of women’s occupational status in governmental organizations indicates that in 1996 of all working managers in the governmental organizations only 3.14 % were female which declined to 2.98 % in 2001 (Women’s Participation Center, 2003: 3); that is, there is a large gap between the large number of educated women entering the occupational market looking for jobs and the desirable expected status. There is no balance in the economic and cultural structure of Iran; although women are more wiling to enter the governmental organizations, in spite of their higher education, they do not enjoy an equal position in occupations particularly in the governmental organizations and managerial posts (Vatan Parast, 2001: 72).

A micromechanical 221 MHz silicon resonator is designed and demonstrated. The vibration mode can be characterized as a 2–D plate expansion that preserves the original square shape. The prototype resonator is fabricated of single-crystal silicon by reactive ion etching a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) wafer. The measured high quality factor and current output make the resonator suitable for reference oscillator applications. An electrical equivalent circuit based on physical device parametersis derived and experimentally verified.

The New Industrial Policy (NIP) was introduced in 1991. The key elements of the NIP are the abolition of licensing of capital goods, reduced list of industries to be reserved for the public sector, increasing foreign equity ownerships in domestic industries, private investment in infrastructure, freer import of capital goods, reduced tariff for consumer goods, de-regulation in small scale industrial units and allowing greater inflow as well as outflow of foreign investment. These aim to enhance productivity and efficiency in Indian industries by increasing competition, creating level playing field among public, private and foreign business and generating environment which is conducive for technological growth. Manufacturing growth is important for achieving balanced growth of the economy and generating adequate employment. For this purpose, it is necessary to determine the manufacturing growth that would help a higher growth rate of the economy as well as ensuring longer employment.

This present study was mainly focused upon gender based analysis of occupational stress among academic managers at higher educational level. The major objective of this study was to compare the level of occupational stress among academic managers at higher educational level. The researcher used Occupational Stress Inventory–revised (OSI-R) to measure stress in academic managers. It comprised 140 items which was used for collection of data from the principals of government degree colleges in the province of Punjab, Pakistan. In order to select representative sample from the population, simple random sampling technique was used .Data were collected through registered mail and personal visits to the offices of principals. Total sample size was 120.for data analysis; both descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Data analysis revealed that significant difference was found in responses of male and female academic managers regarding to occupational stress, role stress and personal strain. Whereas no significant difference was found in responses of male and female academic managers regarding personal resources stress.

The study was done to know the retention of flower template in night flowering Jasmine of Central India (Durg) Chattisgarh. The time of antheses were recorded .The Study was done to locate the arrival time of pollinators. The pollinators of these flowers are in shadow, thus the pollinators were identified with the arrival time and the probable reason of arrival of these insects was investigated. Sucrose tests were done with flowers at anthesis time and the insect arrival time. Thus studying their correlation and whole pollinator invitation mechanism or the flower template (Darwin 1877). After detailed study one insect was identified as pollinator. Though this plant never produced viable seeds and its propogation is by vegetative means only. Still it has retained all the invitation machinery for pollinators. Pollination by insects was also confirmed in the experiments.

The study examined the energy used for milling rice in Lafia rice mill. A sample of 50 randomly selected rice mills were used for the study. Simple descriptive statistics, production function analysis and correlation analysis were used for data analysis. The result shows that the average total energy used daily for rice milling was 2427.44MJ/mill with diesel energy having the largest share (54.66%) of the average total daily energy used. Furthermore, to mill a bag of paddy about 211.06MJ of energy was required. The energy productivity was 0.37MJ/mill. Diesel and paddy were the most significant inputs that influenced the output of milled rice. The elasticity value range from 0.19 to 7.37 for paddy and diesel respectively. Rice milling in the research area was observed to be dependent on direct and non renewable energy forms especially diesel. The study recommends development of cleaner and safer energy forms such as solar energy for rice milling in the study area.

This paper explores the impact of entrepreneurial motivation towards business performance in SMEs in creative industry. The paper further identified four variables in entrepreneurial motivation that relate to the business performance, there are need for achievement, self-efficacy, locus of control and risk-taking. Entrepreneurial motivation is an asset especially for those who are involved in small and medium enterprises in the creative industry. Artists or business founder as the main player in the creative industry, where they should think entrepreneurially in a context of global challenge today. A good arts producers should not only think about the artistic value in their product, but they also should emphasize on how to utilize the strategic resources to fulfill consumer needs effectively in the competitive market. Entrepreneurial motivation becomes a crucial value to make a good business performance among arts founder of SME in creative industry.

We have been demonstrating that the Distribution of Amino acids in Genetic Disorders. we retrieved that the diseased Proteome sequence for Genetic Disorders such as Anglemann Syndrome, Canavan disease, Celiac disease, Charcot Marie tooth Disease, Colour Blindness, Cridu chat, Cystic fibrosis, Down syndrome, Hemophilia and Neurofibrometasis. The Content of Polar amino acids are higher when compared with other type of amino acids. From the normal sequence, the Amino acids are mutated to Aspartic acid and Glutamic acid. If the amino acids are mutated to hydrophobic, hydrophilic and non polar amino acids we can control the genetic diseases. According to our work, based on Lipinski’s rule we observed that Alverine, Ropinirole ,Cyrimine , Carbidopa and Phosphatidylserine are the best controlling agent for Anglemann Syndrome, Canavan disease, Celiac disease,Charcot Marie tooth Disease, Colour Blindness respectively. We also observed that Mematine,Tyloxapol, Heaprin, Tranexamic acid and Indomethacin are the best drugs for Cridu chat, Cystic fibrosis, Down syndrome, Hemophilia and Neurofibrometasis respectively. Finally we concluded that, if the amino acids are mutated to hydrophobic or non polar amino acids, we can prevent Genetic Disorders.
