The National library and Archives of I.R. of Iran (NLAI) that began its computerized cataloguing in 1994 proposed a plan about “IRANMARC”. This new format was based on UNIMARC. In September 2006, the national library began to adopt the format for all library material by using “RASA” software. The aim of establishing the national comprehensive system is to automate the working processes of the deputy for the national library and to store the records related to all library material based on universal standards. The comprehensive system of the national library is based on UNIMARC and IRANMARC. Currently NLAI has presented this format for all library material but the findings of recent researches on IRANMARC format indicated the established MARC format by the NLAI is not totally correct. This article suggests in order to have a homogeneous catalogue for all library material nationally, it is best to take a cautious and more accurate to change. The organization and of course more important than it RASA Committee could regulate wherever was necessary and give throughput to the experts at different levels.

In this article, wave propagation in non-homogenous transversely isotropic electro-magneto-elastic plate of polygonal cross-section is studied using the Fourier expansion collocation method. The frequency equations are obtained from the polygonal cross-sectional boundary conditions, since the boundary is irregular in shape; it is difficult to satisfy the boundary along the surface of the plate directly. Hence, the Fourier expansion collocation method is applied along the boundary to satisfy the boundary conditions. The roots of the frequency equations are obtained by using the secant method applicable for complex roots. The computed non-dimensional frequencies are plotted in the form of dispersion curves and their characteristics are discussed. This problem may be extended to any kinds of cross-sections using the proper geometrical relations.

The entrepreneurship is one of the factors accelerating economic growth. There is a strong relationship between entrepreneurship and economic growth. Many of the earlier studies had established this relationship and had constructed theoretical models based on the empirical findings (Casson, 1990 and Livesay 1995, Goel 1997, Glancey and McQuaid, 2000,). Access to finance is one of the factors determining entrepreneurship. The small and medium enterprises in developing countries face significant barriers to finance. The small and medium enterprises are constrained by gaps in the financial system such as high administrative costs, high collateral requirements and lack of experience within financial intermediaries. Increased access to finance for small and medium enterprises can improve economic conditions in developing countries by fostering innovation, macro-economic resilience, and GDP growth. Many studies had identified the access to finance as the major factor determining entrepreneurship. The World Bank and the International Finance Cooperation (IFC) rank economies according to their ease of doing business. In this framework, the ability for business to get credit is an important criterion. The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) Entrepreneurship Framework Condition also highlights the availability of financial resources for small, medium enterprises in the form of debt and equity, as one of the key factors for stimulating and supporting entrepreneurial activity. The World Bank Enterprise Surveys reveal that, in low-income countries, on an average 43% of businesses with 20 to 99 employees’ rate, access to finance or cost of finance as a major constraint to current operations. In high-income countries, only 11% of businesses of the same size rate, access to finance as a constraint. In this backdrop, an attempt was made to analyze the impact of financial inclusion on entrepreneurship in India.

In this study, activated carbon was prepared from moringa seed husk by chemical activation method using of potassium hydroxide (KOH) impregnation. The activated carbon produced was characterized and tested for the removal of two different dyes from wastewater. The Activity tests were carried out for five different masses of activated carbon and three contact times in order to investigate the effect of mass of activated carbon and contact time respectively. The experimental results showed that an increase in the mass of the activated carbon produced leads to a higher percentage removal of dye from wastewater.

The possibility of using a three phase pipe separator to separate a mixture of air-water oil was investigated. A 30 ID laboratory based pipe separator was designed, fabricated and installed to study the separation efficiency of air-water-oil mixture. A mixture of air-water-oil flow run through the pipe separator and the separation efficiency calculated in term of the percentage of clean water by volume at the water-rich outlet calculated. The results obtained showed that a clean water stream at the water-rich outlet of the pipe separator is achievable at high water volume fractions and low oil content. This confirmed the possibility that the three phase pipe separator can function as a free water knock-out device.

Blogging is gaining increasing attention as a useful personal and scientific knowledge sharing media in social network technology. Many studies have been done on the personal characteristics of bloggers; who blogs and who does not? (Chai & Kim, 2010; Hollenbaugh, 2010; Smith, 2010). But empirical research addressing bloggers' level of creativity as their personal characteristic has been scant. In this study we try to investigate whether bloggers are creative people or not. Accordingly, a questionnaire survey was distributed between 30 Iranian bloggers and 30 other non- bloggers aged 15-30. The results of the study tend to shed light on the impact of creativity on the likelihood of being a blogger.

It could be stated that using GIS and linear assignment for analyzing position data and choosing optimized location, has unique performance, so it is suggested that fire fighting organizations use these software applications to create database. It is suggested that fire fighting organization and safety services, create reasonable relationship with urban service centers to enhance their performance, and equip these centers to safety tools before the incident. The purpose of this study is Study of locating Fire stations using ELECTRE method. ELECTRE method is one of the Multi criteria decision making which can compound the quantitative and qualitative criteria, weight each criterion based on its importance and help decision makers to select the best option at the same time. Electrical method is one of the available methods in compensatory methods. In this method, all options are analyzed and evaluated by non-ranked comparisons. Whole stages of this method are based on coordinated and uncoordinated sets and thus it is called ‘‘coordination analysis’’. The results and findings show that zone (3) dominated (5) times and defeated (1) time, so it is located in the first rank with (4) points and is the most suitable zone for Fire stations. In contrast, zone (4) defeated (5) time and dominated (1) time, therefore it is located in the last rank with (-5) points and is not the most suitable zone for Fire stations. And, zones (2, 5, 1) dominated (4, 3, 2) times and defeated (2, 3, 4) and located in other ranks with (2, 0, -2) points respectively. Also, zones (4,1) should be omitted because their defeated times are more than dominated times.

The emerging Cognitive Technology promises to improve the network spectrum-utilization efficiency by allowing cognitive secondary users (SUs) to intelligently sense and opportunistically access those spectrum holes temporarily unused by license-holding primary users (PUs). Cognitive radios hold tremendous promise for increasing spectral efficiency in wireless systems. In this paper, we propose a cooperative spectrum sharing scheme between cellular network downlink and mobile ad-hoc network based on the analysis using stochastic geometry theory. The licensed spectrum belongs to the cellular network and the strong interference at cell-edge becomes a bottleneck to guarantee the quality of service requirement. In this case, the secondary ad-hoc users can assist the transmission between the base station and cell-edge mobile users in exchange for spectrum usage. Through maximizing the transmission capacity of secondary system under the constraint of throughput improvement of primary system, an optimal spectrum allocation can be obtained. Numerical and simulation results are provided to validate the analysis and verify the efficiency of the proposed scheme.

This research aims to study the effectiveness of phonological educational intervention on the reading performance of students with developmental dyslexia. It was experimentally conducted using a pretest-post test scheme, a control group & the multiple sampling method in which 16 3rd grade female dyslexic students who met the research admission criteria were selected in the simple random method from Esfahan City public elementary schools and who were randomly assigned to 2 experimental and control groups. For information gathering, the 3rd grade elementary school reading test and list of dyslexia symptoms whose reliability and validity had been approved were used. Data were analyzed using the covariance analysis statistical method and SPSS software. The results showed a significant difference (P?0.001) between the 2 experimental and control groups. It can thus be said that phonological educational intervention is effective on the reading performance of dyslexic children and the method can be used to optimize such children's dyslexia.
