Technologies have advanced rapidly in the field of digital signal processing due to advances made in high speed, low cost digital integrated chips. These technologies have further stimulated ever increasing use of signal representation in digital form for purposes of transmission, measurement, control and storage. Design of digital filters especially adaptive or semi adaptive is the necessity of the hour for SAR applications. The aim of this research work is to design and performance evaluation of 380-400 KHz Bartlett, Blackman and Chebyshev digital semi adaptive filters. For this work XILINX and MATLAB softwares were used for the design. As pert of practical research work these designs were translated using FPGA hardware SPARTAN-3E kit. These were optimized, analyzed, compared and evaluated keeping the sampling frequency at 5 MHz for 64 order. Both these filters designed using software and hardware were tested by passing a sinusoidal test signal of 381 KHz along with noise and the filtered output signals are presented.

The study focused on the marketing performance of Pterocarpus mildbreadii in Ibadan metropolis with a view to identify the socio-economic characteristics of marketers of P. mildbreadii, to estimate costs and returns from marketing of P. mildbreadii and to identify factors influencing the marketing of P. mildbreadii in the study area. The data for the study were collected through the use of structured questionnaires randomly administered to ninety (90) marketers of P. mildbreadii in six (6) selected markets. The result from the study revealed that women (80%) were mainly involved in the marketing of P. mildbreadii being their primary occupation with a higher percentage of the marketers earning above N20, 000 monthly. Profit margin analysis showed that the business is both feasible and viable with the marketing efficiency and rate of return on investment between 1.18-1.90 and 28%-75% respectively. However, marketing of P. mildbreadii in the study area was confronted with some challenges including transportation (52.22%), perishability (14.44%), seasonality (13.33%), poor storage facility (11.11%) and poor market structure (8.90%).

Present study was designed to identify the causes of domestic violence on woman. Women in many societies face violence at home due to various reasons ranging from social and cultural norms or their own failure at empowering themselves. The report includes an opinion on different causes of domestic violence and discusses each using the methodology of survey sampling and literature retrieved on the subject. In the end of the report is a discussion on the most agreed upon cause of the violence faced by women to create awareness for the reader on the subject and to fulfill the purpose of the report in highlighting the basic cause leading to violence.

Now a day we are facing drinking water problems in our life. In course of time we will more struggle of this problem due to shortage of the drinking water, since water is more essential for every family or every human to live, in parallel ground water level is going down gradually. In this paper we have designed and implemented an embedded system based water distribution rationally for homes using RFID Technology, which can be organized in streets and required places. In this system only authorized members can obtain the required water for homes. This system consists of various devices like, microcontroller, keyboard, LCD, RFID reader and stepper motor. The RFID reads the id number from passive tag and sends to the microcontroller, if the id number is valid then microcontroller request to the authorized person’s password. After verifying the password the microcontroller request to enter the required water quantity (eg.50 liters per day), then the controller sends the control signals to open the gate vole by stepper. This system is more constructive to protect the wastage of waters and man power is reduced. Here the water filling of main tank, based on bore well water level is automated.

The main purpose of this study is to assess the level of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior By Mathematics Model. The Secondary objectives of the study is to assess the impact of organizational justice on the Organizational Citizenship behavior of the Faculty Members and staff in Shahre-Rey Branch of Islamic Azad University. The research is based on fuzzy Delphi method. Component of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior appropriate features have been extracted through interviews with experts and data Were analyzed by using Fuzzy Delphi. To determine the level of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior, the adaptive fuzzy inference system is used. To assess the relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior Pearson correlation test was used and chi-square test was implimented To analyze the differences between the components of organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. Research findings showed that Relationship between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior is positively and directly and The correlation coefficient is 0.963. Procedural justice has the greatest impact on organizational citizenship behavior. Distributive justice with correlation coefficient of 0.981 have the greatest impact on the Sportmanship Among the components of organizational citizenship behavior.

In a typical class room with students of different learning styles and influences due to cultural or social factors, monitoring the individual student can be enhanced by going through their interaction with each other through a collaborative learning approach. We propose a model of two types of collaborations. The first allows dynamical grouping driven by the students’ performance within heterogeneous (mixing high, medium, low marks achievers) or homogeneous (similar marks achievers). The second type consists of static groups (the students agreed to form fixed groups, not moving from one group to another group). We have applied the two types of model in constructing the knowledge for Java coding for application development through collaborative learning process in which each student has a more or less equal role in bringing out the outputs for the laboratory exercises. Our results prove that the static groups have significant effect in spite of the presence of extra encouragement for participating in dynamic grouping. This result establishes, especially in the context of rural learners in, the evidence of gaining educational benefits from the social interactions and cultural factors.

The aim of this study is to identify factors that leads to the importance of priority banking services in Indonesia through available secondary data found in the literature. The factors include bank customer’s characteristics, the amount of bank deposits and investments made in retail banks, and the range of products/services offers by different banks. The study also describes the definitions and characteristics of priority banking services. Using categorization of customer’s segments, the authors explain why this service and customers are both important to the Indonesian banking industry in particular retail banks to date and in future.

Effect of different salinity on body composition of shyrbot fish was investigated. Shyrbot fingerlings with an average weight of 3.96 grams were reared under different salinities (0, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15g). Analysis of body composition showed a significant effect of different levels of salinity on protein, fat, moisture and ash (p<0.01) of the fishes. The highest level of protein, ash and moisture and lowest amount of fat were obtained in 15ppt salinity followed by 12 and 9ppt salinity. The highest amount of fat was obtained in freshwater followed by 3 and 6ppt. In higher salinities (9, 12 & 15ppt) low fat and energy stored. The results suggest that Shyrbot fingerlings until 6ppt salinity can be easily developed.

A feeding experiment was conducted on larvae of swordtail fish, Xiphophorus helleri, to evaluate the effect of two different live feed on growth and survival rate of the fish. Larval were fed thrice a day with Asian star feed powder and twice a day (morning and evening) with either Artemia or fairy shrimp nauplii as a supplementary feed for 45 days. Tests were run in triplicate and initial and final weights were recorded for all the treatments. Results indicated that there was a significant difference between fish fed with fairy shrimp nauplii and Artemia nauplii (P<0.01). The survival of the fish was not affected by the dietary treatments.

In this study, effect of feeding two species of phytoplankton, Skeletonema and Chaetoceros, on zoea stage of Litopenaeus vannamei were evaluated. The larvae were fed with microalgae from Zoea 1 (Z1) until they change to Mysis 1 (M1). Survival rate, growth (total length) and larval development was evaluated every day. The highest survival rate (66.63%) was obtained in larvae fed with Chaetoceros. The highest growth rate (total length) was also related to Chaetoceros treating larvae with an average length of 3.17 mm. After over 128 hours, the best development stages of larvae was obtained in Chaetoceros treating with 100% conversion of larvae to M1, whereas only 10% of larvae fed with Skeletonema were observed at M1. Generally, Chaetoceros treatment showed better results between the treatments and statistically had significant difference with Skeletonema treatment (p<0.05).
