We have observed that the Immunoglobulin domain (IGv) is mainly present in all those sequences. These observations also suggests that the predicted values of IGv domain is predominantly present in all those sequences and slightly IGc1 domain and IG like domain is also present. On the basis of lower E-value IGv domain is highly conserved in the sequence, from position 17 to 98, and IGc1 domain from 147 to 220.Each sequence has consist of varied composition of CCP (Complementary control proteins), EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor), EGFCA, VWA (Von Wille Brand type A domain), IG, IGc2, TSP1, TROVE, Calireticulin family, RING domain, BBOX, PRY, SPRY with different E-value. Finally, We have concluded that on the basis of lower E-value vWFA(97-214), TROVE(18-369), IGc(183-273), SPRY(86-220), La(13-48), MHC Class I An alpha 1, 2 (1-178) these listed domains are highly conserved.

Glycine family crystals are very useful materials for electronics and many optical applications. In present work single crystals of pure and ADP-, KDP- (0.2 mol) doped Triglycine sulpho zinc chloride (TGSZC) crystals are grown by solution growth method. Grown crystals are characterized by UV-Vis, IR and Raman spectral studies. From UV –Vis spectra optical quality of all crystals is determined. From IR and Raman spectra characteristic vibrations are identified. Powder XRD study reveals the Crystal structure of grown crystals. Ferroelectric nature of all crystals is tested using homemade Sawyer-Tower circuit. Electrical conductivity measurements are carried out for pure and doped TGSZC crystals.

The use of document summarization allows a user to get a sense of the content of full document, or to know its information content without reading all sentences within the document. Data reduction helps user to find the required information quickly without having to waste time in reading the whole document. This paper presents a method to generate a summary from the original document. And the method includes several characteristics such as sentence-id, position of each term in a sentence, term frequency, sentence similarity measure and weight of each and every sentence. To solve the optimization problem differential evolution (DE) algorithm is used, which can choose the optimal summary. DE algorithm is based on a fitness function and selection of fitness function is crucial for the good performance of DE algorithm.

This paper contains a typical wind blade design for a horizontal Axis Wind turbine. This paper deals with the parameters like blade dimension, Betz limit, calculation of coefficient of lift and coefficient of drag for the defined parameters like tip speed ratio, angle of attack, relative wind velocity, dealing with aerodynamic design principle for a wind turbine blade which includes aerofoil selection and optimal angle of attack. A simulation study has also been carried out to define certain parameters using standard NACA aerofoil for wind blade design.

Butterflies are fascinating creatures of order Lepidoptera have special place in the insect world. The present study was carried out to document the species diversity and abundance from January to December 2011 in the Erode District, using transects counting method. All the butterflies recorded at a distance of 5m from the observer during the counts. Species diversity and abundance is calculated by Shannon –Weiner index. A total of 694 individuals belonging to 23 species of butterflies were recorded during the period and highest numbers of species was recorded from the family Nymphalidae, Papilionidae Pieridae were recorded. Butterflies are sensitive to the changes in the habitat and climate, which influences their distribution and abundance. It is suggest that butterfly species diversity generally increase with increase in vegetation.

In this paper we explain, the need of Organizations facing the real problem on physical, mechanism to protect their IT systems such as Laptops or notebooks and palmtaps. All IT systems ,have become difficult to protect because they can easily be stolen. Not only in companies but also in universities and colleges, social places it became a major problem for students, staff and people. Even though the laptops are password protected, that type of security is not providing any kind of use in finding the laptops once they are stolen. This is a method which gives better way in finding the laptops and also catching the thieves. In this paper, we are designing an anti-theft security system to track the location of the laptop. By using the GSM/GPS module connected to laptop the current location of the laptop is read and it is sent through message to the owner. By which it is possible to get back our laptops. As result we can reduce the laptop thefts.

Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) is collection of multi-hop wireless mobile nodes that communicate with each other without centralized administration or fixed infrastructure or permanent topology. Routing protocols developed for wired networks are inadequate as they not only assume mostly permanent topology but also having high overheads. This problem leads to several routing algorithms/proposals specifically for ad hoc networks. However, some of these proposals are optimized variants of protocols designed for wired networks. This paper focused on various On Demand Routing protocols known as reactive protocols such as DSR, AODV, TORA, ABR, DYMO, LMR, LAR, SSA CBRP, RDMAR, MSR, AOMDV, ARA and their comparison with advantages and disadvantages.

Program Slicing is a method for automatically decomposing programs by analyzing their data flow and control flow. Slicing reduces the program to a minimal form called “slice” which still produces that behavior. Program slice singles out all statements that may have affected the value of a given variable at a specific program point. Slicing is useful in program debugging, program maintenance and other applications that involve understanding program behavior. This paper is a review paper on program slicing.

Trismus is a common presentation by the patient in routine dental practice. This condition causes difficulty in opening mouth which in turn impairs eating, interferes with oral hygiene, restricts access for dental procedures, and may adversely affect speech and facial appearance. Trismus has number of potential causes and is important to recognize the underlying cause for effective management of this condition. This article is mainly for those dentists who feel trismus as one of the most difficult problem during day to day practice.

Gypsum, pressmud, farm yard manure, ETP sludge were tried to ameliorate the textile and dye effluent polluted soil habitat, using sunflower (CO4) as a test crop. The sludge along with effluent irrigation added considerable quantities of cations (calcium, magnesium and sodium) to the soil system. Application of pressmud @ 5 t ha-1 along with 100 per cent GR + NPK reduced the soil ESP by 44.96 per cent. The heavy metal content were also reduced due to addition of pressmud. Higher microbial population was also observed under effluent irrigation than well water. Application of 100 per cent GR + pressmud @ 5 t ha-1 + NPK under effluent irrigation increased the crop growth, yield attributes (head diameter, head weight, seed test weight) and yield of sunflower in effluent polluted soil habitat. The yield under pressmud amended plots was 36 per cent higher over control. Reclamation and restoration of textile dye effluent polluted soil habitat is possible by leaching the soil with 100 per cent GR followed by application of pressmud @ 5 t ha-1 and recommended NPK.
