This paper aims to examine factors influencing the relative importance of firms marketing strategy creativity. 100 completed and usable set of questionnaires was obtained from business managers, entrepreneurs and small business owner operating in surrounding Labuan areas in Malaysia. Data were analyzed by employing multiple regression analysis. Results revealed that Quality of Product and Technological Turbulence were found to be the leading factors influencing the relative importance of firms’ marketing strategy creativity. A creative strategy is the result of certain organizational characteristics and an appropriate strategy formulation process. The findings created an understanding of what attributes of external and internal factors influence the outcome of e-learning in high tech companies.

In today’s globalize economy, competition is becoming ever more intense. Many companies are trying very hard not only to satisfy their customer’s needs but where possible exceed them. This can only be achieved through cost reduction, improvement in product performance, increased customer satisfaction and a constant effort towards world class organizations. In order for companies to survive and grow in the future, it is essential that they deliver high quality goods and services. Those that can deliver quality are the ones that will prosper in the next century (Ross, 1994). The main aim of this research focused on a set of concerns regarding HR initiatives focused on employees’ commitment and quality awareness, developed in smaller firms. These concerns gave rise to the research’s main focus and got materialized through the following purpose: the study HR initiatives focused on employees’ commitment and consciousness/awareness about the importance of quality improvement in firms’ competitiveness.

TiO₂ Nanoparticles (TNPs) were prepared by sol-gel method using TiCl₄ as the precursor and propanol as the solvent. The sizes of TNPs were about 4 nm and were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV-Visible spectroscopy (UV-vis). The X-ray powder diffraction studying explains that all the prepared samples have pure anatase phase tetragonal system. The gas sensing properties of TNPs were also investigated. We prepared porous poly silicon in nano and micron pores size by chemical electrolysation method and deposited TNPs by vacuum system (electron beam gun) with 23 nm thickness on porous poly silicon by sandwich method. I-V, and C-f curves was plotted. Gas sensing of this sandwich device increased in presence of TNPs in comparing with porous poly silicon without TNPs at room temperature by CO₂ gas.

In the economics of Iran according to the mixture of the incomes of the country, tax can be considered as a kind of assured income. Whereas the important part of tax revenues in Iran depends directly and non-directly on oil revenues, this important matter has severely damaged the tax incomes against fluctuated oil revenues. Being lower 20 percent share of direct incomes to general budget can be assessed as an increased share of oil from the incomes of government. The results of this research present that the extent of the oil revenues of the country has negative effect on tax revenues during research ages. The result is that for revising the structure of country tax system, this matter should be considered in execution process and how to use of expertise people power and revision in this case must be done?in order that tax system be efficient in national economy.

This paper examines the usefulness of human resources training and development on organizational efficiency. The need was informed following the fact that many organizations have over the years neglected the important value and usefulness of training and developing their employees and that have continued to affect organizational efficiency, performance and level of productivity. It was revealed that any organization that wants to remain in business, develop and achieve its organizational goals and objectives must not only employ qualified, skilled, professional and experienced staff in junior, middle and corporate management levels of the organization and in every department, but must also equipped the employees through training, re-training and development from time to time as the need arises to keep them abreast in the globalization trend and with the best technique in performing their duties. This is to ensure efficiency, increase performance and high level of productivity for the achievement of the vision/mission statements of the organization.

In this paper design special frame vertical axis wind turbine and test in the wind tunnel. This design is presented as vertical locations of the three movable vanes that create scoop shape when closed. Scoop shape of frame increases the drag factor and increase the torque, in the other side of impeller movable vanes are opened under action of wind and the air pass freely to reduce the negative torque. Fabricate two models of impeller with movable vanes and with fixed vanes model and test it in wind tunnel. The maximum power coefficient for three frames movable vanes is 0.32 and higher than the same dimensions of model with fixed vanes about 11%.

In this paper, the laser beam welding is studied and Aluminium temperature field is gained in this process. The thermal effect of laser beam that specially depends on the laser type and temperature field of it in workpiece, is the main key of analysis and optimization of this process, from which the main goal of this paper has been defined. Utilizing laser as a method to join plastic components is growing in popularity. There are two laser welding mechanisms, keyhole mode and conduction mode. Keyhole welding is widely used because it produces welds with high aspect ratios and narrow heat affected zones. However keyhole welding can be unstable, as the keyhole oscillates and closes intermittently. This intermittent closure causes porosity due to gas entrapment. Conduction welding, on the other hand, is more stable since vaporisation is minimal and hence there is no further absorption below the surface of the material. Conduction welds are usually produced using low-power focused laser beams. This results in shallow welds with a low aspect ratio. In this work, high-power CO2 and YAG lasers have been used to produce laser conduction welds on 2mm and 3mm gauge AA5083 respectively by means of defocused beams. Full penetration butt-welds of and 3mm gauge AA508 using this process have been produced. It has been observed that in this regime the penetration depth increases initially up to a maximum and then decreases with increasing spot size.

Aim: The main aim of this study is analysis of job satisfaction and professional commitment between staffs in Kermanshah. Materials and methods: This study is according to descriptive analysis and reaching branch and information gathering tools is question air and for assessing job satisfaction we use briefed and worth 18 question airs and for analysis of professional commitment and organizational commitment receive 83% static and 87% from job satisfaction question air, because crownbakh in both question air is more than 0/7 so both question air necessary static. Sample population volume 150subjects from privet banks in Kermanshah and according to sampling random way some of them had been chosen a stoical population and finally we collected 18 questions airs. Findings: For determining normality of data we use kolomogrove – sminoroph test and results of tests confirm normality of data so meaningful relationship between them had approved.

The importance of bridge vibrations induced by moving vehicles, which act as oscillators on a bridge as well as time variant forces, has long been recognized. This vibration can amplify the propagation of existing cracks resulting in further damage to the bridge. It has become one of the causes of reduction in long-term serviceability of the bridge, although major bridge failures are not usually caused directly by moving vehicles. It is also a critical factor to bridge structure fatigue and rapid deterioration since, the vehicle-induced vibration is more critical to bridges with medium to small span; it is worthwhile to investigate the possibility of applying Tuned Mass Damper (TMD) on these bridges. A TMD is a passive type control device with variety of merits in that it has permanent service time and only requires easy management and maintenance efforts and no external power supply source. In order to achieve the above objective, a general formulation of the vehicle-induced bridge vibration controlled with a TMD system is developed here in this paper, which takes into account the road surface conditions. Then, a comprehensive investigation is made to investigate the efficiency of the TMD for suppressing vibrations of bridge under moving vehicles. Such a study is helpful in evaluating the control performance before real control devices are designed in practice. These analytical results will also be useful in carrying out further studies for control strategies suppressing the vehicle-induced bridge vibration

The solid phase FT-IR and FT-Raman spectra of pyridine-2,6-dicarbonyl dichloride (PDD) have been recorded in the regions 4000-400 cm^-1 and 3500-100 cm^-1, respectively. Geometry and vibrational wavenumbers are calculated using ab-initio Hartree-Fock (HF) and Density Functional Theory (DFT) methods employing the 6-311+G (d,p) basis set. The observed FT-IR and FT-Raman vibrational frequencies have been analyzed and assigned to different normal modes of the molecule. Using PEDs, the contributions are determined for different modes to each wavenumber.
