Mathematical Model on Noise Pollution
For many of us, the concept of pollution is limited to nature and resources. However, noise that tends to disturb the natural sythms of life makes for one solid pollutant noise takes place when there is either exercise amount of noise or an unpleasant sound that causes temporary disruption in the natural balance. Large number of vehicle on road produce heavy noise and people get it difficult to get accustomed to that the high noise leads to different health problems like hearing problems, health issues sleeping disorders etc. the present work discusses the fundamentals of acoustics and analysis of vehicular traffic noise. A large number of sets of data were recorded at different dates in a random manner in order to account for statistical temporal variations in traffic flow conditions.

Macroeconomic determinants of interest rate spread in Ghana: evidence from ARDL modelling approach
The Ghanaian economy appears to be in a certain cycle of high lending and low borrowing rates culminating in wide interest rate spreads. A number of studies point to the fact that the spread between the lending rates and borrowing rates is too wide to promote efficient financial intermediation between savers and borrowers but failed to look at macroeconomics effect on the interest rate spread in Ghana. This study contributes to the discussion by evaluating the macroeconomic variables (factors) that affect the interest rate spread with a view to determining their short term and long term relationships for policy recommendations that will serve the interest of all stake holders in the financial services sector and the general Ghanaian economy. Using autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) cointegration and Vector Error Correction analysis, we observed both short-run and long run relationship between identified macroeconomics variables and interest rate spread in Ghana. The study recommend that, government borrowing, interest and inflation rate are kept low while pursuing policies that maximise savings.

Linking organizational structure and organizational effectiveness: Mediating role of knowledge management (Case: Mashhad's Science and Technology Park)
Practices of knowledge management are context-specific and they can influence organizational effectiveness. This study examines the possible mediating role of knowledge management in the relationship between organizational Structure and organizational effectiveness. A survey was conducted of 131 organizations. The results suggest that knowledge management fully mediates the impact of organizational Structure on organizational effectiveness. The findings carry theoretical implications for knowledge management literature as they extend the scope of research on knowledge management from examining a set of independent management practices to examining a system-wide mechanism that connects internal resources and competitive advantage.

Internal Marketing (IM) by definition distinguished between an organization and its environment and focuses only on intra organizational affaires. However, globalization and a knowledge-driven environment have produced a global networked economy with blurred boundaries between global companies and their requirements. This research assumed its paramount important in being a maiden attempt to unearth the nuances, antecedents, factors and consequences of ‘Internal Marketing strategy for competitive advantage’. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) sector is the growth engine of Indian economy. Present research in order to investigate factors internal marketing behaviors internal customers (Employees) in private motor pump industries, domestic marketing as the reason for confidence-building, job satisfaction and loyalty of employees examine and test. The research questionnaire of literature and research questionnaire derived from the standard. This study reveals that the pump manufacturing units of the city has adopted a systematic global marketing strategy and follows uninterrupted logistic and supply chain system. This study also highlights certain marketing issues which are related to pump manufacturing units.The research indicates: Internal marketing and the trust managers, job satisfaction and loyalty internal customers’ positive relationship and meaningful.

Integrity of CVD-Diamond Coatings on Cemented Tungsten Carbide Substrate: Mathematical Analysis Carried out for Calculating the Force of De-lamination and Load Bearing Capacity of Coating-substrate System
Smooth and adhesive nanocrystalline diamond (NCD) and microcrystalline diamond (MCD) coatings have been achieved on a chemically etched cemented tungsten carbide (WC-6%Co) substrates, using hot filament chemical vapor deposition (HFCVD) technique. Structural and micro-structural characteristics of these coatings were compared using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscopy and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques. The parameters affecting the integrity of these coating-substrate systems were studied and mathematical analysis was carried out for calculating the force of de-lamination and load bearing capacity.

Input-output linearization of an induction motor using SVM method
This paper presents the non-linear control of an induction motor (IM). The objective of nonlinear control is to can control separately flux and the speed, several techniques of control are used for (IM), The technique of control oriented flux (FOC) which permits the decoupling between input and output variables, so (IM) is assimilate to continuous current motor , this method has a problem is how exactly oriented the axis d on the flux .However, feedback linearization amounts to cancelling the nonlinearities in a nonlinear system so that the closed- loop (CL) dynamics is in a linear form . A goal of feedback linearization is to can controlled separately flux and the speed ,the motor model is strongly nonlinear then it’s composed to the autonomous and mono-variables too under systems so every under system presented an independence loop of control for each variables is given . The space vector modulation [SVM] method gives a good tracking for the non linear control, SVM became a standard for the switching power converters and important research effort has been dedicated, tens of papers, research reports and patents were developed in the theory of space vector modulation.

Influence of wind temporal variation to the initiate of host searching behaviour of the blood sucking bug, Linshcosteus karupus Galvao et. al. (Insecta: Hemiptera: Triatominae)
Surveillance was carried out in the xerophytic climatic condition of Kalakkad forest area (8°41’ N 77°19’E) to study the arousal and foraging behaviour of the Linshcosteus karupus (Galvao et. al.) during different dusk timing in two successive years. The photoperiod, temperature and humidity recorded at the time of investigation were 12 ± 2 hrs, 22°C – 26°C and 76% – 82% respectively. Triatomine bugs are most important vector of trypanosomiasis or Chaga’s disease, a protozoan infection of man and other mammals caused by Trypanosoma cruzi (Chagas). These bugs are nocturnal and prefer to feed and mate after the sunset. Therefore our study was conducted precisely after dusk. In our study maximum number of L. karupus were noticed late after sunset i.e. between 8- 9 pm in two years, May 2013 and May 2014. The wind formation timing was a key factor in the arousal and foraging behaviour of this bug. Similarly when the wind velocity reached to the upper day’s limit i.e. ? 6 but > 3 Km/hr again maximum individuals were collected. The total of thirteen bugs was collected when the wind was at high velocity, among them eight adults and five fifth nymphal instars. Among adults greater numbers was of males which provide a very clear idea about the attraction of adults males to females and to their hosts through the olfactory sense by wind. Observation was also made about the response of these bugs to the air temperature, as the temperature declined the number of bugs seemed aroused in an increased number. At the temperature below 22°C at kalakkad hills forest, the total collected individuals of L. karupus were eleven; this number was more than twice the bugs reported at temperature above 24°C. In the delayed condition of wind formation, the bugs suddenly started to appear when wind picked speed and the number of individuals reached to maximum limit all at once. It was presuming that insects are waiting for the wind to blow and it may be the conditional respond of its feeding behaviour. In our surveillance studies all attempted were done to understand the natural arousal and behaviour of these haematophagous bugs in its natural habitat.

Influence of viscosity of sol-gel on the properties of CdO thin films by spin coating method
Nanocrystallites of Cadmium oxide (CdO) thin films with different gelation time were deposited by sol-gel spin coating method on a glass substrate. A comparative analysis of the effect of viscosity of sol-gel on the structural, electrical, and optical properties of as deposited films was made. Films were grown with gelation time of one to four days and optimum gelation time of third day of sol-gel viscosity of 3.28 x 10-3 Nsm-2 was determined. From the X-ray diffraction studies the polycrystalline nature of the grown film with a preferential orientation (1 1 1) was analyzed. The resistivity of the material decreases with the increase of gelation time and then increases after the optimum value of gelation time. The films showed resistivity of 2.16 x 10-4 ? m with an optical transmission of 80 % at the wavelength of 625 nm. The observed band gap of the developed film was found to be 2.25 eV. Also optical studies confirm that the optical transmittance was decreased when the viscosity was increased.

In vitro cytotoxicity and radiomodifying effects of aqueous extracts of Moringa oleifera (Lam)
Moringa oleifera (M. oleifera) is renowned for its range of essential nutrients and bioactive compounds. However, the toxicity and potential radiation modifying effects of extracts from its entities are not well characterised. The cytotoxic and radiomodulatory effects of aqueous extracts obtained from seeds, leaves and flowers of M. oleifera were evaluated. Cytotoxicity and radiation modifying effects of extracts were assessed in apparently normal Chinese hamster lung fibroblasts (V79 cells), using the colony forming assay. The free radical scavenging activity of each extract was also assessed, using the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging assay. At relatively low concentrations of 6.25–100 µg/ml, the seed extract showed about 20% cytotoxicity and yielded radiation sensitizing factors ranging from 1.23±0.07 to 2.38±0.76. The leaf extract was non-toxic at concentrations of up-to 50 µg/ml, but produced ~12% cell kill at 100 µg/ml. With the little or no cytotoxity on its own, the leaf extract was radiosensitizing, with radiation modifying factors ranging from 1.30±0.18 to 1.50±0.26. At all tested concentrations, the flower extract was non-toxic, but significantly enhanced cell growth in unirradiated cultures, showing no effect on cellular radiation response. With the exception of the leaf extract which had a maximum of only 9% free radical scavenging capacity, the other extracts showed no potential as radical scavengers. Aqueous extracts of seeds, leaves and flowers of M. oleifera may potentially be clinically useful as cytotoxic agents, radiosensitizers, and wound healing promoters.
