Multiview video coding is an extension of H264/AVC. When an Multiview video coding bitstream is decoded, some views (named target views) are to be is played; some other views (named dependent views) may not be displayed but are needed for inter-view prediction of the target views. The original Multiview video coding design requires pictures of the dependent views to be fully decoded and stored. This entails both high decoding complexity and high memory consumption for the pictures in the views which are not intended for display, particularly when the number of dependent views is large. In this paper, a single motion compensation loop decoding scheme is introduced to address these disadvantages. The proposed scheme requires only partial decoding of pictures in dependent views and thus significantly reduces decoding complexity and memory consumption. The proposed method is based on the motion skip, wherein inter-view motion and coding mode prediction is exploited. Simulation results shows that the proposed scheme provides a substantial reduction of complexity and memory size, at the expense of only a minor compression efficiency loss, compared with multiple motion compensation loop decoding schemes for Multiview video coding.

Environmental pollution has been a major irritant to industrial development. Chemical and chemical based industries are prime targets of the environmentalists for their crusade against pollution. Leather industry contributes to one of the major industrial pollution with the generation of pollutants causing chemicals namely lime, sodium sulphide, salts, organic solvents and phenolic compound. Leather industry has faced serious challenges on phenolic compounds. Thus this work focused on evaluation of biodegradation of phenol by using microaerophilic bacterial consortium to overcome the deleterious effect of chemical effluents to the environment. This biodegradation process will be ecofriendly and cost effective. This could be one of the ways of solving the industrial pollution resulting from tannery effluent. Tannery effluent with high phenol level fed in both batch reactor and continuous reactor by using sustainable Microaerophilic Bacterial consortia to degrade the phenolic compounds.

Library service is the active part of communication , place of mind- refresh and education in any community. It is distinguished in case of Chiapta, Republic of Zambia . When we peep in to the district library it has got more role in changing the society. But the case is reverse in this study area. To analyze this fact samples of 50 readers have taken for the study. The questionnaire is served to the members(Visitors/Readers) of this library using stratified random sampling method. The questionnaire was converted into numerical data state in order to analyze the Evaluation of performance of library and users. This was analyzed with reference to Frequency of reader, Purpose of reader, Sources of information for the readers, Adequacy of library stock, Readers Satisfaction and Library facilities. The appropriate results were drawn and suggestions made to improve the library performance and also attract the new readers in order to develop the society so as to become good citizens of the nation.

Human T-cell leukemia Virus (HTLV) is an important cause of mortality and morbidity rate in adults. In India the incidence of HTLV infection are 100 in 100,000. The transmission of HTLV is through unprotected sex, HTLV donor and from infected mother to baby by means of breast feeding. Transcription of HTLV provirus leads to T-cell multiplication. A study was done to determine the presence of HTLV-I infections in pregnant women during third trimester. 57 maternal samples of three trimesters were collected. The serum was separated by centrifugation and aliquot. The presence of HTLV infection was assayed by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA).  Seropositivity for HTLV -1 infection among the third trimester of pregnant women was found to be 2.44 %.

Pectin was extracted from fruits such as orange, apple, guava and grapes using different acids. Hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid and nitric acid were used for extraction of pectin from dried fruit pieces. The level of pectin differed in the fruits depending on the acids added during the process of extraction. Generally fruits are dried to determine the yield of pectin. Various drying methods were adopted in this study to extract pectin from above mentioned fruits. The resulting pectin content of fruits was compared with drying methods adopted.

Given an arbitrary finite group , denote by the set of its element orders. The group is said to be recognizable by the set if the equality implies an isomorphism of and for each finite group . For a prime , the alternating groups are recognizable. But for are has not known. In this paper, we will give an example for not a prime, namely, that is characterizable.

Jhansi is located in the plateau of central India, an area dominated by rocky reliefs and minerals underneath the soil. Barua Sagar is a historical place located about 25 km from Jhansi in Uttar Pradesh, India.  It is situated on the bank of the Betwa River; the place is named after the Barua Sagar Taal, a large lake created about 260 years ago when Raja Udit Singh of Orchha built the embankment. Present study has been undertaken to investigate the physico-chemical properties of Barua Sagar lake water to assess the utility of lake water for fish production, irrigation, drinking and aesthetic purposes etc. Water Quality Index (WQI) was applied in Barua sagar  Lake,  using different water quality parameters ( Temperature, pH, Dissolved Oxygen, Turbidity, Conductivity, Hardness, Alkalinity, Sodium, Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chemical  Oxygen Demand(COD), Nitrate, Chloride, Iron, Free residual Chlorine, Fluoride, TS, TDS and TSS). The water body is divided in to five sites for proper sampling and collection of water sample from whole lake. The impact of various anthropogenic activities was evident on some parameters such as the EC, BOD and DO. It is suggested that regular monitoring of the lake water quality is necessary for proper management.

Banda is the easternmost district of Bundelkhand region. It lies between latitude 24º 53' and 24º 55' North and longitude 80º 27' and 81º 34' East with an area of 7,624 sq.km. The western boundary of Banda touches Chhatarpur and Hamirpur districts separated by river Ken for certain distance. In present investigation the physicochemical characteristic of Ken River were studied. Water samples were collected quarterly from ten different sites of Ken River during the year January 2009 to December 2010. Preservation and analysis of water samples were based on standard method proposed by American Public Health Association (APHA, 2005). In cationic abundance sodium is followed by calcium, magnesium and potassium (Na>Ca>Mg>K) in the river through out the year. The tolerance limit for TDS, SAR and % Na of water use for irrigation has been found to be excellent for TDS and % Na, fair for SAR. Nitrate, Sulphate and Phosphate were found to below the permissible limit of WHO (1993).

Modern landmines are mainly non- metallic or contain small amount of metal, that they cannot be detected using conventional detectors. Ground Penetration Radar (GPR) is capable of detecting shallowly buried non-metallic objects. GPR is the best alternative for detecting non-metallic landmines. But, GPR also performs inadequately due to the presence of clutter which dominates the data and obscures the main information. In this paper symmetrical ?ltering method is going to be applied on measured B-scan data to reduce unsymmetrical clutter. Results of the symmetry ?ltering and symmetry point location algorithm are presented.

In this paper we derive the formulate for Tarig transform of partial derivatives and apply them to solve five types of initial value problems. Our purpose here is to show that the applicability of this interesting new transform and its effecting to solve such problems.
