The optimized molecular structure, vibrational frequencies, corresponding vibrational assignments and thermodynamic properties of N-(4-methoxybenzylidene) aniline (N4MBA) have been investigated by using ab initio HF/6-311++G(d,p) and DFT/B3LYP method at 6-311G(d,p) and 6-311++G(d,p) basis sets. The energy and oscillator strength calculated by TD-DFT are in line with experimental findings. Moreover, we have not only simulated HOMO and LUMO, but also determined the energy band gap. The stability of the molecule arising from hyperconjugative interaction and charge delocalization has been analyzed using natural NBO analysis. Besides, Mulliken charges were also calculated. IR and Raman intensities were calculated and TED also has been reported.

In Data mining world, Lead generation is a data searching technique which is used to collect relevant customer information (leads), one of the examples for this techniques is contextual advertising. This sponsored link is typically based on search text, user logged in (ex: google user), location, browser to name a few. This type of preparing customized advertisement and sponsored links is called as Contextual advertisement and this technique is an example for Lead generation. It is an easy and painless way of attracting people/users and cultivating prospective customers out of them. The key idea of this paper is to bring out the importance of data mining in the field of CRM and also to explain the benefits of M-Clustering algorithm which we propose for data mining which proves to be efficient as it uses clustering approach compared to k-means algorithm. Also, there is a comparison with Newman’s algorithm where the significance is highlighted in terms of training set and historical data handling in M-Clustering.

This paper mainly explain the lowering of band gap energy of synthesized ZnO nanoparticles (3.263eV) than their bulk counterparts (3.37 eV), which indicate the high conductivity than the bulk ZnO powder. Zn1-xLixO, Zn1-xNaxO and Zn1-xKxO (where x= 0.005, 0.01, 0.015 and 0.02 M for all dopants) doped ZnO nanoparticles and their solution was then characterized by UV-vis spectrophotometer. All concentration of Li+ doped ZnO nanoparticles was more narrowing the band gap of the undoped ZnO nanoparticles than Na+ and K+ doped ZnO nanoparticles. Both the size and concentration of dopants were affecting the band gap energy of ZnO nanoparticles. As the concentration and ionic radii of the dopants increases the optical band gap energy was also increasing. So the highest band gap energy was obtained by 0.015 and 0.02M K+ doped ZnO nanoparticles.

In this work Cadmium Sulphide/Porous Silicon (CdS/PS) nanocomposite structure was successfully synthesized by depositing CdS film over PS substrate at room temperature. CdS was incorporated into the pores of PS and thereby making a protecting layer. The XRD, SEM, FTIR and PL analysis were carried out to characterize the CdS/PS structure. XRD result suggests the formation of CdS hexagonal structure on PS surface. The diffraction peaks pertaining to PS along with those corresponding to CdS were observed. The surface morphology of the prepared CdS/PS layer was studied by SEM analysis. The information about the vibration and rotation of molecular groups and the bonding of inorganic molecules on silicon surfaces are confirmed by transmission FTIR spectra. The PL measurements on CdS/PS structure show emission peaks at around 620 & 660 nm with 2.0 & 1.9 eV band gap respectively. These results show the incorporation of CdS into the pores of PS and capable of utilizing for device applications. Keywords: CdS/PS, XRD, SEM, FTIR, PL

The repeated column chromatography of the methanol extract leads to the isolation of compound (1), which was identified as 7, 8-Dihydroxy-2H-chromen-2-one (Daphnetin) for the first time from this species. The structure of the compound was elucidated on the basis of 1H, 13C, MS etc spectral techniques. HPLC analysis method was developed for the detection and confirmation of daphnetin in the methanol extract of Daphne oleoides, which clearly determined its presence in the extract (Chromatographic Finger print) after the calibration with isolated Daphnetin. The molecular vibrations of 2,6-dimethyl pyridine was investigated by FT-IR and FT-Raman spectroscopies. Normal co-ordinate calculations of 2,6-dimethyl pyridine have been carried out using wilson’s FG matrix mechanism on the basis of General valence Force Field (GVFF) for both in-plane and out-of-plane vibrations. The potential energy constants obtained in this study are refined using numerical methods.

Shelley’s lyrics of 1819-1820 have a common feature despite the diversity of the natural phenomena they touch upon. Shelley is seeking in the natural changes of the world analogies by which to reassure his most advocated faith that regeneration follows destruction. In this article I shall attempt to give substance to my claim that in these lyrics there is a pattern of scientific and ontological enquiry into Nature’s apparently chaotic changes, through which Shelley is trying to come to real understanding of the Permanent, amongst the Transitory. The application of information systems technology in businesses and organizations has opened up new possibilities for running and managing organizations, as well as improved management decision making. Improving information management practices is a key focus for many organizations, across both the public and private sectors. This is being driven by a range of factors, including a need to improve the efficiency of business processes, the demands of compliance regulations and the desire to deliver new services. In many cases, ‘information management’ has meant deploying new technology solutions, such as content or document management systems, data warehousing or portal applications. The work of managers in small and medium-sized enterprises is very information-intensive and the environment in which it is done is very information rich. But are managers able to exploit the wealth of information which surrounds them? And how can information be managed in organizations so that its potential for improving business performance and enhancing the competitiveness of these enterprises can be realized? The purpose of this paper is to give an understanding of the role that information systems have in decision making and to discuss the possibility of how managers in organizations can make the best use of information systems. This paper provides a framework of effective use of information systems and offers an alternate approach to investigate the impact that information systems technology have in management decision making.

In steganography, a message is hidden in such a way that no one apart from the intended recipient knows of the existence of the message. It is concerned with concealing the fact that a secret message is being sent, as well as concealing the contents of the message. In reversible Steganography, information is disguised within a digital image in such a way that the cover image can be taken to its original state after extracting the hidden information. Visual cryptography is a technique of secret sharing in which images are distributed as shares in such a way that, when these shares are superimposed, a message hidden secretly in the image is revealed. In this study, the concepts of steganography as well as visual cryptography are combined to have benefits of both techniques which will provide improved security for the confidential information being exchanged.

Although corporate governance mechanisms may differ from country to country, equality, transperancy, accountability and responsibility are universally common governance practices. Corporate governance mechanisms support sustainable competitive advantage of the firm.
