An assessment of the quality of Lessel and Korinya baryte deposits was carried out by analyzing their geochemical properties using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). The results shows that the mean concentrations of BaO, FeO, Cao, MgO, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and SiO2 of Lessel baryte were 77.22, 0.07,1.03, , 0.03, 0.03, 2.25 and 19.08% respectively while at Korinya, the mean concentrations of these parameters were 83.96, 0.04, 2.24, 0.02, 0.03, 2.35 and 11.25% respectively. The result also show that the mean specific gravity of Lessel and Korinya barite depositswere 4.25 and 4.31 respectively. Although the two baryte deposits exhibits close chemical relationship, the Korinya baryte is relatively better in quality in terms of BaO, FeO , SiO2 and specific gravity values. On the basis of BaO,FeO and specific gravity, the two baryte deposits can be used as a weighting material in oil and natural gas drilling. The two barytes are also suitable for glass, paint, and paper production on the basis of their Bao and Al2O3 contents. However, in terms of FeO and SiO2, the two baryte deposits would require beneficiation before being used for glass production. The two barytes would also require beneficiation in terms of FeO contents before being used forfor paint and paper production. The results also indicates that the Lessel and Korinya barytes can be used in the cosmetics, construction and pharmaceutical industries as well as filling materials in the ceramics industry.

Mean shift tracking is a widely used tool for robust and quick tracking of the object in video, against partial occlusion and clutter. This paper proposes a Parzen window based mean shift tracker for visual object tracking. It combines three RGB color histogram and generates its Kernel Density estimation using Gaussian Kernel. Parzen window density estimation method is used to solve the basic problems of mean shift like, divide by zero problems in the weight computation and its association to tracking interruption. The Parzen window interpolates the histogram of target candidate. The experimental results show that proposed method performs better than traditional mean shift for fast moving objects and objects having background clutter at moderate increase in computational complexity.

A code smell is a hint or the description of a symptom that something has gone wrong somewhere in your code. These are commonly occurring patterns in source code that indicate poor programming practice or code decay. The presence of code smells can have a severe impact on the quality of a program, i.e. making system more complex, less understandable and cause maintainability problem. Herein, an automated tool have been developed that can rectify code smells present in the source code written in java, C# and C++ to support quality assurance of software. Also, it computes complexity, total memory utilized/wastage, maintainability index of software. In this research paper an approach used for the design and implementation of testing tool for code smell rectification is discussed and is validated on three different projects.

In the world of intense economic challenges, striking a healthy balance of work and life outside the work offers potential for tremendous growth – Personal and Professional. The article is aimed at examining the WLB of software professionals that are impacted by the demographic variables like gender, age, marital status, managerial or on managerial level and salary level among employees of the company from IT sector .The empirical study also tries to understand weaker areas amongst the six components of WLB index that needs improvement. Review of literature followed by survey research using Work life balance scale by Udai Pareek. Based on the sample of 144 IT employees, it was found that gender has no impact on work life balance index. Marital status of an employee indicated to have impact on worklife balance, with unmarried employees having better WLB index. Age and managerial levels were found to have impact on WLB index. Salary level was found to have no impact on work life balance on the employees. The coping strategies provided in the study , tailor made for the specific situation can be adapted by many more IT companies operating in Bangalore. The findings of the study have major implications for formulating and implementing newer HR strategies and policies.

Dredging of the BONNY OFFSHORE TERMINAL which crosses a bar of 20km long and if dredged will give access to big and modern vessels to enter Port-Harcourt wharf. This study is the analysis of the cost and benefits of carrying out this task. In addition, the problem of selecting a dredger was formulated as a linear programming problem subject to environmental cost and other constraints. Data on the type of equipment, cost, man power needs, environmental friendliness, economy and efficiency were obtained from literature and interviews. The suction dredger was the most suitable dredging machine to work in the area. Other machines such as cutter dredger and grab dredger were found to be expensive and unsafe in areas with a high tidal length. The results are important in decision making on the profitability or otherwise of carrying out similar projects in other areas.

Infertility has a strong and negative impact in several areas of the individual’s life. The infertile women may lose prestige in society, may develop a low self-esteem, and may lose hope for the future. This study compared psychosocial responses in 90 infertile women and normal women. An ex post facto design was used. The subjects of the present study were infertile women in an infertility treatment center in ,ahwaz, Iran. Women selected by randomly sampling. The women completed the Psychosocial responses. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance. Differences were found between the groups on the Psychosocial responses (self-image/self-esteem, guilt/blame, sexuality problems, and interpersonal relationship).

The study was aimed at to analyze the social aspect of school climate. The objectives of the study were to highlight the public relations associated with school and to identify the factors that affect the social climate of a school. The population of the study was comprised of the sixty six boys’ high and higher secondary school in public sector at district Charsadda. Out of the target population, twenty two schools were taken as a sample through random sampling technique. The data was collected through questionnaire administered to principals and teachers of selected schools as well as through non-participant observation checklist. The data was screened for errors and cleaned thereof, and then tabulated and analyzed. The findings of study revealed that most of the school had no regular co-curricular activities. Grouping exists among teachers. The relationship between school and community was quite poor and the Parents Teachers Councils were ineffective. Teachers participate in making school base decisions but their criticism is not welcomed by most of the principals. In the schools there are political interventions. Most of the teachers like to have long discussion on politics. Use of abusive language in schools is also observed. There is no proper procedure for social education of the students. It is recommended that the deficiencies might be overcome by strengthening Parents Teachers Councils, discouraging politics and grouping among teachers. Organization of co-curricular activities and social education and use of cultured language should be encouraged.

The term rabb as an attribute of God is repeated frequently in the Quran. It assumes a significant role in comprehension of other attributes of God as well as some Quranic teachings. Comprehension of this term requires methodological consideration of Quranic verses, traditions, and other evidence in a semantic framework. Accordingly, the only definition that can be presented for this term is malik mudabbir. Other definitions including murabbi (instructor/trainer/cultivator) are insufficient. In the definition, Malik may be rendered as Master/Owner/Lord meaning that He holds complete possession and absolute authority over all of creation. In addition, mudabbir (director/ordainer) is an attribute involving the absolute knowledge, wisdom, power, and mercy of God as well as other divine attributes. Thus, the term rabb comprehends various divine attributes and can have a wide range of implications. Polytheism in lordship (and following that, in divinity) emerges when an entity other than God is associated with some aspect of lordship (e.g. believing in a god that intercedes or forgives). If such beliefs did not exist, polytheism would never originate.

Organizational researchers have long debated the meaning and consequences of organizational culture but the relationship between culture and organizational performance is still not well understood. Organizational culture is the collective behavior of humans who are part of an organization and the meanings that the people attach to their actions. Culture includes the organization values, visions, norms, working language, systems, symbols, beliefs and habits. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of organizational culture on the relationship between transformational leadership among elementary school teachers. In present study, five organizational culture aspects devised by Hafstede are used and their relations with leadership are measured. This is a survey – type descriptive research and data collection method is field study by using questionnaire. On this basis, 150 questionnaires were used in analyses from total among elementary school teachers in Kermanshah. Canonical correlations indicated “a modernly high relationship between leadership and organizational culture. The author found that the cultural elements of accomplishment, recognition, and affiliation tend to be positively correlated with all aspects of transformational leadership. The findings supported that transformational leadership practices are positively correlated with a constructive organizational culture, and that transformational leadership practices predict organizational culture. The results of this study will ensure confidence in the practice of employing and developing transformational leaders so that an innovative and constructive organizational culture, vital for organizational survival in the 21st century, could be Accomplished. The advantages of a constructive organizational culture transcend financial outcomes such as return on investment and profitability.

A series of models were developed and analysed to determine the relative weight of local political, infrastructure, and economic gains to lake user as well as physical-natural characteristics of the lakes and their respective communities on allocation of dredging fund. The also estimated the benefits of dredging and performed cost-benefit analysis to compare the costs of dredging to benefits of dredging for Bonny channel. These estimates were then forecasted in order to view the benefit stream over time.
