In this research we use the logistic function to demonstrate the existence of a stationary point as a type of a non-wandering set in topological dynamical systems or dynamical systems without any loss of generality.

The article presents the concept of leadership based on Apostle Paul. Some reflections are made and analyzed. Concepts from the Old ant the New Testaments were considered and narrowed to St Paul. The bottomline is that we should look up to Jesus as the ultimate authority and be subservient to the pedestal of Paul in choosing leaders for the work in the Church of God today. to avoid confusion, divisions and its attendant consequences in the church.

The second generation bioethanol production (G2) is made from cellulose and hemicellulose. This research aim was to determine the concentration of 1-3% NaOH solution and the best immersion time in the pre-treatment process in the manufacture of bioethanol from lignocellulose raw materials of palm oil stems. NaOH concentration (1%, 2% and 3%) and immersion time of oil palm lignocellulose stem had no significant effect on bioethanol levels. The bioethanol levels produced were still very good. The best treatment was X4.

It has been found that the solar tree produces more energy than a conventional flat rooftop arrangement of solar PV system or modules. The solar energy converts the sunlight energy directly into electrical energy by making use of photo -voltaic or concentrated solar power. The energy demand is increasing with each period, as a result the grid electric supply unit prices are also increasing day by day. For example, with the supply of oil the quantity of oil is decreasing and the prices are increasing. Similarly in case of coal which is abundantly for the production of electricity is available for few more hundred years. So in order to fulfill the increasing demand of energy we must have some alternative sources of nonconventional sources of energy. The energy from the sun is the best alternative among all the renewable sources of energies. It is available free of cost, inexhaustible, non-polluting, eco-friendly and continuously. The main drawback of solar panels is the land requirement for the installation of solar panels. The developed solar artifact requires only 1% of the land compared to the flat rooftop to produce same amount of energy. A single converting cell or more generally known as a photo voltaic cell, but a combination of cells in series or parallel designed to increase the power output is called solar module or solar array. In this article the load capacity or energy requirement of a small house in India is estimated to 1.74kWhr/day [6]. All the calculations are done considering solar radiation data at Durgapur, West Bengal. As per experimentation it is found that tracking system can be easily employed in solar artifact, hence its performance will be better than flat solar PV system. Study the tensile strength and hardness of poly vinyl chloride as a matrix and subsidized fiber (short fiber glass - glass fibers are woven mat - fibers, nylon-6) and attended samples fractures different size. (21% - 23% - 25% - 27% - 29% ).A comparison was made of the results of the tensile tests and hardness of materials composite as tests were conducted at room temperature . ( 23+2 c).Results from the volumetric fraction lead to increased resistance to tensile and hardness values. Results of the materials [pvc + f (w .r+N-6)] had its highest value of the tensile strength and material [pvc+ fg(w.r)], had its highest value of hardness.

The research aimed to evaluate the current water quality status of Lake Hawassa in order to identify potential pollution sources, and put in place monitoring programs. Eleven potential sampling sites were included in the study. Selected water quality parameters were considered and the results were compared with WHO and FAO standards. And the values of TDS (381.7 to 1286.0 mg/L), SC (733.7 to 2151.3 µS/cm), turbidity (8.20 to 87.3 NTUs), BOD5 (4.02 to 76.2 mg/L) , phosphate (0.348 to 1.90 mg/L), fluoride (11.6 to 17.5 mg/L), chromium(0.173 to 0.665 mg /L), manganese(0.133 to 1.83 mg/L), and copper (1.40 L to 18.2 mg/L) were found above the prescribed limit of WHO guidelines for drinking purposes, while all the analyzed water quality parameters fall within the FAO standard limit for irrigation purposes. These suggested that both point and non-point pollution sources such as human sewage, industrial waste from ceramics, dyes, plastics and food processing industries, urban stormwater, agricultural runoff and land development were impacting the lake. Thus, mitigation measures should be put in place to prevent the Lake from further deterioration

A methodology based on flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) was developed and validated to quantify lithium in spodumene mineral sample. Validation parameters, including linearity and range, precision, accuracy, limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ), were evaluated. The method is linear over 1.0 – 9.0 µg mL-1, with a coefficient of correlation (r) > 0.999. The LOD and LOQ were 0.2 ?g mL-1 and 0.7 ?g mL-1. This method is very precise; intraday precision measurements had a relative standard deviation (RSD) value of 4.00 %. This RSD value was lower than that required by Horwitz. The mean recovery percentage was 99.06 %, indicating that this method could accurately quantify the lithium in the studied mineral. The percentage of lithium oxide in the spodumene mineral sample was 0.33 –0.39%.

Mission vision and goal setting in an organization can only give an organization a desired goal to be achieved .this proposal therefore seeks to identify effect of strategic management practices on the performance of an organization. The study general objective is to assess the effect of strategic management practices on the performance of shabelle relief & development organization (SHARDO) Mogadishu Somalia the study specifically sought to achieve this objective through the investigating the effect of strategic direction on performance of shabelle relief & development organization (SHARDO) Mogadishu Somalia, examine the effect of strategic innovation on the performance shabelle relief & development organization (SHARDO) Mogadishu Somalia, establish the effect of strategic communication on the shabelle relief & development organization (SHARDO) Mogadishu Somalia and identify the effect of organization culture on the performance shabelle relief & development organization (SHARDO) Mogadishu Somalia. The study used descriptive research design. The study targeted a population of 128 employees of Shabelle Relief & Development Organization in Mogadishu Somalia. The study sample size was 91 employees of Shabelle Relief & Development Organization in Mogadishu Somalia. Both secondary data and primary data were used in the study. Primary data collected with the aid of questionnaire was edited, analyzed quantitatively using SPSS version 24. Inferential statistics was done with regression analysis model where the researcher tested the correlation between strategy implementation and performances of NGO’s. from the findings, the four independent variables collectively accounted for 77.4% of the variations in organization performance at SHARDO. The study further indicated that organization culture, strategic communication and strategic innovation had a positive and significant effect on organization performance at SHARD.

Cardiovascular diseases (CVDs), including coronary arter disease, cerebrovascular events, rheumatic heart disease and arter diseases, remain the most common cause of death in the world. Changes in the regulation of vasoactive peptides in abnormal conditions, cardiovascular diseases; Endothelial dysfunction, which is the critical processes underlying vascular damage, results in vascular repair and inflammation. Studies with specific receptor antagonists; It will be very important to understand the physiological role of urotensin II and its receptor and to reveal its therapeutic potential. The aim of this study is to know the pathophysiological role of U-II following the development of UT receptor antagonists and to give an insight into the design of new drugs and to give a current perspective. The development of urotensin receptor antagonists may provide a useful diagnosis tool as well as a new treatment for cardiovascular diseases.

Medulloblastoma is one of the most common type of pediatric brain cancer, it is a primary neuroectodermal tumor located in the cerebellum and 4th ventricle. The treatment is based on surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. The survival rate of children treated for this brain tumor has improved significantly in recent years thanks to the progress of various therapies. The neurocognitive sequelae secondary to the occurrence of a medulloblastoma have been the subject of numerous studies. We report the case of a 12-year-old boy with medulloblastoma of the posterior fossa, he underwent surgery and received radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Subsequently, he began to present school difficulties and memory disorders for this reason his pediatrician sent us for management.
