The aim of this research is to identify the ways of management, the effectiveness and the direction of the non option life skill subject teacher’s leadership as the head panel of the subject and to know the different ways of management and qualities of leadership of the teacher. A total of 20 teachers from the district of Batu Pahat were chosen randomly to be involved in this research. The instruments used were questionnaires to define the ways of management, effectiveness and the directions of their leadership as a non option head panel. At the same time, patterns of management and qualities of leadership are also being tested. In this research, descriptive analysis of mod and min is used the result of the research. The overall result of the research, where the min scored for the respondent for all items, in the questionnaire is 4.32. This value implicate that these respondents had positive perceptions on the practices that visualize the leadership of a teacher.

Under the Cluster Schools program, the guided autonomy through School Based Management (SBM) encourages and welcomes involvement and contribution from stakeholders in order to enhance quality of education and produce excellent students. The purpose of the study was to identify the direct effects of stakeholders on SBM practices in cluster schools. Secondly, the aim was to explore the moderating effects of stakeholders’ on the relationship between cluster school’s backgrounds factors with the SBM practice. Data for this study was collected using as set of questionnaire from 788 trained teachers from 60 cluster schools (25 from high performance cluster schools, 20 from Cohort 1 cluster schools and 15 from Cohort 2 schools) across the 14 states of Malaysia. The findings revealed that the level of stakeholders’ involvement in School Based management practices in the Malaysian cluster school was high. Apart from that, the findings also showed that stakeholders’ such as Ministry of Education, school administrators, local community, and school related bodies’ involvement has direct significant effects on the SBM practices. Meanwhile, stakeholders’ involvement was identified as the moderator on the relationship between school categories factor and SBM practices in cluster school, leadership effectiveness. As conclusion, this study recommends that school administrators should fully exploit the role of stakeholders’ involvement through SBM practices in order to increase schools’ performance.

This paper presents a method for calculating optimum values of stabilizing proportionalintegral- derivative(PID) controller for interval plants using particle swarm optimization(PSO) technique. This method is based on plotting the stability boundary locus in the (Kp,Ki)-plane for fixed Kd and then compute the stability region of PID controllers. Once the stability region of Kp,Ki locus is obtained, the best possible PID controller parameters are computed using PSO technique. The proposed method has got advantages like, It does not require sweeping over the parameters and also does not need a linear programming to solve set of inequalities over existing methods. To show the efficacy of the proposed method, a typical unstable fixed coefficient and interval plant is considered and simulated in MATLAB.The simulation results obtained by the proposed method are successfully verified.

This study investigated the impact of relationship marketing orientation on customer loyalty among undergraduate students focusing on students in Ajayi crowther university Oyo, University of Ibadan and the Polytechnic, Ibadan. The study aimed at determining whether bonding, trust and communication jointly and independently predicted customer loyalty. The study also ascertained the significant difference between communication and perceived customer loyalty and it also examined the significant relationship between bonding and perceived customer loyalty. Four hypotheses were formulated and tested using regression analyses, T-test, and Pearson correlation. The finding showed that the independent variables (bonding, trust, communication, satisfaction and commitment) jointly predicted perceived customer loyalty. The result also showed that there was a significant difference between bonding and perceived customer loyalty, It was also established that there was a significant relationship between trust and perceived customer loyalty. The study also indicated that there was a significant relationship between commitment and perceived customer loyalty. Based on the findings, it was recommended that there is a need for organizations especially banks to have a good relationship with their customers so as to sustain competitive advantage. In addition, that organizations should take cognizance of their organizational structure to attract and retain qualified customers that can contribute positively to bank performance. That training and development that are directed at building enduring customer relationship should be periodically given to all employees.

Heat pipe is a device which absorbs heat from hot junction and transfer heat to other junction. If space available is more than straight heat pipes are used but when space availability is problem in electronic circuits or cards bend heat pipes are used. According to investigation it is found that bend heat pipes of angle 90 and 120 degree are most suitable in electronic systems. Experimental analysis of bend copper heat pipes for different orientations which are suitable in electronic circuits mostly are taken for study and effect of bend Angle and heat transfer rate is calculated on a test rig by using methanol as a working fluid . Study is done on bend copper Heat pipe having 8 mm diameter and length 180 mm long and find out most suitable bend heat pipe and maximum heat transfer rate.

MIMO techniques increases the spectral efficiency of the transmission and increasing capacity by using Spatial Multiplexing and Precoding. MIMO Spatial Multiplexing is the simultaneous use of the same frequencies to transmit independent data streams. Precoding (mixing) of the two streams is used to optimize the transmission into the channel so that the receiver has the best chance of recovering the original data streams. Several nonlinear precoding methods including dirty paper coding is used to achieve the capacity region for MIMO. In this paper capacity of the MIMO system and sum rate comparison is analyzed by suggesting a modified precoding technique and a round robin user scheduling algorithm.

The molecular vibrations of 3,5-dimethylpyridine (35DMP) were investigated at room temperature by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and FT-Raman spectroscopy. The spectra of the above compounds have been recorded in the region 4000-400, 4000–100 cm-1, respectively. They were interpreted with the aid of normal coordinate analysis following full structure optimization and force field calculations based on density functional theory (DFT) using B3LYP /6-31G* and B3LYP/6-311+G** methods and basis set combinations. The results of the calculations were applied to simulated infrared and Raman spectra of the title compound, which showed excellent agreement with the observed spectra. The vibrational force constants were also performed by using DFT calculations. The difference between the observed and scaled wavenumber values of most of the fundamentals is very small. The values of the total dipole moment (µ) and the first-order hyperpolarizability (?) of the investigated compound were computed using DFT calculations. The calculated results also show that the 35DMP might have microscopic nonlinear optical (NLO) behavior with non-zero values. A detailed interpretation of the infrared and Raman spectra of 35DMP is also reported based on total energy distribution (TED). Electronic excitation energies, oscillator strength and nature of the respective excited states were calculated by the closed-shell singlet calculation method were also calculated for the molecule.

The ultrasonic velocity, density and viscosity have been measured for the binary liquid mixture of Cord liver oil + aniline as a function of different composition (0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8% and 1%) and different temperatures such as 303,308,313,318and 323K. The experimental data has been used to calculate some excess parameters namely, adiabatic compressibility (?), intermolecular free length (Lf), free volume (Vf), internal pressure (?i), relaxation time (?), absorption coefficient (?/f¬¬2) and relative association (RA). The results are discussed and interpreted about structural and specific interactions that predominated by hydrogen bonding.

In this study, we consider natural convection in a cubic enclosure with the heater and window placed on opposite ends of adjacent vertical walls. For analysis a complete set of non-dimensional equations governing a Newtonian fluid and boundary conditions are recast into velocity or vector potential to eliminate the need for solving the continuity equation. The governing equation with the boundary equations are then descritized using three point central and forward difference approximation for non-uniform mesh. The resulting finite difference equations are then solved using Matlab computer software. The solutions shall be presented at the Reynolds number 2,000 with Prandtl number 0.71. The results are discussed and presented in graphical forms. The room is divided into two regions with those near the heater having high temperatures as those near the window have low temperatures. Mixing of hot and cold fluid and turbulence makes the other areas warm.

There are numerous limitations with the existing traditional authentication methods used to protect private data such as PIN/password which is easy to duplicate and forgotten. This paper proposes a novel methodology to protect private information by means of secured password administration system using biometric authentication. The system architecture and main modules are presented.
