Analytical solution of advective–dispersive solute transport through inhomogeneous porous medium is obtained by using Laplace transformation. Pulse type input point source is considered for constant solute dispersion along non-uniform flow through medium. Flow of the medium is considered exponential function of space variable. First order decay term which is directly proportional to flow velocity of the medium is also considered. Result and discussions are given with different graphs.

The rapid development of network technologies has lead to vast multimedia data being transmitted over the networks. However, the data being transmitted can be tampered or attacked by some malicious attackers during transit. To provide security to multimedia data steganography is being used as a potential tool, where the secret data to be transmitted is embedded in a cover medium (Image) in order to avert the attackers. This paper presents a secure and high capacity stegnographic technique where secret data is embedded in intermediate significant bit planes besides least significant bit plane. The embedding scheme uses alternate top-down and down-top approach to improve the quality of stego-image. The security of the embedded data is taken care of by embedding data in all locations under the control of secret key. The experimental results show that proposed scheme performs better than some existing schemes.

Despite the increasing attention of organizational commitment in the management literature, most studies predominantly focus on full-time workers in traditional work settings. The results of this study highlight important directions for implementing strategies to increase casual academic’s organizational commitment. Organization commitment is important because it is known association with other important organizational variables such as turnover, absenteeism and work effort. This study provides the first step in better understanding the factors that affect the organization commitment.

Phytochelatins (PCs), are enzymatically synthesized Cys-rich peptides, found widely distributed in the plant kingdom and was the functional equivalent of metallothioneins (MTs). Synthesis of PC was activated by the exposure to heavy metal ions like cadmium. PC may have a role in the metal ion detoxification and help in phytoremediation approach. Hence this study was focused on the structural aspects of phytochelatin protein isolated from Cynodon dactylon. Protein sequence was retrieved from NCBI protein database with gene bank id AAO138102. Various bioinformatics online tools like GOR 4, Geno3D, ProtParam, ProtScale, TmPred, EsyPred3D analysis and GlobPlot were used to predict the structure and properties of the protein. An unstable protein with 504 amino acid residues and of molecular weight of 55803.5 Daltons was identified by In Silico studies. Further analysis using a wide range of tools revealed that the protein is a structural variant of the phytochelatin protein.

Textual materials encompass all kinds of books and other printed materials used by teachers and learners for reference before, during and after instruction. They are mainly used for presentation of information to the learners and complementing teacher presentation through the learners’ private study. Examples of these include textbooks, class readers, course books, reference books, supplementary readers, newspapers, workbooks, fiction, periodicals, study guides, manuals, worksheets, and magazines among others. The teachers can choose the appropriate type of textual material to use depending on the content to be taught and the purposes of instruction. This paper is a discussion of the value of textual materials in particular textbooks in the language classroom. This paper will examine whether textbooks liberate teachers or are systems of control by looking at their advantages and disadvantages and how teachers can adapt other commercial textbooks in the language classroom.

The study was carried out to find out the most serious problems faced by the teachers in overcrowded classes. The population of the study included 20, all the government girls’ schools at the secondary level in district Peshawar, Province of Khyber Pukhtunkhwa, Pakistan Close –ended questionnaires was the tool of the study, which was administered to teachers in order to get clear picture of the problems faced by them. The data were given both quantitative and qualitative treatment. The outcome of the study indicated that effective teaching was not possible in overcrowded classes and majority of the teachers were facing instructional, discipline, physical and evaluation problems. In order to solve these problems some implementable measures were made which suggested that government should make strict rules and policies regarding optimum students in classrooms and provide sufficient budget to education department for providing better facilities in schools.

The paper considered the construction of a family of BIBDs using potential Lotto Designs (LDs) earlier derived from qualifying parent BIBDs. We utilized Li’s condition, to determine the qualification of a parent BIBD as LD constrained on and then considered the case since is the smallest number of tickets that can guarantee a win in a lottery. The BIBD was used as the parent BIBD for the procedure. This BIBD yielded three potential LDs each of which was completely generated using a Microsoft Office Access database computer program and their properties were studied. The three LDs, after their complete generation, yielded the and BIBDs. These BIBDs follow the generalization where are the parameters of the BIBD. A MATLAB program was used to generate a family of the BIBDs for with these new set of parameters. All the BIBDs in this family are unreduced designs.

The topography, seashore, conducive climatic conditions and above all the deity namely, our Lady of Vailankanni, the miracles and the grand festivals are the main tourist attractions by which millions of domestic and foreign tourists are motivated to flock to this spot Vailankanni round the year. The Shrine of Vailankanni primarily seen as a place of pilgrimage. However, a closer look at the activities of the shrine reveals that, the Shrine has contributed to the economic and social development of the Vailankanni region and has contributed through its tourism and its related economic activities. Thus, tourism is a growing industry of promise and potential for economic development in Vailankanni. Tourism in Vailankanni is considered as a cultural and technological ambassador, as an industry without smoke, and economic multiplier, as an instrument of social progress, as a promoter of national integration and international understanding and peace. This article studies in detail and analyse how the pilgrimage Tourism of Vailankanni empowers the local people economically and socially. This paper also concentrates on how the pilgrimage Tourism of Vailankanni promotes National Integration and cultural fusion. This also examines the relationship between eco-tourism and economy with a view to understand how the benefits are utilized within the local community. Thus a combination of descriptive, interpretive and analytical approach has been adopted in this research work. This article explores the physical and cultural potential that can be harnessed for the development of pilgrimage tourism of Vailankanni.

Trypsin protease inhibitor have been identified and purified from extracts of Mucuna Pruriens. Mucuna Pruriens seed sample were purified using ammonium sulphate precipitation, Saphadex G-75 gel filtration chromatography technique including analysis of trypsin inhibitors by dot-blot method, and electrophoretic analysis and visualization of protease inhibitor bands by gel X-ray film contact print method. Saphadex G-75 gel filtration chromatography identified a small molecular weight trypsin inhibitory fraction. In the present paper we described, a simple and inexpensive procedure to detect protease inhibitors of seed by the gel-x-ray film contact print technique.

Polypyrrole-TiO₂ nano composite samples with various dopant percentages of TiO₂ were synthesized by chemical oxidative method at room temperature. The samples were characterized by Fourier transforms infrared (FTIR), SEM with EDAX, UV vis Spectrum, X-ray diffraction (XRD), Photoluminescence (PL) and Conductivity measurements. Electrical conductivity measurements indicate that the conductivity of nano composites increases with TiO₂ content. The doped H₂SO₄ may interact with PPy by donating either hydrogen sulfate (HSO₄) or sulfate (SO₄^2-) ions as dopants. SEM images confirm that introduction of higher content of TiO₂   leads to the formation of nano spheres.
