Companies around the globe, big and small desperately want to unlock the secrets of innovation at a reasonable cost, because innovation provides the only sure path to sustainable growth. Today we all are surrounded by data - data from various sources, from banking data to GPS signals on our smart phones. and from other countless sources. According to McKinsey report this is ‘Big Data’ and it is the next frontier for innovation in diverse fields. By changing what and how we see, big data is reshaping everything coming under its ‘Midas’ touch. Many companies are already using big data to create value. Big data allows organizations to create highly specific segmentations to tailor products and services precisely to meet the needs of the customers in those segments. Big data enables companies to enhance existing business models and innovate new models, products, and services. Manufacturers are developing the next generation of products and to create innovative after-sales service offerings based on data obtained from the use of actual products. By mining big data, companies can develop insights and identify micro-markets that represent opportunities for growth. Big data will act as the source for large amount of technology based innovation. The focus of this paper is to look at how big data is connected to technology based innovation in various sub-functions of retailing like marketing, technologies at the point of sale, merchandising, operations, supply chain and new business development.

The eccentric dominating graph EDmGabc(G) of a graph G is obtained from G with vertex set V? = V ? S, where V = V(G) and S is the set of all ?ed-sets of G. Two elements in V? are said to satisfy property ‘a’ if u, v ? V and are adjacent in G. Two elements in V? are said to satisfy property ‘b’ if u = D1, v = D2 ? S and have a common vertex. Two elements in V? are said to satisfy property ‘c’ if u ? V, v = D ? S such that u ? D. Two elements in V? are said to satisfy property ‘d’ if u, v ? V and there exists D ? S such that u, v ? D. A graph having vertex set V? and any two elements in V? are adjacent if and only if they satisfy any one of the property a, b, c is denoted by EDmGabc(G). In this paper EDmGabc(G) of some families of graphs and some basic properties of EDmGabc(G) are studied. Also, we have discussed the eccentricity properties of EDmGabc(G), and we have characterized graphs G for which EDmGabc(G) is complete or a tree.

A digraph D is a pair (V, A), where V is a non-empty set whose elements are called the vertices and A is the subset of the set of ordered pairs of distinct elements of V. The elements of A are called the arcs of D. A vertex v is a boundary vertex of u if d(u, w) ? d(u, v) for all w ? N(v). The boundary digraph BD(G) of a graph(digraph) G is the digraph that has the same vertex set as G and an arc from u to v exists in BD(G) if and only if v is a boundary vertex of u in G. The boundary neighbor digraph BND(G) of a graph G is the graph that has the same vertex set as G and a directed edge (arc) from u to v exists in BND(G) if and only if v is a boundary neighbor of u in G.

Report demonstrates pulse laser dependence CdS thin films thickness variation and properties. Variable thickness properties like; surface morphology, cross sectional view, EDS with elemental mapping, AFM surface roughness parameter, Raman spectrum, photoluminescence, UV-Visible range FT-IR, I-V and R-V characteristics is discussed. It has been noticed with increasing laser pulses thickness, structure, surface morphology, Raman spectra, FT-IR band, I-V and R-V characteristics are changed. With the increasing number of laser pulses, the increase in surface roughness parameter, shift in FT-IR band tail toward the lower wave number side and higher current growth with lower resistance is observed for the thicker films.

This study is aimed to observe the effect of mix proportion of Sylhet and locally available river sand on the compressive strengths of concrete. A series of laboratory tests is carried out for six different mix proportions 5:0, 4:1, 3:2, 2:3, 1:4 and 0:5 of Sylhet sand and local river sand. For all of the mix ratios, compressive strengths are determined at 28 days. The compressive strengths increase by designing the appropriate gradation of sand mix, which is determined by fineness modulus of both types of sand and their mixes. The results indicate that the best of the corresponding six mix proportions of Sylhet and local sand is 3:2.

The knowledge of bioecology of any predator is essential to explore its biocontrol potential. This study presents the effect of different temperature regimes i.e., 22-27°c and 27-32°c on the development and survival of the predator Cydnocoris gilvus (Heteroptera:Reduviidae). Both temperatures showed deleterious effects on nymph development and nymph survival. The stadial period decreased with increasing temperature. The maximum rate of nymphal and egg development occurred at 27-32°C temperature range. When compared both temperature regimes in the laboratory, the incubation period averaged 8.7±0.3 and 4.0±0.1 respectively. The five nymphal stadia averaged 8.7, 8.0, 11.25, 11.25, 16.5, 84.5 and 4.0, 5.0, 8.6, 6.57, 8.43, 12.5 respectively. Total developmental time averaged 139.5d and 41.1d respectively.

Bifid bacterium longum bb536 was prepared from Iranian developed collection of bacteria and fungi. The samples were cultured at 70 ° C and on the De-Man-Rogosa-Sharpe agar (MRSA) medium enriched with 0.5 grams per liter of L-cysteine (HCL and MRSA + cys), and then are incubated at 37 °C. This bacteria was microencapsulated and compared to non-encapsulated form under different population (ml cfu. 6E8, 6E7 and 6E6 and). The results showed that the encapsulated probiotics increased the viability of the bacteria in probiotic orange juice in comparison with their free form. The final numbers of probiotic bacteria in both free and encapsulated ones after twenty-five days of storage at 4 °C of orange juice were more than the minimum amount recommended for therapeutic effects on human health. During the storage phases, the results of colorimetric and Sensory evaluation of probiotic juice showed that encapsulate probiotic Bifidobacterium has a significant difference with not-capsulated one, where the capsulated one was better. Not-encapsulated probiotic significantly sowed a reduce pH in compare to the form of encapsulates bacteria. Bifidobacterium encapsulated form not only affecting physicochemical and sensory properties, did not improve the taste and increase shelf life of probiotic properties in compared with the free form during storage at 4 ° C for 25 days. Therefore, the use of alginate capsules / isolated whey can be a proper carrier for Bifidobacterium longum.

Ethical accounting requires the application of moral principles, ethical practices and ethical standards. So learn and develop the basic concepts of ethics in the accounting profession is an essential first step.

The present paper emphasizes the need to promote specific skill development programmes of a higher order with a Public Private partnership between the Government and Industry, various educational institutions, NGO’s etc. Further, as preliminary steps are being taken by the Government under the name of Skill Development Initiative, the Corporate houses & industrial associations can play a vital role under the umbrella of the new CSR law to make the ‘Make in India’ mission a ground reality. The paper also goes on to critically assess the ongoing programmes implemented by the Central Government as well as the State Governments including both the Public and Private sectors, to nurture the talent of youth so that they can become employable and also understand various aspects of industrial activity required for setting up their own businesses. For this purpose relevant data have been collected from secondary sources and analysed to draw a meaningful conclusion. In addition various strategies and interactive approaches to skill development and knowledge attainment have been proposed that may be used to enhance employee learning for narrowing down the skill-gap in India.

In general we can say that today the knowledge of citizens' rights in the areas of human and social relations are very important and in one way include a key factor for the continuation of collective life in the modern and risky world. In this regard students as one of the most influential elements in the process of development in any society are always noticeable.so, it seems, to investigate the awareness of citizenship among students is important and necessary, so that we can identify the strategies of promote understanding and strengthen the awareness of civil rights among them and eliminate its obstacles. According to this, this study investigates the relationship between awareness of civil rights with social behavior of students of Persian Gulf University. The research method of is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of this research included all the students of Persian Gulf University of Bushehr to 5,000 students that according to Morgan table 357 students have been chosen for sample.Measuring tools, including questionnaires of civil rights and social behavior that the amount of the total scale Cronbach's alpha coefficients for the variables 82.0 citizenship and social behavior obtained87/0.Measuring instruments including civil rights and social behavior that the amount of Cronbach's alpha coefficient in the total scale for the variables of citizenship rights obtained82/0 andsocialbehavior87/0. The results of research showed that there is a significant relationship between the awareness of civil citizenship and social behavior of Persian Gulf University .subsequent regression analysis showed that significant predictors of civic and social dimension to social behavior. The results of regression analysis showed that the civic and social dimension are significant predictors to social behavior.
